Went it to get a birthday cake made and was rudely told that they dont make custom cakes and what they had is my only choice then continued to argue with another employee about her cheating boyfriend. They should take down the huge sign that says “order custom cakes here” since they are to lazy to make one.

We always drop in here on our way through England and pick up some great bargains especially in the meat department. We also enjoy the delicious freshly cooked chicken strips - forget the drive-thru these are amazing!Thank you Harps! 😊

WATCH THE EXPIRATION DATES on everything you buy! This weekend I got home with 2 items that were over a month out of date and stale and tasted bad. Prices are too high and "rewards" program is a convoluted scheme that hasn't saved me a dime. It is worth it to just drive to North Little Rock and shop Kroger or WM.

Every single fruit item they have are either moly or rotten. Always. Their milk is chunky even when the expiration date isn’t until another 2 weeks. Their prices are sky high. Their meat is FULL of tendons and fat. Never fails. Awful store. Awful prices. Awful food. I have a friend who used to work here. She said the produce and deli section is full of rats and roaches. When the store used to be ‘Kroger’ I worked there and it was the same way. They never got rid of their rat and roach problem. The produce never gets washed, nor the meat. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

I'm glad we have a store. However, since it's the only place to buy groceries for many miles, they know they have the market. Prices are too high. Lots of items are out of date, there's not a great selection, produce is often beyond salvageable.The good thing is that the employees are friendly and helpful.

They don't keep items on the shelve like Kroger did and say it's because things aren't getting delivered. The Kroger store that was there pretty much always had great fresh vegetables and I guess we just miss the other store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It beats not having a grocery store at all in our town.

I just wanted a 3 piece chicken tenders meal. At 9.99$ they are WAY overpriced for what they give you. I walked out. All there grocery prices are way above what we pay in Little Rock, or Pine Bluff. Don't shop here. They have a cart full of expired products on sale for maybe 10 percent off the regular price.

Good selection considering how small the town is, friendly cashier's, and decent sales. The prices are a bit more than most other grocers but it is 25 miles to the next grocery. With fuel being so expensive, the slight cost increase is acceptable when compared to the cost of the fuel to go to the city and back!

Prices are higher on daily items compared to our previous store. I also noticed the spinach, tomatoes, lettuce, hb meat seems to be old or older than say Walmart or kroger in little Rock. I can get spinach or meat here and have to use it within a couple days before it starts to go bad. The food I get elsewhere keeps its color and stays good for a week or more in the fridge. I only go here when needed. I realize the supply chain issues and we're a small town so we will get the leftovers but I give honest reviews and here it is. It's basically the equivalent to the previous store with higher prices.

Besides the older cashier with the white hair, everyone is super friendly and helpful. She however is dreadful. I wait in the other lines twice as long before I go through hers.

I have (2) Two complaints1) Harps does not accept my Humana Healthy Foods Card. The store manager said she will look into the matter.2) They changed the checkout counter, it used to be where the cashier took my groceries out of the shopping cart but now the customers have to remove the groceries. But I'm disable and it's extremely hard for me to do that task and there's nobody to assist me which means it takes longer and more painful for me to checkout. I'm sure other people have the same problem.

Very friendly nice employees. Had a rejected propane tank they exchanged it with no problem the same day . And let me tell you...Them Honey Glaze Donuts and Whoopie pies. Dam can't get enough of them !!!!!!

My friend shopped there and she said the meats are outrageous . There meats are to high. They can go down on their prices. 8 pc chicken cost $12.99 when it was Kroger it cost $ 7.99 for 8pc chicken.

Love this store!!! Need a sign on highway so people will be able to find it. We drove thru England many times didn't even know it was there. My husband saw it one day we were driving through. But an awsome store!!!

They are extremely to high on everything and their meat is horrendous.Its a shame that some have to shop here because they are elderly or have no transportation to go elsewhere and it's not a very friendly environment.

Everything is expensive. I've started going back to Walmart. One avocado is $3.99! Cream for coffee is $3.98! Really!
