I wish I could give a 0 honestly.I don’t know if you just don’t have the staff or you just don’t care about putting things out on the shelves but it makes me dread having to come here. And before anyone thinks “then don’t shop there” I try not to but England is small and there are very very few close options.I can never find what I need/want because all the product is either A) not on shelves because it’s on the carts packaged up or B) the carts full of products are lined up down the aisles blocking me from getting the merchandise I want/need.I have lived in England for almost 5 months and it’s the same everytime.Please do better or consider new employees who will stock the shelves.

It's a disaster. You literally can't walk down the aisles without tripping on a box or having to backtrack because there is a stack of boxes blocking the aisles. And their excuses of them being short dtaff is over used. They don't even bother hiring people to work there. I can't recommend going here.

It's convenient. They are normally better stocked but sales have been good and they were trying to restock. These stores are wonderful because you are in to get what you need and out quickly. I wish they were all bigger with even more merchandise! Even so, their selections aren't bad.

I went in for 2 items and they didn't have but , it wasn't worth waiting in the line for it. Most are rude that work there,I got the feeling the customers get the the anger took out on them. Example,I said hello how are you and got no reply,she just looked at me.

I thought store hours were set for each store. But not for this location this is the second time I have driven to this location 30 min before closing and their doors were shut. My boyfriend was sick and I was trying to pick up something to ease his stomach and had i known I would've drove to Stuttgart or Carlisle locations instead. However tonight Wal Mart got my money not Dollar General!

It was very clean and the workers were friendly and helpful. The store is also easy to spot and it has all the things that you would typically need. The workera were also very willing to help.

Two cashiers but only one register open. I understand the need to train but when the line get long, open another register or take over to reduce the customer's wait. Train when it is slow.

Shelves are not stocked. Only seen one employee working the cash register and no one was stocking shelves from the priority totes or the roll carts. I love DG!!

I went into the store for curtains and I went in picked the curtains out and I took them to the register and the rung up for $12.50 and the shelf tag said $10.00 and the $12.00 dollar curtains run up for $15.50 and the manger carol jenkins got smart with me when I ask Questions and she was really rude I took pictures of the prices and show it to her and she didn’t come to check it out she sent the other young child to look and this child said wow but that’s one store customer service is horrible and please watch your prices and the bad thing it wasn’t no tags with $12.50 only $10 and $12.50

The England, Arkansas Dollar General is very disappointing as far as Dollar General as a whole. This particular store is under-staffed, under-stocked, disorganized and a shopper's nightmare. The frequency of employee turnover is bound to be one of the highest. This store has been reported to corporate headquarters many times. Upper management has come in, organized, stocked, hired new employees and in just a matter of a few short weeks later (4 at the most) this store is back into the chaos of the aforementioned. For the residents of England, Arkansas it's either shop here or travel 25 to 30 miles to the next available Dollar General in either LR/NLR, Stuttgart or Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I'm giving this particular store a gracious 2 ☆'s only because of good pricing on available stock and because of within close proximity to home.

Website says they're open....drive 25 minutes to the store and they're closed. Sign says they are stocking. 11:30 am.

Store is okay unless its close to closing time! If it is most of the staff will be VERY RUDE and follow you around saying we are about to close! Until you leave!!!For the most part the staff is awful with a couple exceptions!

Slow service And the one day the lady is telling me i have no funds in my bank, so i went to the atm and draw my cash, the second time she asks me if i have enough money in the bank today, that time you know you have $700 in your account and they will ask if you have enough in your bank to buy like $120 at them
