Purchased 2 L sodas from harps in Elkins and the seal was broke. Had been previously opened. Went to return and they refused to let me exchange it for an unopened 2 L even thought it had not been used. I prefer my food and drinks unopened when purchasing brand new. Be careful when shopping in Elkins.

This is my local grocery store. I went in for just a few things and was able to bring home a wonderful fried chicken dinner for my family. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the deli is always fresh and delicious. They always have what I need. Or close to it

Loved this down to real peoples grocery store. They actually check you out.and i love the help since my strokes. Its a much better grocery store if you can shop thrifty and timely.

Beautiful, local grocery store packed with all you need. The hot foods grab your senses as you enter the clean, fresh stocked produce department. Every aisle is faced off with clearly marked and fairly priced groceries that should meet all your needs. Meats and dairy look fresh for the day and the employees are helpful and kind.

This is a beautiful, clean grocery store with great help but I am fed up with the checkers walking away from the cash register after ringing up my groceries and leaving me to load my own cart. Never mind the fact that I have a broken arm right now, they do it all the time. There is no reason to pay a cashier if they're not actually going to perform a service. You might as well get self check out.

Purchased a few Steaks from this location. Justin, was a great help. He found exactly what we were looking for, and made sure we were taken care of. Absolutely went out of his way to help us. Definitely recommend the Butcher Shop at this location. Great quality, friendly service, especially to us out of State visitors.

This is the second time recently that I have purchased. out of date food. I opened a can of biscuits this morning and they literally blew open dropping two on the kitchen floor. About two weeks ago I bought two speciality cheeses and both were outdated. I like the store and the employees but will start looking at every date on products I want to purchase before I get home. I know if this is happening to me this is also happening to others .

This store always has a funky smell. The workers act like they have no clue how to do their job. When you ask a question they look at you like a deer in headlights. The ladies in the deli must wake up on the wrong side of the bed every day because them stank looks they give people. Like all I said was hi and hello.

They always have somebody who isn’t old enough to ring up alcohol. If they call somebody up to help who is, it takes quite a bit of time and then they act like you bothered them. A bad deal

Nice to have a modern grocery store back in operation a convenient distance from my house.The only real complaint is the place in the late afternoon and evening seems understaffed at times. Particularly up front.

I was there to pick up. After some time waiting in the proper spot, I received a text saying no one was available to bring out my order. When I went in, I spotted 2 people chatting with a 3rd cashier. When I finally found someone to assist me, he then checked to see if the order was ready. It was as if no one knew I had already been informed by their app that the order was ready and I had been waiting quite sometime. I may shop there again, but I'll never attempt pickup service again.

Nothing remarkable to report. Good product line. Nice produce. Great meat and dairy. I did notice that both times I went, someone in front of me had some odd issue when checking out and I waited longer, but I think this is a clientele thing, not a staff issue.

Harps has a much higher quality of meats and vegetables than the larger chain. It's pleasant shopping there, and you don't have to check yourself out. Self check out is fine for a few items, but a hassle when you have $400.00 in groceries.

Nice, clean, modern grocery store. We often stop here before going camping. They also have a decent beer selection with some local and craft brews as well as domestic. They have a large parking lot and a gas station on site.

When come out to visit My Dad, we Always stop and get the Fried catfish from the deli and it never fails to be delicious. And all the smiling faces and helpful staff are great. Especially Misty!! Thank You all at Harps (Elkins)

Harps in elkins is fantastic. Speedy check outs, great customer service, great meat deals. Store is always clean when I go in. Someone always waves, says hey, and is smiling. What great team yall have up there!!!

Great workforce. Just 25 percent higher than Wal-Mart, usually. But not always. At least you can buy frozen shrimp that aren't 25% water as all are at Wal-Mart.

Not quite horrible but wont be back. Store is becoming a dump. Bought an android phone charger on the way to the cabin. Only to find it was bad. Came all the way back in town because phone was dead. Store would not give me a new one. Went to dollar general and got a good one and bought the rest of my groceries there as well. DG will now be my stop instead of harps!

I always go to this store to get Maxwell House dark roast coffee. It seems that Harps is the only place in 30 miles from my home that you can get dark roast in Maxwell House. Some brands of coffee I won't drink as the cause acid reflux. Harps meat is better also. I am glad to have Harps close to where I live. It is always clean. The cashiers are friendly.
