Very disappointed with my experience today. I stood looking for one thing in particular for about 30 minutes. I was visibly not finding what I needed. One of the managers walked by, looked, and went to the pharmacy 20 minutes before they closed to countdown or something. I’m not sure. But, I also heard the pharmacy tell a lady they couldn’t fill her prescription because they were closing in 20 minutes. Highly unprofessional! Also, not a person spoke to me except for the cashier asking did I want my receipt. Not happy at all!

Passport photos have been taken in the past and haven’t been eligible and sent back to me. This time my trip is in 2 weeks and my passport was supposed to be done by now but they send my picture back. Because it’s not eligible. DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO TAKEN HERE!

I've gotten the run around. They say they don't have my prescription when my doctor says they sent it to them multiple ways and they will act like you're crazy untilnthey find their mistake. It's taken multiple trips to get a single refill. And then they may have to send you to a sister pharmacy

The perks of using Walgreens pharmacy in El Dorado used to be that they were open later than the other pharmacies in town. This is no longer the case. They say they close at 7, their message when you call to refill a prescription says they close at 7, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come before 7 & they are closed. We aren’t talking about 5 minutes before 7 either. We are talking about 30 minutes or more with no notice. Today it was 5:00 & the only notice was on their door. People need their prescriptions.

This Walgreens is not managed well. They can’t keep the pharmacy open due to inadequate staffing. This is a terrible Walgreens!!!!!

Pharmacy wise... Use any other place. They're over crowded with prescription orders, give them a break!! I switched to Walmart. Poor folks, they're trying but it's a mess up there rn and probably won't get better with the cold around the corner !

Thanks for ruining my Christmas gifts. I ordered calendars as grandparent gifts two days ago and have gotten nothing but the run around from this store. They were supposed to be ready around 9 Thursday night. It's now Sat night, (Christmas Eve) and they're still not ready. I will never make this mistake again!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens location has been amazing to me over the past couple of years. Their staff is extremely kind and very attentive. You may have to wait, because they have a large client base, but you will be well taken care of and cared for beyond expectation. There's a reason that's so many people choose this Pharmacy.

They take so long to refill prescriptions. They sometimes don't have your medication in stock. The drive through window hasn't been fixed for sometime. I'm changing pharmacies. I've never been to a pharmacy where they don't have your medication. Mines was just an antibiotic.

No real complaints. Stores clean, got greeted as i walked in and as I left and didn't have any issues finding anything. But nothing extravagant to brag about either. Would have rated 4 star but I paid $15 for something I could have gotten at Walmart for $7-$8.

Just who do you think you cater to, the 2% who have a country club membership? I have shopped around and y'all are grossly overpriced. I will do as needs must and go elsewhere. If y'all go the way of JCPenney or stage, I'll only feel pity for the employees. Bye Walgreens.

Two employees were socializing while watching the checkout line getting longer and longer. When I politely asked them to open a second register, they were rude and mean, causing a scene. I only needed one thing. Cold medicine for my sick wife. They only wanted one thing. To continue gossiping on company time while everyone in line wated and waited and waited.The employees there don't care about the customers who ultimately pay their salaries.

All I can say is that they have nothing but incompetent employees including the Pharmacy department. They also sold me a medication for 86 dollars that they sell over the counter for 11 dollars. They are crooks. And they don't tell you that they are giving you something you can buy over the counter for a 10 dollars.

Easy and fast service. Pharmacy open till 10pm m-f and 6pm on weekendsYou can get anywhere from candy to beer to pharmacy to household goods even some toys here. Fast friendly service

It’s as if this location tries to find the most worthless employees. The parking lot is a driving hazard. The idiots in the pharmacy don’t know what they’re doing. Except Alexis. She’s very helpful and nice.

Drug prices w/o insurance is extremely overpriced as compared to several other pharmacies. Example: insulin is around $150 at Walgreens as compared to $25 for identical insulin at Walmart. Long time consumer but forced to change due to pricing. Why??

This pharmacy as well as the one in Camden and Fayetteville have been the kindest n most caring not to mention helpful people I've ever met there's a reason I've moved all my everything to Walgreens they've been my 💯 going on 5 yrs now Walmart take notes u could learn a lot from these guys js

Awful pharmacy. I refill online and STILL get to the pharmacy and it hasn’t even been started on. Absolutely ridiculous. I always have to wait.. ALWAYS!! Go anywhere else!
