Brought my puppy here for her first grooming. The staff were really nice and took good care of my baby Lavynder, even painted her nails! Ou and did I mention I was a walk in? They were done within the hour, Phenomenal! Additionally, I purchased her crate too small and had to return it, Lisa was soo nice, she even gave me one already put together! Thanks Petsense!

My pet went for a grooming appointment and we had the most terrible experience. We were there for a 9:30 am appointment and didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. The haircut was choppy and she favored her right ear which is also a concern. She doesn’t look like she wasn’t even bathed. Would not recommend this location for any grooming.

Store was nice, organized and clean, I was hoping to find a wider selection being that they are from Tractor Supply. But for the typical pet owner, this is a good place for standard supplies. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly service from front staff. Great groomers in the back. Fast friendly caring groomers. This was the first time I have ever taken this dog to any groomers, and she is very shy with high anxiety. They took great care of her and great prices. I will be bringing my dog back to see them again.

Doesn’t keep store hours as advertised, opens when ever they feel like it. Does not honor prices as listed. Went in to buy a crate for my dog, it was marked as $74.99- which is grossly overpriced but I didn’t want to look else where because it’s a small town. The item rang up as $82.99 and when we told the store clerk the price difference she refused to honor the 74.99 price and said management told her not to honor prices on the shelf. She stated that a lot of the store prices had changed - probably due to the snow and the fact that they close down for days at a time. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you raise prices just because you are too cheap to keep your store open during regular hours and literally take advantage of the situation and lack of resources available to an already rural/poor area. We did purchase the crate along with a treat for our growing puppy, got to our truck and decided we did not want to do business with this store anymore and returned our entire purchase. Went to Union Kennel and bought the same crate for $45.99. ould have purchased 2 Crates for the same price that Petsense charged us for 1. You literally LOST a sale and a customer because of your poor business practices. Avoid this place at all costs.

Took my Lab into their “salon” and Drenda did a awesome job on her. Bath, conditioner and nail cut for a great price. Her coat never looked and felt better. I will return on regular basis.

Pet sense is a great store that teams up with the local animal shelter. They have great selection of treats and pet food. I do wish they had a larger selection of toys but they do have great prices. We got a nice medium sized dog bed for $12. They also sell the fancy dog treats that look like candy or desserts here as well.

Nice place with dog grooming available. Prices are a bit high. They do a buy 10 get 11th discount which then makes the first 10 match other local comps everyday price. I prefer not waiting until the 11th bag to get the same price others are selling it at everyday.

Very rude staff. They basically told us to get out. The groomer has a really bad attitude and the manager isn’t any better. I’m not surprised though because they were acting racist to my Hispanic friend and I’m African American, so I’m not surprised at all.

First off, this store is ridiculously overpriced. I went in to purchase super worms for my bearded dragons. I told the guy behind the register what I needed. I saw him open several containers before coming back to ring me up. While standing in front of me, he opened the container again and said, yea, this is a good one. I paid over $6 for 25 super worms (same price at Petsmart, but for 50 worms) and only TWO were alive!!! He purposely sold me a container full of dead worms!!! I was there for an event that weekend, so I stopped before heading home. Needless to say, I took his word that the container was good and didn't know until I got home to feed my dragons that most were dead! DO NOT take their word! Look for yourself! Better yet, DO NOT purchase from them if you have other choices!!!

I always look for the discounted items first. They have huge bags of food on sale for $6. They offer rewards, or points something like that for your dog food purchases (probably not discount though). The store is always klaine. And I have tons of leashes and harnesses for me to pick from for my cat or dog plus reptile food and loads of other things. They donate to shelters. They also do lots of events at the store .

The grooming department is terrible. I brought both of my Yorkies to be groomed and was charged $40 a piece and it didn't look like they touched them. They didn't smell like they had a bath, my male still needed to be brushed under his neck, I had to help her clip his nails and feet. My female looked like she was never touched. Her face was still nasty. The groomer said she couldn't handle my 2.5 lb and 3 lb dogs. But I was still charged for the groomer fees. Do not bring your dogs here.

We visited them to get a Betta fish for my daughter the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the selection of cat supplies, they seem to have a better selection than what I have found in Texarkana.

I mistaken this place for Pet Smart. The prices were Outrageous! Most items were double and Triple the price of the same thing at Atwoods, Wal-Mart's or Union Couty Kennels.

Good store overall, while many times it doesn't have what I need some times it does. Though there is usually the issue of Petsense being quite expensive overall.
