More could have been done! Our cat should have been admitted until he got better he couldn't breath normally! My husband and I was sent home in an hour with just medications 3 days later he passed away in our arms!

Became my dogs vetanarian yet twice was refused service both my Boston terriers are now dead I thought once u bring your dog in and establish your now their customer didn't have no time for my dog so rushed him to magnolia didn't make it he suffered a horrible death in my arms I'll never use or depend on these favorite picking people again

Loved it! Highly recommend. The staff was awesome! Dr. Williams (I think that was his name) was sweet enough to pause the ultrasound so I can take a pic of it 🤣 (I'm a little extra) but I already have another appt scheduled and they will be our go to vet from here on out!

Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices when everyone one else said 1000 + for my dogs C-section they did it for 700 with the medicine saved my dog's life because she would have for sure died I love this place I'm new from California and I'm a breeder so I only want the best for my dogs that's why I checked so many before I decided this was the one for me and my babies #tiplineKennels

He takes the time to gain your pet's trust, always explains everything in detail, and patiently answers any questions you might have. My wife and I boarded our American Bull Terrier-Juicy here for 10 days while on our honeymoon, we picked her up with no changes or issues. She was well taken care of, and even spayed here while she was boarded. Many employees became best friends with Juicy, she actually loves going to El Dorado Animal Hospital.

My Stella Bella had surgery and was well cared for by Dr Casey Mitchell with a Cherry-eye resection. The Hospital/Clinic was clean, well staffed, well maintained and staff was busy but also helpful and professional. The price for the procedure and care was good and fair. I was pleased with the experience and the level of care and service and will return if needed.

Never ever will I take my fur family there , if a human needs emergency care we at least careflight are send to someone to help them ..well my friends my fur family is exactly what Mary is, and way more human than most ..so finely we found one who would accept are family, with concerns who fixed ol Mary right up..does money come to a point to were a fur babies life no longer matter..and there time is way more I'm portent than the patient..I hope not . We're all doing ok now and that's what matters now .godbless and godspeed ..the Murray's.

$$$$ can't afford this animal hospital, if they had multiple pets discount, they didn't told me on the phone, with a litter of 7 puppies and 2 adults it would cost me over $600+tax and it was not clear if deworming was included in the price.Maybe the adult price is not too bad. But puppies are $55 each. Just for puppy vaccination.Back in Utah, the animal shelter gave great discounts in all their services to stimulate pet owners to keep pets healthy and especially to nutter pets to keep Population under control.Here, animal shelters are Full all the time from overgrown populations, and here they don't provide vaccinations nor nutterting services.

Deeply compassionate, skillfully trained, kind hearted.. just a few words to describe the staff and that helped us out today. The staff were incredibly sensitive and caring during one of the hardest days for my wife and I. It is never easy to let go of a great friend of 15 years (our sweet dog).. however with her health, it had become time. Excellence deserves to be recognized, and this place is excellent. I know when I walk through the door that my animals are going to be given the best care! Dr. Mitchell is wonderful. I also feel that their prices on services and products are very competitive in this market. The staff is prompt and efficient.Be sure to call for an appointment as they are very busy and walk ins are difficult to fit in.

Great vet clinic! Dr and staff are so nice and caring!! My cat was very sick and they fit me in when they were already overbooked. They have always taken great care of my dogs and are currently taking great care of my cat. I am personally thankful to have them here in town.

We brought our dog in for emergency services. We were immediately helped. We left our dog in the best of hands, and we left with a feeling of genuine hope and gratitude. The veterinarian was perfect, as were the rest of the staff. Our dog is still there, but I suspect that all will turn out fine. Just can’t say how appreciative we are for their thoroughness and expertise!

After a recent experience with the clinic, I will never take my dogs again to this place. Some of the workers are rude and condescending. It is a shame because I believe that Dr. Mitchell is a good veterinarian. I refuse to patronize a business, when workers will insult my dog and I and truly believe that I do not understand what they are doing.UPDATE:I received a message from Dr. Mitchell regarding my posting. My dog did not snap at the tech, he growled because she crouched down and she had a noose in her hands and frightened my dog. If someone was coming to me in an aggressive manner with a noose, I would be nervous and frightened as well. My dog doesn't know the tech that well, so; coming to him in an aggressive manner is going to scare him naturally. My dog was also protecting me. I truly believe that God gives animals intuition and they can sense if someone is a good or evil person. The dog is not vicious and if I was given the option to place the noose on the dog or escorted my dog to the back of the clinic, he would have been okay. I did not storm out, I WALKED out and there is a difference. I refuse to spend money with anyone shaming my dog. I did not have a great feeling about the surgery, so I left and that is my right. All is well because I elected to go to another clinic and my dog was not "vicious" to anyone at the other clinic. My dog had his procedure with no issues. I was even informed that my dog did well , not aggressive for one second. Sometimes it is how you approach a situation and the result may in fact, be great. For every action, there is a reaction. The end result is my dog is healthy and well and his welfare is very important. He is NOT just a dog, he is part of my family!

I have always felt secure knowing no matter what medical needs I may have that I have doctors that I trust and it really is a secure feeling. I feel the same with our pets. I want the best care for them and I want to also feel secure with their health. We use El Dorado Animal Hospital and have for years. Dr. Casey Mitchell is great! Friendly staff and they're accommodating! We recently have no veterinary in our town and they got us in same day I called. It was worth the drive! The doctor was nice and caring and explained everything he done. Cost wasn't outrageous either. I'd definitely recommend them!
