I shopped at the Eldorado Arkansas Dollar tree today. The store was just junky, the shelves was not straightened at all. They never spoke when I entered the door, they just looked at me. When I got in line to be checked out she never spoke, never said thank you., put my dishes in one bag never tried to put them in separate bags or wrap them or anything, most of all she never said thank you. All she said to me was do you want your receipt. It’s ridiculous that you have to enter a place of business and have to be exposed to the rudeness. I will never go back. They need some customer service training.April 30, 2024

The employees are actually great. Always very nice and I've never seen any of them being rude. But this is probably one of the worst stocked Dollar Trees I've ever been to (most of Arkansas and north Louisiana). Shelves are almost always empty and the stock that is in the shelves, is in disarray. Boxes of stock all over the floor as if the customers should dig through the boxes to find the items. This store could do so much more in sales if they kept the shelves stocked and organized (why is there so much stock in their back room and not on the shelves? - there seems to be plenty of space for it on the shelves). How hard can that be? Everything is one dollar so there is no need to worry about price tags and prices on the shelves. This Dollar Tree never has the good variety of items that other Dollar Tree stores have. Please either give the current employees the hours to stock the shelves or find someone who can get the store stocked.

I didn't go inside. Husband said it was good. Watch out when buying chocolates! Store was closed for at least 3 weeks with no air conditioning! Some things melted or are out of date!!!

This Dollar Tree is very disorganized and empty shelfs and refrigerators are quite bear. This store needs help in organizing and supplying merchandise for people to buy. I was very dissatisfied trying to find items to purchase. This rating should be negative. On the positive side the employee was excellent attitude and attention to all customer.

The new store is such an upgrade from the original store. Some days it looks like wild children ran through unattended and other days it is very clean and organized. It can be a very crowded on frieght days, but that can be encountered with any store. It remains one of my favorite stops for craft and storage solutions.

The store in my town, El Dorado AR,is nasty, filthy, trashed out. This store was built maybe a year ago. At first it was clean, no boxes just sitting around. I went in the store about a week ago. There is candy stuck to the floor you can tell the floor has not even been swept in for ever. Boxes every where. You cant get down some of the iles due to boxes. I do not recommend shopping there.

This is a really good Dollar Tree. They have an excellent selection of merchandise to choose from. It's not always clean or organized, but they are always hard at work in this store. The employees are also all very nice.

Rude!!! Disrespectful!! Border lazy. I'm disabled... Checkout and moved my cart aside. Bags in one hand and cane in the other and as I'm walking to the door the cashier feels the need to shout for my attention. I turn confused as she instructed me that I needed to return the cart to the door. Huh... Really!?!? Just over from her two other employees giggling and chattering. I guess it wasn't in their job description either. Ughhh i love the Dollar Tree but that.... I may never go back. I'd sooner pay more then help pay those ladies.

I love this store its always clean and great service. However they have hired a Hispanic lady short w glasses who is very rude. The manager said they have a lot of complaints ab her. I was talking to my ladies group and some of the ladies said they don't go there anymore bc of this lady

Not sure why a Dollar store has to be so nasty. Open food containers, carpet that probably has not been cleaned since the store was built, everything seems to be off and astray. It's tough to continue to be a customer of this store.

Why is it that you have to stand in line every time you go to this store, they have one checker and the line is back down the through the store, now I would give nakesha five stars, she was cashing everyone out with a smile,but when you walk outside and see 5workers …dollar tree worker all on break with the store packed,what since do that make

I give this a 3 Star's Store. Because, they've more Items, but barely any place to put their's Merchandises @! Meanwhile, they needed a bigger Store, and more Employees to check their's Customer's out! It shouldn't be called Dollar Tree where everything is $1.00. Because they are now the same thing as Dollar General where almost everything is over a Dollar. So far it's only the Dollar Tree in El Dorado that is that way. I guess you can to Magnolia to a real Dollar Tree.
