I prefer the brookshire's on the avenue going towards smackover because it has a lot more to offer. The store is larger Plus it's often neater. The employees are just as nice as the others going south so there's actually no difference. However a lot of the items that are purchasable at this store you can't get at the other.

Wonderful service. Thank you so much. This is particularly helpful for us seniors at this time. The young lady who shops and assists is so efficient and cordial. The ordering process is a bit challenging. I didn't give 5 stars for this reason. Also, items put in the order or even in the cart apparently can't be deleted, changed, or altered as far as I have been able to determine. Again, thank you.

My family ordered 100 pieces of chicken to compliment our Thanksgiving dinner. I picked the chicken up myself. It was not as hot as I thought it would be. They didn't even have any hot sauce to compliment it! I won't go back there again.

Terrific customer service, every time. Great food at a fair price with decent shopper benefits. Plate lunches are usually pretty good, bakery is very helpful as well.

I do not understand why, when a person buys a small number of groceries that are a little too bulky to carry out by oneself; if you are proactive and decide to carry them yourself in the buggy you will notice someone following you. Why don't they either offer to take them out for you or supply a buggy storage area outside the store? Actually, if I did use the buggy and carry them myself, I would have no problem returning the buggy to the store. Just one of life's quandaries!

If you've been to one Brookshires, you already know what you're in for. It's a fairly standard grocery store, but where this one really stands out is the level of customer service you get. These are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've had the good fortune to meet. As more items in the "plus" column, the store is clean, reasonably well stocked and after the recent renovations, quite nice to look at. Just do everyone a favor and wear a mask. You're helping them AND yourself.

Love this store! Employees here are so nice and friendly. They carry your groceries to your car for you. The store is clean and well kept. I really love their produce because it's wayyy fresher then walmarts.

Quite a nice store. Very good appearance all throughout and courteous staff. Someone insisted on taking out my groceries even though I said I'd be fine. I feel a little odd being catered to but the employees were happy to help.

LoL the guy who insisted that he had to take my purchases to my vehicle because "they wanted to be a better store than a "similar retail grocery store down the street" and return the buggy really gave me a laugh. I am sure the "FACT" their parking lot is on about a 10% grade and any buggy left in the lot would be doing about 30mph when it reached Griffith Street (after trashing several cars) has nothing to do with them being so much "better". LoL

Brookshires is as always a fine place to shop. They still let unmasked customers in but not many; as, most customers care about others and mask up. I found all but two items on my list. AND, they had an abundance of TP.
