Travelers beware! Terrible! I am only posting because its off a main highway. Do not stop. Bathrooms are disgusting. Service is so so slow and the gas pumps card reader didn't work, waited in line for 8 min just to prepay. It's also a bus stop. Then the slowest gas pumps on the face of the earth. If you like to drive the speed limit, then this is the place for you. It's slow and nobody moves fast. but if you're in a hurry and you travel. And you speed and you just wanna get your destination. Do not stop here because everybody you passed is 25 miles down the road

I can understand if a soda machine isn’t working properly. Things go wrong. What I don’t understand is how you can have a Taco Bell at a location but no menu. How are you supposed to order anything if you don’t even know what they have. Considering the fact that no two Taco Bells ever seem to have the same menu, playing a guessing game is not a game I have the patience to play. Even more inexplicable is the Burger King right next to it in the store that didn’t have any burgers. As bad as that was, the least they could have done was put up a sign so people wouldn’t wait in line to find out all they had where chicken fingers. When you add to that the fact that the only way you’re getting parking in this place is to pay for it, it’s no wander no one wants to spend money in TA and Petro anymore. They’re basically overpriced cesspools at this point with facilities that are falling apart and this just adds insult to injury. I’m going to venture a guess that this location also doesn’t get much in the way of repair work either. It’s the only way to explain the utter lack of any kind of maintenance on the parking lot. Getting in and out of the place is like dodging mine craters in a war zone. Good way to drum up business for the suspension guys. Absolutely unacceptable. I really feel sorry for the employees in the place. The amount of abuse they must endure from angry customers who wasted their time coming in here must be extreme. I personally will never ever come into this place again.

Did a 10 here 🚛There is a Burger king, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut express. 🍕Employee said Taco Bell and Pizza Hut close at 6pm. Burger King stays open till 10pm.Showers are VERY small and are $18. 🚿They have a laundry room.The bathrooms feel like a sauna. There is no air conditioning. 🔥3 stalls in the women’s bathroom and only 1 stall locked.There is an ATM and a post office box to send mail out by the drivers entrance. ✉️Many clean spots to walk dog 🐶

Phew, this truck stop is horrifying. Floors are filthy, haven't been cleaned in what looks like weeks on weeks. Clothes on the shelf and rack are tossed about. Bathrooms are small , trash cans over flowing, and trash on the floor. The country pride is no longer here. By the looks of it, they're either remodeling or removing it completely. The coffee station is a total disaster. The coolers lack price tags. Seem to have a bunch of stuff on clearance if that helps any. There is a burger , a pizza hut, and a taco bell express. I personally wouldn't purchase any food personally by the looks of how they lack basic cleaning of the store entirely. The workers are extremely rude. They'll have personal discussions at the counter and completely pay no attention to the job they're supposed to be doing , customers lined up . This store is just a big no. I see the previous reviews as well, and it is incredible that corporate hasn't stepped in yet. 😬

Now we know. If there is a loves or TA we will choose Loves. Bathrooms were a mess... Handles were missing from stall doors and just a general disarray to the place. Got a reply saying that they are committed to making things nice... But if you read the other reviews you realize it's been going on a while and no one cares.

This is the kind of T/A that gives the whole chain a bad reputation. This place is absolutely disgusting, as crazy as it sounds I'd rather stop in West Memphis than this place. They can't keep the place clean but they have no issues charging $14 for a meal at taco bell. I just walked across the highway to the gas station with subway. At least they were clean and the prices weren't ridiculous.

This is one of the most disgusting TAs. The bathroom smells like a sewage treatment plant, soap dispensers are broken and empty, floors look like they haven't been moped in a month. Fuel Pumps are constantly broken, employees act like you are annoying them with your presence. Won't respond if you say how are you doing or good morning. Restaurant area floor is filthy. Parking lot and entrance is so tore up it's like off-road driving. I needed security once and nobody could find him or reach him on the radio. After about 30 minutes he just appeared smelling like Marijuana.This place has been like this for a long time and I see many other people have made bad reviews. If you are this unwilling to do any better why don't you just close this place down. For the prices you charge for everything at your stores, there really is no excuse.

Gas prices comparable to the other stations, restrooms fairly clean. Restaurant right next door. Several homeless people hanging around out front, and asking for money.

Drivers if y’all wake up and do a pre trip and notice you got a flat tire or a wheel off the rim it’s better to drive down the road to a loves or get a road side service.. by all means don’t get any tire work done here they take their sweet time and it’ll be 6 hours until they can fix just one flat tire.

This is the worst TA Travel Center that I have been to.The restrooms were closed for cleaning but NO ONE WAS CLEANING THEM.Had to use Taco Bell's restrooms and they were out of tissue and paper towels.Had to ask a stranger to grab me a paper towel.Only half of the gas pumps were working.If you are READING this just go to the next exit.This is My personal experience.

This place looked the best out of the surrounding areas from the outside, but the inside was another story. The bathroom was gross and smelled like pee, which my husband confirmed was the same case in the men's restroom, the people working the register were not helpful or didn't seemcompetent (was told you could not mix and match the same brand that they had a deal on 2 for $4 and then attempted to tell me what I had chosen wasn't even part of the deal). This place, at least on the gas station side of it, was so gross that I felt dirtier after leaving and was so grateful that I had germ-x in the car. I've never left a review for a gas station because I understand that when you're traveling that it comes with the territory that you're not gonna always have great places to stop at, but this place was so gross that I had to warn others.

This place is a horrible t/a. The taco bell employees are rude very unprofessional. They got me for $8.09 instead of refunding my money they voided a item I ordered gave me a new receipt and walked away!! Never refunded it to my card which I used or gave it back in cash! $ 8.09 isnt gonna break me it's the point that she just walked away! Filthy bathrooms Rude service smells like Marijuana behind building where angle parking is! Terrible!!! Only 1 diesel island open unbelievable! The rest taped closed!Corporate needs to do a drop in on this place! Not all t/a's are like this I been to a lot of them none like this! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!

The ladies restroom needed serious love in the stalls. Otherwise this would be a three. There was trash in the drink fountain. Couldn't find little Debbie's or similarly priced snacks. Seemed well stocked on trucker stuff. Burger King and Taco Bell close super early, so check the times. Gas side is small. Diesel side has good parking for trucks. Staff was not overly friendly, but not rude. Won't make this a regular stop.

Been here for 2 days in this Truck Stop 2 days in a row showers are nasty. Clean your showers properly please, have some respect to others. One day someone will gets some kinda infection or virus from this nastyness and you will regret for not controlling your employees who is in charge of cleaning. I am probably staying another day or so here if I face this nastyness again I am gonna have to report this to management, showers are to get clean not to get dirty, or sick or infection.

If hell truly Exist i strongly believe it will look exactly like this truckstop and it will have at least 3 bus loads of tourist, the Burger King will be a line that you never get to order from it's the modern version of that man pushing the rock up the hill for eternity, the coffee I shall spare you from going thru the hell that resides in the pot of evil brew, avoid at all cost or maybe show up with a priest and do exorcism, the parking potholes have passed into the those are craters at this point, driving on the moon would be a much smoother drive, I pray for all those that pass thru this evil place

Was told 90 minutes for roadside tire call. They finally arrived 4 hours and 15 minutes later. My day down the tube.And now they have made 2 trips back to the shop for tools.

What can I say this place is all around a joke stay away! I stopped to get my annual inspection and they told me their only dot inspector just went out on a road call would be an hour and half or more. They had no one being serviced and the workers were just standing around. I said ok and left went into Burger King, they tried charging me 27$ for 2 impossible whoppers (extra lettuce is apparently 1.30$) and 2 medium fries. I just laughed and went to subway across the road and got 2 footlong subs for 19$. The whole store in general is dirty and the workers don't care about their customers and don't clean. They standing around complaining openly about needing a raise lol. Which I support if you do the work that you are supposed to do. All in all this whole facility is a waste of time. I won't waste any of mine here anymore unless it's just to park!

This location was terrible. Men's bathroom had three stalls. No toilet paper in one. 2nd and 3rd one backed up like they had been there a long time. Went to the Taco Bell located inside, only employee I could see at the time was in the back on her phone. Finally another employee shows up from the back. She mumbles at me with a look of disgust, "we only have beef hard tacos and something else". No other items from the menu. Pizza Hut is there as well but they have no pizza so went to the 3rd option inside, Burger King, asked for was a ghost pepper whopper. Nope, they are out. So 8 to 9 employees between the three restaurants inside this TA were standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Terrible location, keep going to the next stop unless you are desperate and out of time.

Total rat hole. They want drivers to pay 22.50 a night for parking, only have two bathroom stalls, one of which the door is hanging off the hinge, doesnt have a lock, and the whole bathroom smells like a portapotty in direct sunlight on a hot day.

Stopped there for gas. Restrooms were so clean and stocked!! Very rare for a travel center!! All of the staff I encountered were very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

I’m just being real - this may be the second worst experience I’ve had at a TA/Petro truck stop.No washcloth in my shower.Country Pride doesn’t exist here.Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are out of half of the items on their menu.The chlorine in the fountain drinks is just too much.And the worst part is the apathy on the part of employees here. I had multiple interactions with multiple people here, and for the most part they just don’t seem to care.The shower was wet, the parking lot was paved, and the Burger King had food, so what can I say? I’ll sleep well tonight.

Wow. The women's bathroom was gross, not very well lit, and of the two sinks, only one worked. Gas pump card readers seemed sketch and 2 different pumps would not read our card. We went across the street. Also not recommended.Edit to add: The site you linked does not exist.

It is unfortunate that I cannot rate this below 1 star this place should have a negative if I could, this place doesn't even deserve a zero.At first glance when you walk in you can see the place feels dirty and unorganized, restrooms are atrocious barely any toilet paper or soap, pee all over the floors and toileys that haven't been clean in days, it says they're remodeling but in over a year not one thing has changed.

The Truck Shop guys are trash, We’ve been waiting for almost 5 hrs and there were like 2 guys in front of us and we still are waiting for one tire change! Disgraceful service to truckers.Total 6 hours to be seen and get one tire change, DO NOT COME HERE!!

Like my review if you messed up going to this TA an not checking the reviews lesson learned….. my experience was basically the same as other travelers that stop here it was all bad staff attitude and service awful had to let the the lady at cash register know im very respectful but not gone stand for disrespect and an the inconvenience wasn’t effecting her but me so what was her problem cause I wanted my money back for the shower and was told I had to wait til a manger arrived between 7-10 I got there at 6am

If I could I would give 0 stars. This TA is horrible. Pumps don't work, buttons on pumps don't work bathrooms were so nasty and filthy I nearly got sick. Staff is lazy as heck. They acted as if I was bothering them to ring up my over priced items. And why does the cashier have to scan my license to buy tobacco? Can no one read dates on a card anymore? TA has no right to my personal information indicated on my license! Do not stop here.
