I come mainly for convenience, but they don't hardly have what you're used to buying in stock. More often than not the big carts they have the products in are blocking the aisles. God forbid if there's a fire, nobody would be able to get out and the carts are all over the store, I could barely get my buggy through.

Most experiences here are fairly similar. Being nimble-footed comes in handy, because as is usually the case, the aisles are cluttered with new stock that has yet to be shelved. The workers have to constantly try to move new inventory off the floor and check customers out. So if you manage to get what you came for without breaking your neck, when you get to the checkout line you've generally gotta wait a few minutes for someone to notice you need assistance and come check you out. I honestly try to steer clear of the place if possible mainly because of the early closing routine they pull almost nightly. During normal times on weekdays the store officially closes at 10pm, yet if you attempt to enter the store at 9:30pm you will likely find the door to be locked already. With one associate unlocking the door to let customers out and advising customers on way in that the store is closed already. The employees always seem disgruntled and unhappy, and although much of that is likely their own fault I can't help but feel like they aren't treated or compensated very well.

My husband and I went to this store. We walked across the highway to go because we were driving and 18 wheel truck with a trailer. We brought a few heavy items. So we wanted them to be double bagged. The young lady told us she couldn't double bag them because the company doesn't send them enough bag. My husband had already double bags one of them. So, my husband asked her if she wanted them back. She had a smart comment saying no, you already have it. She had a very bad attitude about the bags. Come on, we had things in glass. She didn't have to have an attitude about it.

Every time I have to stop by to buy something the cashier or the manager are arguing with a customer 🤦🏻‍♀️Both of them are extremely and give really bad customer service not to mention they have extremely rude notes taped on the acrilic like if them were dealing with children down talking to customers .. is almost impossible to shop with a cart due to the extra cluttered hallways..

Location is horrible, parking lot congested. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. The store is too small for the area it's trying to provide for. You can get the basics there and it's much cheaper than the local grocery stores

If you are a disabled veteran shopping there it does mater. They will not let you use the bathroom. Parking space is very unorganized. To much chance of an accident.

Its just like any other dollar general... its cheap and affordable, but it is not always fully stocked with things that I need. Things are always out of order and are not properly set up and are just all over the place

I love shopping here but here lately their inventory is limited to the point that some of their shelves are bare.

Some of the employees are really nice and will go out of their way to help you. But there are a couple who are just down right rude.

Store in Dumas floor need redone new floor and the store full of junk sometimes you can't get through just about all the time they don't have what you want and some of the people that work there not nice
