Mr Chris was fabulous. Being my first time here, Mr. Chris had educated me on how to get my preloaded trailer.When you first come through the door, you should stop at the shipping door to pick up your scale paper, which is part of the process.Then, take your truck over to the scale area. You received two large-scale open doors. The first one is for fertilizer type trucks. The second scale is for drive vans.What you do is follow the information on the paperwork, which I should have taken a picture of again. My apologies. After you weighed your stairs, drives Etc what you do is you get out your truck, and there's a small doorway for the drivers to go into the scale office. To your right, there's a little piece of paper that you pick up, add you feed through the machine, and hit the red button to print your scale weight.Then all you do is take that small paper and the bigger sheet with the measurements back to shipping, and then they will take it from there. I'm not sure how live loading works.To be honest, I don't know why people fuss about the littlest things it was somewhat to me a lot of work, but it was done, and I was out. Just remember, guys, just be nice and ask questions and don't come in as bullies because I didn't see anything wrong with this scenario for this company. And plus the best part about it it was in the countryside which I love driving around.

Came in the early morning, hoping to wait around for my appointment at 4 pm. They were really nice and not extremely busy. They gave me a dock right away, no waiting necessary. They were getting busy by the time I left, though.

1st you get scaled ,then you going near the dock #4 shipping center with your scale ticket 🎫. they will tell you dock number and instructions (see pics) when you loaded go again get scaled ( scale instructions is on pics) ..

Had to pick up a preload and honestly took longer than I would like with having to go on the scale with my empty.Lady sitting in the little room there had her back turned away and I called her 2 times and she didn’t turn around until I knocked on the window.First time here and didn’t know I had to put the papers there in the printer thing.Long wait with everyone getting on the scales but after all that got my loaded trailer.They do have overnight I asked and the guy just told me I’m fine where I’m at as long as I’m not blocking the docks.Also the way to get here I had to take backroads and I thought Ohio was bad

Great, awesome friendly fast, had 10pm appointment arrived 8am loaded by 10am friendly at the window easy to use accurate scale. Office staff great helpful and all runs smoothly great job everyone! Will load here again when in the area

You can come at 7-7:15am for the Dilivery. It's my 3rd time Dilivering here. Most importantly Chk your Dilivery PO nbr before chk in, without that nothing gonna happen. Go to scale as Loaded then after Empty. I Dilivered & picked up from the same place. C in@ 7:30am & C out @ 11:30am after Dilivery & Pickup.

Updated: I decided to go in a second time due to not having much choices over weekend loads. My second experience was tremendously better. I showed up early and left before my appointment time. I'd give a 5 star for this time. Felt it's fair to bump my review up to 3 stars just because it may have been a rare occasion to have a good experience. If info there in the future, I'll be fair and if my experience is good, they'll get a 5 star and I'll erase my poor review. Old Review: Google says I'm followed by over 31,000 people. My followers can see I'm not normally giving many bad reviews. Saying this, I must state that this is one of the absolute worst places to send your truck driver to unless you just don't care about losing a day waiting for your turn to load. I checked in just before 2pm yesterday and was told to wait along with the other drivers in the lot for a phone call that hasn't came yet, to get a dock to unload. Periodically, I checked in with the shipper to ensure I haven't died of old age waiting.... 13+ hours later and still waiting on the call! Was just told I have 6 trucks still ahead of me! Guess I'm not going to make my 7am appointment 480 miles away . Not only have I lost a day, but I've lost all my pre-planned loads. I'm not the only one sitting here going through this, everyone coming here for a load is being put through this. Guys I met last night had been here going on 24 hours! They were having to have food brought to them by delivery services! Unacceptable! Drivers, I hope you are following me on here. Absolutely do not come here unless you need a very long break to get back logbook hours. : Update.. as you see, I show you just how bad the wait is to get loaded.. broker is trying to deny detention on this load. Schneider Logistics to be specific. Won't know for sure until I'm unloaded tomorrow, a day later than supposed to be. Lost all 3 of my pre-planned loads, cost me over $1500.00 in lost revenue for the week.

Sloooowwww! Lazy, slow, disrespectful, lie to drivers! Just as bad as brokers & dispatchers!Get you locked in to a dock, sit for an hour & half...load a few pallets, nothing for an hour, go see what's going on, can't find anyone in the office, see someone smoking in the parking lot, get out of truck to go talk to them, they take off around building as soon as they see me, can't find them...When you find out the truth...they didn't have enough product to fill the load, so they lock you in, keep you hostage until they make the rest of your load & finish loading you! Too scared or just too lazy to come outside & communicate this to you...so they let you sit, wondering what's going on .Pretty disrespectful...but that's how drivers are treated! So sad!

3 1/2 hrs to load. They have clean restrooms a very good scale. People are very nice. Just slide tandems all the way forward should scale perfectly. Ask them for overnight parking

I got on my Appointment time 08:00am ,going to check-in scale 1st than going to shipping office by dock 5 and get dock 14 and loaded up about an hour and re scale at same scale get pepper work life 09:40am so not bad at all

They were amazing. Showed up early for my appointment. Were not ready for me. No big deal they let me park there. Still got me out within the window of time they are guaranteed. We as drivers can not review on time prior to our appointment. Its rude!!!! The facility was 100% the most prepared facility for coronavirus. I feel like you guys deserve a reward for that! This place is awesome. The staff was very thoughtful and kind. Also had nice conversation with shipping clerk made feel like I was at home with a buddy. My appointment was 2/3 at 1600.

Arrived on time for appointment. Got in door right away as it was exactly my appointment time. Took 2 hours to load. Scaled out and was over on my drives. Told them they needed to rework load. Was told they would not move a truck out and i would have to wait. There was a dock open. After 2.5 hours it was obvious i could delivery next day as the receiving time was closed. So we had them take the load off and wasted half my day. They blamed me for having too much fuel.

My appt was at 4 pm, I checked in at 3:45. Now it’s 6pm and they didn’t even touch my trailer yet. Now they are telling me something about shift change and so on. Why do you make appointments that involve a shift change? Disorganized and slow.

This place is a JOKE! Called in a day before my delivery date to confirm I am good to come in and unload on my delivery date. Was told I was good. Arrived on time. They cut my seals and tested my load. Ten minutes later the scale operator tells me I was to leave because they had no room for my product and that they had no clue when they would have room or knowledge of a date when they could take the product. Come here at your own risk

Well I read some reviews was kind of skeptical about loading but I showed up at 8:00 am was way early for my appointment they put me in dock 15 and they are already loading me. I see they are all friendly people here nice clean restroom for drivers to use while they are here man hopefully if I come back again it goes as good but a pleasant experience.

Slow to load. Waited 3.5 hours after checkin for a door to be loaded at. Once that was done quick loading. No one advert hours for phone to call shipping department as I was on scale. No directions for first time drivers to facility. Drive in don't stop at shackGo straight to scale and get light weight. Pull out and go park and check in at shipping by door 4 hostler parking

I can NOT believe the wait time. I delivered here midnight last night on time by appointment. Took till 0630 to get me empty. Had noon appointment to load here today. It's 1830 and I am STILL not loaded. I'd better be getting some detention pay... but it won't be enough to cover what I've lost in revenue, since I can't deliver on time, will be fined $200.00 for late and miss my reload. In the shopping office, the said, "go back to your truck, we'll call you. That is some way to treat a man that is doing his job.

ELD killer, my appointment @16:00, so I called in 09:00am and asked them if I can come over earlier to get loaded, they’d said that’s early is better than late, come on early we get you loaded. Arrived @11:15 and they put me on the parking lot to wait for hours....Don’t come over here if you’re tight on your hours...

Pick up a load an Saturday as u enter to check in to ur right its.a.scale #2 enter and park to go see the security on duty, get a ticket for weight and drive around the building to ur right is another building says plant 1 and shipping office is there.too...If u weight is over 35,600lbs more likely u gona be overweight and if u picking up for Costco there is a sign that says that Costco won't allowed the company to cut their order, in other words u need to make up ur mind about taking that load, I was told I was going to be over 150lbs ,.I decided to take the load cause I can burn fuel before a weight station plus its a Saturday more likely that will be close when I passed by, I end up at 79,100lbs only cause once u loaded , u need to go back to the scale #2 and reweight and that gives u a final weight. But appointment was for 7pm end up leaving by 11:30pm .

The one star for nothing avoid at all cost when I read the reviews I was like very scared and boy they were right if you can avoid this place do yourself a favor and save time if you are a driver and they sent you here to get loaded make sure you’ll get paid for being here waiting for hours !! You will run out of hours..... THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR PRECIOUS TIME !!!! When you get to the gate they will open the gate to you tue you will have to get weight the scale will be on your right side the you get off the truck and go to get the ticket then go to the building park and walk to the shipping office they will call you when your door is ready they will assign a dock and you will get loaded if you are lucky you will probably be done in 5 hours if not you are gonna have to spend the night there... after they load you somebody will come out and give you the empty scale go get weighted again and do the same steps just put this here so drivers know what to do .... GOOD LUCK AND BE SAFE

I would give less than one star ifa possible. The forklift driver was very rough, entering and exiting the trailer. When I got unloaded the next day at the consignee, I noticed that the forklift had damaged the side of the trailer inside and ripped the metal panel at the bottom. They have no concern about other people's property. I will avoid this location in future.

Appt time 4pm. I arrived here 2:00 pm now it's 7:30 pm just started loading. When i asked at 6pm, they told at this time changing the shift. Lazy guys!

16:00 load apt, cked n 09:35am , ppwk in hand 11:45. Pull up to gate on main st, push the call button they will open gate, thru gate immediate right go to back side of bldg on left to scale#2 pull onto scale2 park go inside door on lefi beside scale 1. Take scale ticket place n appropriate printer line u bottom of ticket with appropriate line (unloaded or loaded) push print button (do not hold ticket as it prints). Take ticket with you to ur truck. Pull off scale turn left to bldg with docks across the drive that you came in on. Take scale ticket into shipping/receiving office. When loaded you will have to go back on scale 2 get ur print your loaded weight on ticket and take it back to shipping office to get ppwk.Second time in 👍👍👍👍👍

Who orders product they don't have room for?DIAMOND PET FOODS that's who been here 3 hours.....still waiting to be unloaded. People are nice though.Update... Been here 7 hours they backed me into a dock for an hour and a half...made me pull out so someone else could get unloaded.WON'T COME BACK HERE.

had appointment 2pm ,they start loading my trailer next day 6.17 am ,I see some comments from others about their nice and friendly, just wanted to mention after 9 hrs waiting I got call from a gentleman very nice and friendly, asking me that if I got loaded yet !? I dont need that kind of respect, u respect us when u respect our time .
