Very organized Dollar General. I just wish if you needed to know the price for something the associate could check the price without having to have someone to remove it if you don't want the item. That and the understaffing of many dollar generals is why I don't go like I used to. Several between were I am located and this one, but this one is better staffed and more organized.

I like this DG. Most of the people working there are really nice and will actually talk to you. This is a bigger store than most, but its clean and well taken care of. They are in a small town, as most of them are, but worth going to. I will go to this location as long as I'm in the area. You won't we disappointed if you here.

Hey Dollar General Management. Your point of sale system requires your cashiers to enter the year, month AND day of a customer's birthday in order to buy caugh syrup!Good grief, don't you think that your employees can tell when looking at someone 70 years old that they are over 18, and a simple "yes" or "no" prompt on your POS system would be sufficient?Good employees are hard to come by these days so why frustrate them and your customers by requesting they ask for superfluous information from customers?

Prepare to stand at the register, searching for just ONE employee to come check you out. If you are lucky enough to walk up on someone actually checking, then prepare to wait 20 minutes in line. At least. Is it really worth it for your roll of paper towels, and snickers bar? I say probably not. Just keep driving.

Rhonda is the absolute BEST and most helpful woman EVER!!!! So sweet and always asks about my family. You have to love small town stores where the employees always know your name!

Congested with merchandise and prices are not always right. More recently horrible customer service from 1 individual. I felt some unnecessary shortness when returning Christmas items (with a receipt) after Christmas. She quickly told me the money goes back on the debit card...I thought that strange...as I'd returned an item from that very receipt earlier that day at a store less than 7 miles from this location... however that cashier asked if I wanted store credit..cash or the money back to n the card..lastly she wanted to keep my receipt which had several otherthr items not returned. Eventually I left with my receipt but I try to avoid this store at all cost.

Biggest issue is management...when I asked for a balloon to be filled I was told they no longer do this..but yet balloons are filled for sale..and laughed at than they turned and walked away..lisa & rhonda is the reason I no longer spend over 100.00 a week there any more. Poor customer service and to be laughed at and walked away from...than she also will park where customers should be allowed to park next to the store while on duty ..i have no respect for this place and take my dollars else where..

Could not get help with some prices.Employees ignored me and we're talking to each other. I gave it a 2, because they did have the merchandise I was needing. This is a typical visit.. I don't go unless to Walmart unless I absolutely have to..

It’s been months and I’ve looked every time I go to any dollar generals in the area I live. They have NO MELLOW YELLOW!! Every now and then they’ll have a few two liters but that’s it! No cans, no 12 ounce! It’s my favorite drink along with others I know who have also been mad that there is none!

Don’t park your car in the parking lot longer then 30 minutes. They might have you towed.
