I am so happy with my 14x40 building that Chad designed and had built for me. He was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and my needs for what I was looking for. He went out of his way to help me after hours to finish out my purchase. The building arrived just at the time he estimated and was amazingly crafted, I am very impressed with the quality compared to other similar builds at diff companies. We are pleased with how our custom design shed turned out. We use it for a chicken coop, a storage area and stall for mini donkeys or sheep. Best prices for what you want! Chad is very kind and he listens to what you want with your shed/tiny home/whatever you want it to be and his team makes it come to life down to colors and windows/etc and they deliver it with care. They will fix anything if it isn’t quite working right when it’s delivered (things happen & we know that and they know that and they will make it right). They did for us! You know when you buy a carport you never know how sturdy or strong it's going to be but my carport is very sturdy it's very well built the gentleman at River Valley sheds is very easy to work with I think I wore them out with many multiple phone calls but every single time he still answered was nice very receptive anytime I needed any numbers anything he was always right there and gave me everything I ever needed the place that brought the carport out and designed it and and made it out of Texas very easy to work with great folks very communicative all in all I've had a wonderful experience and I'm extremely picky
