After an all day and night labor my Maltese was unable to deliver and had a puppy stuck at the back door. I reached out to Kayti Jennen and she calmed me down immediately and was able to make arrangements to get my baby in to be seen as soon as the doors opened. An effort was made to deliver the pup but to no avail. She was taken in for a c section and Kayti kept me up on all of the details. I was terrified! This is the first c section for any one of my babies I have ever owned in my life. Not only were they able to save the puppy holding up the whole process but the other two were delivered perfectly healthy as well. My sweet girl was calm and alert when I picked her up, only a couple hours later and her puppies were so active. I’m so thankful for Kayti who quickly responded to me and for everyone at the clinic who took care of my sweet girl and her very first litter. She is doing wonderful. Her puppies are doing wonderful. Not that it would have mattered but they absolutely charged a fair price with no hidden costs of any kind. It was such a blessing. Thank you all so much 🙏🏻

Nicest people ever.. Took us in the day I called. We're RVers and being away from home, our Luna was having ear problems, so I called Merritt Animal Clinic. She checked her ears and gave us some ear drops. Cost was very reasonable. Just loved them, wish we could take them with us. :>>

I was able to get a next day appointment. Staff were very friendly; all smothering my dog with lots of love and compassion. They spent so much time loving him that he never flinched once while getting poked and prodded. This is the only vet I've ever taken him to that he didn't freak out. Tail was wagging the whole time.

I normally see another local vet, however, he was closed for the end of holiday season. It was the day after Christmas, and they offered me a same day appointment, later in the day, so that I would not be charged the $25 "Walk-in" fee, which is standard. The staff was very caring and did not try to gouge me on prices. My 6 year old Border Terrier's illness came on completely without previous signs or symptoms. They gave it to me straight. I Am Grateful and Truly Respect Their Approach, As I was completely IN SHOCK at the fact that My Fur Baby had gone from hopping around and just as happy as usual to lying on death's door in less than 36 hours. She went to bed 100% and woke up at a mere 20% of her normal.They did what the could to make her comfortable, sent me home with just a few days worth of medications, once again cutting the overall cost of the visit.They were all hands on and although she did not make it, she died comfortably and peacefully at home in one of her favorite spots. I am truly grateful that they were there in our time of need. This extended into the following day when I called into the office, to inform them of the loss of our beloved, "Luna". They continuously conveyed their condolences throughout the entire call and appreciated the follow up from me.Thank You to the Veterinarian Students, The Doctor and all the Staff that were caring, compassionate and very professional throughout the entire process!

My vet retired last month and I was forced to find a new one.I decided to give Merritt Animal Clinic a try.From my initial phone call to the time I walked out I was met with friendly professional service. Very punctual with my appointment. The staff were wonderful. They cuddled and pampered my dog and made a huge fuss of her. My dog does not like her feet played with but one of the girls sat with her and took time to calm her down prior to grinding her nails. Vet gave a prescription for ointment for eye and ear infections. Again very professional.Price was very reasonable. Will continue to use them in the future.
