Went in for a delivery and got right into a door... it's a little tight... go in scale, it's one lane when you go around the plant. Dock doors on the left. It does smell bad, but its what it is took about an hour to unload, and they wash out your trailer after unloading for free. Great place to deliver. Great job, guys, and gal's!

Directions were good. Getting in to load seemed to take a long time. Once they started loading, it was okay. Loaded half at one spot, then finished loading on a scale to stay legal. Getting the bill of lading took a long time. Spent over 4 hours 40 minutes. Not a very efficient operation.

Place is a nightmare to load at. ESP for hoppers. I’ve never once gotten loaded under 6 hours. Usually takes 8-12 hours. They will not load in rain and your tarp cannot have any light (holes) in it.

BEWARE!! We had several pieces of heavy equipment picked up from this Facility scheduled by a John Gigolo and Paul John. 4 Trucks total were sent and full service provided, and not a single one was paid for. We have been calling/emailing for a few weeks now and are being ignored.

Takes several hours to load for no real reason., the places is crowded and it is very hard to maneuver around all the trailers and trucks. Very bad experience here. I see no reason why it couldn’t have been handled in a different way.

Better experience here than some places I go. The biggest issues I had was too many dang flies and fruitflies. And when your ac is not working and you have to leave your windows down, your truck will be full of insects.But all in all, really friendly people as well as decent loading (I was picking up chep pallets). Will go back again only if I have working ac.

This place is not as bad as everyone is saying. Yes does stink but will not make you puke. Sissys need to toughen up. I checked in and was told to pull on scale and got loaded in about half an hour. They do have overnight parking.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Only one door working to back up to and unload. SLOOOOOOW as tar in the winter time. The people working there are kind and folk you can work with. But they need to clean up their loading docks and make it smell better.

Extremely slow, there needs to be some accountability for holding drivers for hours on end. Employees move with zero since of purpose. Be prepared to wait. 5 to 10 hours to get loaded and get paperwork is unacceptable.

The people that work here deserve a raise! The stench was so bad I was gagging--truck windows stayed UP and air on recirc to try and keep the smell out. Could Still smell it when I got back to Russellville! I think my sinuses are burnt....Didn't have to hang around too long, they got me unloaded pretty quick after waiting a little while.The lady in the office was very nice ...all of the employees of this place were nice!

This place smells like $$$$. No issues getting loaded. Most of the time it's drop and hook. I love wearing the masks. It keeps everyone safe with Cornoa going around. Their safety dept is top notch. You can reach a person 24/7. Equipment is top notch.

Had a D/H here, place was pretty far out of the way to get too, a little tight and hard to see at night and the smell is awful. Lol But staff there was very friendly and had a bathroom. Didn't ask if there was overnight parking, but looked like you could have parked out of the way and been fine.

Arrived 630pm for pu was immediately harassed by an on site Patriot transportation driver(Patriot is the on site carrier here) got checked in like I do everywhere else. They have an indoor restroom for drivers to use. Was told the load would not be ready until the AM so I bedded down. Approximately 9am dispatch calls and tells me TQL cancelled the load again. Was told I would get layover who knows.

Disgusting. Ur gonna have to wash ur truck inside and out after leaving here. U can smell this place a block away. GROSS! p.s. they're not open on Saturdays and take a couple hours to unload u. I blew chunks at 1hour 28 minutes. I gave 2 stars because they washed out my trailer and were washing the pavement as i left. Stay away if u can

These people are always nice and try to get to me pretty quickly. More good times here than bad. Its trucking, cant have it your way all the time. It does stink like rotting meat here so just dont say I didn't warn you!

Unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent and rude.For six hours I sat, looking out of the windshield. The things I watched happen would provide ideas for a Three Stooges skit, an Archie Bunker episode or an OSHA film on what not to do in the workplace.Happy to have been able to "load early"...broker informed dispatcher that this was a time sensitive load that needed to load at 7am...and the receiver was open 24 hours.Facts are: shipper is open 24 hours...receiver opens at 7 am...neither shipper nor receiver seem to care much if this delivery is made or when...Perhaps the reason these folks are still in business is that Tyson needs somewhere to send their refuse...

1. No overnight Parking2. Just Three Docks3. Long waiting on scale ( CB radio or worker help for weight )4. ( Plus Point ) They washout trailer after unload5. First In First Out6. Try to check in before 5 o’clock7. Use Walmart parking 7-8 mile behind this location

Let's say I wasn't thrilled when my doors were opened to back in. The cardboard bins that chicken liver and hearts come in don't last very long being soaked with blood. Well I had 2 bins dump over in trailer and 2 that we're leaning, well the receiver has a limit of 3 bins dumped and they refuse the load well 2 dump and 2 lean is still 2 dumped in my book so they refuse it because of laziness. A couple phone calls later another pet food manufacturer bought the dumped over bins no problems so beware of the non working dog food makers.

Slow process to load and wait for sample to be run by lab...3 hours.Otherwise it was fine. There are indoor restrooms and pop machines.

Tanker loading is very slow. I was third in line 3 hours ago and they've only loaded one truck.
