Worst experience ever received. Went in for a flat repair , they said needed 4 new tires . In which I had purched the tires new at this Walmart. They said I bought the tires in Camden Arkansas but couldn't pull up to view information. Asked me did I have receipt from 2 years ago, maybe some people bit not me. So Camden was involved due to my son going to sau tech in which he blew the side out of front tire , I called in purchased his tire and service for an 04 alero white. This Walmart had me as a 08 Impala white with my alero mileage. My car is brown so they mixed em up and saidit's nothing they can do without paper receipt and wouldn't honor the tireswarranty . receipt because of this. So guy at the service station spoke about McDonald's and Burger King two different and can't exchang a big Mac for a whopper but to my understanding Walmart is one no matter where so even if tires were in Camden which were not they would be honored here. They couldn't type in simple information but crosset Walmart service center all day afair even if you needed a windshield wiper. Horrible people staff and service centercalled Camden spoke to them they seem same thing but their manager is unavailable and no ,I repeat no store manager at either store nor assistant manager. Basically no warranty will be honored for any tire or service they have it's as worthless as they are professional

They need to manage their inventory better. I have had countless experiences where the Walmart app/website says something is in stock, but then when I go to the store, the product is nowhere to be found and associates are also unable to locate it. This might not be such a big deal if it was something I could find elsewhere, but when I don’t have time to drive to Bastrop or Monroe, this is a big deal. Do better.

It is very well stocked and friendly, and helpful employees. Prices are moderate for the economy, but you'll still save money on most things. If it wasn't for the economy, I would have given it 5 stars.

I'm not going to describe the store as hate because I don't hate anyone or anything but I do not like it Walmart Wally world if they don't have it and you talk to a manager they going to get it but my thing is you knock down a lot of small businesses that is in this small town Crossett Arkansas I'm talking about the small businesses went down like the Titanic shake my head at you Walmart y'all getting y'all though ☹️

This was my first time using the pick up service for my grocery shopping. The process was handled in a very efficient way, they were delivering my groceries in a matter of minutes after my check in. Everything was correct and packaged with care. My only regret is that I didn't ask my shopper's name but gave them positive feedback on their app. Thanks so much for having the service in our area.

This isn’t my local Walmart so they didn’t have my typical items I enjoy that I find at my Walmart, but it was clean, I was able to find fresh groceries and produce and left with a smile :)

Employee rudely rushed me through the checkout saying unprofessional and inappropriate remarks insinuating my purchase time was cutting into her "Time with her baby " and I needed to look at the clock before I came into a store. I was shocked considering it is not a 24 hour store and I live about 16 miles from town so by the time I get off work and get to walmart Its so late I have to rush around anyway but to have an employee talk to me with such manner was quite upsetting. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as much as possible. Needs employee training to be taken seriously as a part of job description. Very disappointing.

Never too crowded, has some really good clearance items, MOST of the employees are friendly, it's always neat and clean. I much rather drive the extra few minutes to come here rather than go to El Dorado. Only slight down fall is, if you do need help with something in certain department's, you have to go look for someone...but still over all this is a great store.

Store 167 in Crossett, Ar does not like to help their customers, their main focus is filling on-line orders. They use the minimum of cashiers, (usually 1 or 2)even on the busiest days of the month. Most times there aren't any help in the department registers to help customers.It seems that all of the employee's do their best to avoid helping anyone and don't try to have a good attitude towards customers.

If you want a cashier to check you out its probably best to shop early in the day. Most evenings, its difficult to find a cashier on duty but typically, there is a self checkout open without any wait. The store is always clean and typically has everything I need in stock. All your shopping needs in one spot.

They let semi trucks park here good place to take a break and resupply my truck. To me that deserves five stars any day. Note to other truck drivers don't trash this place with your pee bottles and other nasty things they do have trash cans. This is why Walmart doesn't let us park at their stores because so many drivers have no respect

Went for Valentine card and candy. Still a good selection, pretty easy to get in and out, though the shelves could have stood straightening. Found the candy I wanted (Hershey's), several boxes had been opened.

Ten checkout lines. One open, 7 shoppers with loaded carts waiting in line. Associates walking around us like we're in their way.Update, 5-3-22, multiple lines open with associates. My neighbor and i only reason to come was to get one item so we didnt need a buggy. Wrong we new better as soon as we passed them. Lol. We both checked out with a arm load. We had a nice first fun girl time.
