Make sure to have your ID. I'm 33 and I live a few blocks away and I get ID'd every time I go in there. It doesn't matter how well they know you they will ID you every time. They literally made me walk back home to get my ID to buy rolling papers. I would not take my birthday even though I have been a customer there for 15 years and what really made me upset was they have no problem asking some people for their birthday (DOB) but when I asked if I could give my birthday they won't do it but yet I see them do it put people a lot younger than me.. and if you don't bring your ID don't ask somebody else to buy for you because they won't sell it to them if they suspect they are getting goods for you. I used to buy cigarettes there every day but now I just go elsewhere since they're not professional enough to recognize a loyal customer. I RECOMMEND THE NEW CROSSETT SMOKE SHOP.

The staff are helpful and friendly and they have a good selection. A recent name change came with age requirements to enter the store, and they have to scan your ID for tobacco related and lottery purchases. You can stop at the paper machine in front of the store and grab a copy of the Ashley News Observer to read the local stories I write, and check out my photographs. Or simply subscribe!

If you are in a hurry this is a great place to stop. If they get a little busy they quickly open a second register to get you back on the road fast. There prices are much better than other stores and they carry a wide variety of tobacco products and brands.

Prices are a little high, but you get a free lighter when you buy a carton. Sometimes you get a free lighter per carton, and sometimes it's one free lighter no matter how many carbons you buy at once. Depends on who's working.

Great for a quick stop to get your tobacco pruducts, a cold drink, or smething to snack on. Typically, there are never any lines at the cash register and they have far better prices than the other tobacoo store in Crossett. Workers are helpful and friendly. Its a good place to stop if your in a hurry; and even if you arent, its still a good place to checkout. Beware though, the parking lot can be pretty trecherous to drive through.

Friendly convenience store. I get vape coils there, and othe vape supplies. . They smoke in the store, but I suppose that's mainly what they sell. Never noticed until I quit several years ago.
