We arrived at around 1:30 when they were supposed to open, there was a sign that said they started at 2pm, we waited patiently, then a girl helped us and told us that we should wait until 3pm for the doctor to arrive, we were the first and there were everyone entered and they didn't even call us, it was already 3:24 and they didn't pass us, when I asked again they told me that I should wait another 30 or 40 minutes, if you decide to go to this place go very calmly because They are not in the slightest hurry to serve you, they are not interested in the time that the rest of us waste waiting.If I could give 0 stars or less I wouldn't hesitate to give it,

The doctor attended at 3 pm, my wife and I arrived at 1.30 pm with the aim of being the first to be treated, then 4 more people arrived, whom they passed first and when we asked when they treated us they told us that We had to wait 30 to 40 more minutes, resulting in more than 2 hours lost from our only free day, simply unacceptable.

Today is 2/1/2017 and this place just murdered my dog. Took her there to get spade and they overdosed her, essentially putting her to sleep forever. This was NOT a weak dog, she survived parvo as puppy. This is a murder hospital with uneducated back wood mill town vets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I took my dog to this vet because she was breathing really fast and hard like if she was trying to catch her breath while she would rest or be asleep she wouldn’t eat and would stay under the bed all the time we took my dog to get checked they checked and said it was a cold and that she had a fever so she gave us medecine for the fever after a week she didn’t get no better she kept getting worse we took her to the vet in monticello they ran X-rays and did lab work turns out this whole time she had lung cancer a heart murmur and anemic….words cannot explain how devestated I am knowing this whole time she was slowly dying and this vet had the urge to tell us it was a cold we even told her it wasn’t right because of how she was acting. today she passed away on our way to get her put down due to her getting even worse please. to anybody if you are worried about your pet DO NOT bring them here it always seems as if they don’t care don’t bring your pets here at all there X-ray machine don’t even work that just raises a red flag all this could’ve been prevented if it wasn’t cause of these people.. I’ve been taking my dogs here for a while for about 14 years and I wish I never did..

READ THE REVIEWS, WE WISH WE HAD !!!!We brought our cat here for a UTI because our regular vet was booked up and he was prescribed Amoxicillin. We were not told anything about the possibility of cats being allergic to it and he passed on Monday. He's had a UTI before and recovered almost immediately after being treated. At first we thought he was just sicker than we were told but we did some research and also spoke with our regular vet and he checked every box for the allergy before he passed on Monday. Even a 1 minute warning to educate us on what to look for just in case would've saved our cat. We had no idea what we were looking at and it happened so fast. This vet is cheaper than most in the area but I guess you get what you pay for. From what I can see in the reviews the vets here are clearly uneducated or simply just don't care enough to go the extra step to give your babies the best care they can provide.

My dog was dying and refused to call the vet for us. We called as soon as they opened. They said to go ahead and bring her. When we got there they said the vet wasn't in till later on and come back later. They didn't even care and the woman up front had a bad attitude. That's completely disrespectful toward any family pet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The fact the help just doesn’t seem to care. On top of the wait there. We been twice hoping it was just a bad day. But no. The vet takes her sweet timing coming in. We sat there an over an hour from when the lady at the desk said to come in. The vet wasn’t even in the office. Then they talk to you like you don’t know anything and just rush threw things. I hope others have better luck but I’m disappointed on how we was treated and won’t be back.Also friend of mine had their dog there to be spayed and she sat there for few days due they actually forgot about her or didn’t have time to get to her. So I professional.

We've always taken our dogs here. They are normally decent. Our rottie has been going there her entire life, she got fixed there, got her shots, etc. Today I take her in to get her yearly rabbies vacination and my redbone in for a nail trim. Now, the new vet techs already messed up with one of my other dogs when I took her in to get her nails trimmed (they cut half of one of her quicks off and still had the gall to charge me for the time!). They first go ahead and muzzle my redbone, who freaks out cause of it, just because when they cut off part of her quick last time she snapped at the tech. Whatever, okay, they do an okay job this time, I have to help hold my dog cause she is terrified. The vet was apparently too busy to give my rottie her rabbies shot herself so she was gonna watch her vet tech do it. The tech just stabs it into her side before backing up and wondering if she got it in. Meanwhile, it was obvious that she got it in cause my dog was panicking from having a needle in her side and if the vet hadn't walked forward and finished administering the shot, I'm sure my dog would have tried running away from me. Never going here again, even for rabbies. I would rather make the drive to Monroe. It was okay when the previous vet tech was there but the new ones have no clue what they are doing.
