Store Manager is rude, and unprofessional. I bought a wireless gaming controller and I was told you can’t refund or exchange it! There is no return policy printed on the receipt or posted in the store! Then the store manager told me you can go and try to return it to another store but I’m not taking it. I have lost $21.95 for this item that I can’t even us. This store needs a new manger. I have seen her talk to her employees in a unprofessional manner. I am a faithful customer and I know other customer feel the same!

My friend went to family dollar and to bought some stuff and nice cashier .enjoy and to bowser in store then buy stuff . Few times we went before.

There is always 10 people ahead of you and there is never never another checkers I've had to leave more than 1 time to get change to pay for my stuff I want go back yesterday I tried to go in it was suppose to be open at 9 it was 856 the girl was just opening the store so I just went to Wal-Mart I knew she had things to do before she opened up.
