Good Experience at this Sonic Drive Thru.Staff was cheery and friendly.Well mannered and seemed happy to serve you.Only thing, they only accept cash.Food was good, not like the pictures but still yummy:)

Feels more like the old Sonic. I'm not sure why it seems so different. We had a bad experience back in February but it's not worth repeating. Great double burgers and breakfast toasters, lemon slushes, cream slushes......great menu, period. The app needs to be simplified, I don't consider it hard to understand but there's more trouble involved in using it than is the case with the McDonald's app. No one I know is willing to use the Sonic app. During the last few years, every time I heard anyone complain that there's nowhere to eat in Corning, I completely forgot Sonic. And there's a wonderful variety here. The old Sonic was "one and done." Nice kids who brought out hot food and cold drinks. But I'm getting used to this new one, after a long time.

This location has gone down hill so to speak the Car hops are always friendly.However today I ordered a chicken dinner with toast and was told afyer I had to ask where the gravy was they no longer make the gravy!? Why??The order screens are hardly working when you order the food and many of them have been covered over so you can't see what you've ordered to track it.I think it's sad to have to leave a negative review I don't like leaving negative remarks but something needs to change. Meaning the menu items being taken off without notice. Why serve chicken without the gravy? Now the chicken dinner is just dry.

Ordered my drink on the app. Everything functioned as it should on the app and the screen at the location. I waited patiently and waited and waited and waited until about 15 minutes had passed. Finally it comes across the screen that my order was ready and on its way. My order was a fountain drink. No special item.Another five minutes pass. Other folks are getting their items who ordered long after I did. I finally pushed the button and inquired. They had no clue what I was talking about. Im like its an app order showed up on the screen out here. Said ----- was on their way with it. No clue. Asked what I had. And then said sorry about that. Mind you they were not busy. I do take the amount of customers into account before judging poor customer service. This was just a series of errors. The drink was good once I got it. Just no reason for such a long wait period

My husband & I both are OTR truck drivers out of state We visited the Corning, Ar facility We were very pleased with our service, our cop hop was named Felicity, she greeted us with a freindly smile. OUR service was GREAT. Food was hot & fresh..We will visit AGAIN!!

This Sonic used to be best but after numerous bad experiences its time to leave bad review! One time 2 cars on whole parking lot 30 minutes for chicken sandwich and single burger finally got order burger was ice cold had take it home and put in microwave! 2nd time 3 cars on parking lot 20 minute wait for 2 burgers the food was good! 3rd time 1 car in parking lot never would answer to take our order had drive off and go to McDonald's! Today ordered small strawberry shake and brownie batter shake got my order drove away and was given chocolate shake and vanilla cake batter shake this sonic has became pathetic!!!!

The stalls were almost all full when we got there. We did get in a stall quickly though. It took longer then usual to fill our order for sonic blasts. When they were delivered, the carhop apologized for the wait and said she had put extra candies in both the blasts ordered (which she did). Then she brought out a small cup with more extra mini M&Ms for the child I had with me. Very polite, very accommodating.

Some people say they miss the old Sonic, but there's not much to miss. It felt more relaxed. A cup of water was about 12 cents. Most fast food has become restaurant-price now. I'm getting old so I don't eat out much anymore anyway. But there's nothing like Sonic for drinks and ice cream, and the menu items are always one of a kind.

My order included an item w/o a bun. I expected to have to remove the bun from my meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find my order was correct. Service was timely, it was lunch, they were busy but the staff was friendly. Thank you for completing my order as I requested! I appreciated it.

Overall the staff was respectful but every single time i order from this sonic my order is always messed up somehow. They either mess up on my order and give fries instead of tots or they mess up my sandwich if i order it plain they put everything on it. I will go during the day and my order will be perfect but if I go at night its always messed up in one way or another.

It's nice, easy to get into and out. Same menu as all the others.. only real issue was the person taking the order could not hear us well because of traffic.. and then they forgot a couple items.. lucky we always check the bag.. They were fast with getting the missing items.. And they were very sorry for the mess up.. Which is always nice when they aren't rude to you the customer for their mess up.. So happy about that! Thank you Sonic for a great dinner. 😊food tasted good.. shakes are awesome!! If we are in that area again we will for sure stop again.

Absolutely terrible ordered a drink through the app waited for over 20 minutes..kept pushing the button but was ignored so I drove to the drive through window and wanted my money back.he said he couldn't give it to me so I told him to make my drink. Absolutely ridiculous

This place has become a joke. They get your order wrong 90% of the time and then take 45 minutes to redo one.... 1.... uno.... not two, but one burger. They seriously need to have corporate step in and fix this. What happened? Always love d this place, not anymore. This is crazy.

We stopped at Sonic for the very first time today and it couldn't have been a worse experience. We ordered two #1 meals(one with everything and one no mustard) and a Jr burger meal with ketchup and pickles only. Although the girl at the drive thru was very friendly we were charge extra because they were out of the Jr meal box therefore it was charged alacart. Then the burgers have the wrong condiments and are labeled incorrectly...normally we would remove anything we don't like and move it along, but no napkins. Oh and the fries and tots were cold....With 10 cars at the restaurant you would assume fresh fries. We left disappointed

Poorest service ever. Waited in the inside drive through lane for 20 minutes, no acknowledgement, all while the outside drive through line was being serviced. I knew the speaker worked, because a lady in front of me was serviced. Finally and aggravated, I went to a stall only to be told to hold. After about 5 minutes, they took my simple drink order but took another 15 minutes to get it to me... 2 teas, 40 minutes ridiculous...

The Corning, AR location is under staffed and the service has greatly suffered because of this. We waited 45 minutes for a small order. By the time the food was brought out to us it was cool in temperature, fries were stale and ice melted in our beverages. Couple months later went back to this location and it is still understaffed and wait time is a smidge faster but not by much. We ordered a slushy and a soda and it still took about 25 minutes to get it brought to us.

Bobbie Estrada was very sweet she always is.... most of the morning people that work there are. I don't go much in the afternoon anymore. But the morning people are GREAT
