Update: BEAUTIFUL black mama cat caring for her black kittens as a shy calico peeks from nearby. Living beings waiting to give you years and years of love. Original post: I hope these little babies in my pictures find good homes. The little caramel-colored sweetheart badly wanted attention down at the bottom! The little gray babies and the quiet older boy or girl are angels too. I took my older girl in and loved all these sugars out in the display area by seating! They'll make someone's life so happy! 🐈🐾❤️ I hope everyone will go check on them. 🤗

Dr. Ginger and her staff are the absolute best! They have saved three of our fur babies with parvo. Two were very ill. They are so caring and you can tell they love what they do. They exude compassion and kindness. Dr. Ginger kept me updated on my puppies’ condition which meant everything to me. We cannot thank them enough.

Warning Stay away from this vet. A simple flea issue and they killed both of my cats. Was amazing how the cat was doing great and talked about the bill and that I didn't have enough money. 10 minutes later my cat was dead.

I'm no vet, but seems like they did a good job. We took 3 dogs - 2 females and 1 male to be 'snipped'. I just wish they would have removed the male's entire "sack" and not just his testicles. He runs around with a little empty "sack" flapping about.

I'm a over road truck driver had a very sick baby seen some cars in the parking lot. Found a place over in fed ex to park my rig ask a couple friendly people that were outside if opened explain my issue. Just happened to be a doctor on-site the young lady looked over my dog Birdy and got me some medicine to make her feel better. Long story apologize but I'm grateful to this veterinarian office Thank you very appreciated of your help my dog is feeling great and I'm grateful again Thank you.

I called 12 other vets trying to get my dog's nail out of her pad, every one of them said two weeks, NEA said two hours. I was expecting it to cost an arm and a leg, it didn't even cost a fingernail. NEA is awesome!!!!

Such a great veterinary clinic. Very knowledgeable people who are also anxious to help you despite how busy they are. Willing to try the newest Treatments if necessary rather than give up on your fur-baby.

the reasons for being there were far from pleasant but the degree of professionalism was remarkable...I have taken a lot of dogs and cats to a lot of Veterinary Clinics..This is a group of people who take caring to a new level...this will be the only place I will take my pets for care...

We loved this place.Until the employees posted tik toks of themselves putting tape on cats paws and forcing the cats to stand and walk like that.These were cats that were in the rescue program NEA runs. Animals in the care of a rescue/ vet shouldn’t have to be worried about being traumatized and mistreated. Honestly sad because we really liked Ginger and the front desk staff. Wish the social media guy and other young people in the reels would have been properly educated and trained.

Ginger and staff are always amazing. My dog is afraid of other dogs, so they had a room ready when I got there so that he would be the most comfortable. They always love on my animals, speak to them, and set them at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We take our dog in every six weeks to be groomed. Brittany is great with our dog. We also leave him there for boarding when we are out of town. We know he is taken care of.We are so blessed to have Dr. Ginger and her staff taking care of our fur babies.Will continue taking our precious dog Snickers to Dr.Ginger and staff. We don't have to worry when we leave .

Dr. Seagraves is wonderful. We drive over 45 miles just to see her. Our puppy has hip problems and he can have attitude, but the NEA staff are great with him. Definitely 5 stars.

This Clinic is THE BEST!! My baby girl Maddie was getting a home grooming Saturday night right before we were moving out of state. Her tail ended up getting cut, it was after midnight, in Louisiana we had to leave early the next day to move to Arkansas. We got the bleeding to stop, put antibiotic ointment on and wrapped it. The next day we drove ALL day. But on Monday her tail was still bleeding. We called FIVE (5) Diffrent veterinarians and NOT a one would see her or help us in ANY way until my Sister in law got in touch with NEA!! They said we can see her, how fast can you get here. We drove over... everyone was SO nice. They stitched up Maddie's tail. They gave her pain/anti inflammation meds AND antibiotics. They were SO GOOD with her, and Maddie is a Sr dog. Sometimes she is not the easiest dog. I was so greatful for the veterinarian staff at NEA!! And Maddie is doing AWESOMELY! Thank Y'all VERY MUCH! The staff and Dr are GREAT! Their prices are reasonable and they really care about their patients AND their patients owners too. I will be back to get ALL of Maddie's sevices done there I highly recommend this Veterinarian Clinic for ALL your pets needs. 😊

they were the most rudest people that I have ever dealt with and I wouldn't be so sure to take my pet up there and in the end they all they worried about was money and not pet. Money was there to pay part and had rest 2days later and woman rude as ever. Discourtesy, disrespectful, and common courtesy was no where to be found
