I called in to check on the status of prescription this morning at 8:45. The man working in the pharmacy told me that they had my medicine in stock and that it would be ready for me to pick up at 11:10. I let him know I was going to be driving from Little Rock (45 minutes away) to come and pick it up which he assured me wouldn't be an issue. So I get to the drive thru at 11:10 and he says they actually didn't get it in and they didn't know when they would get the next shipment. Are you kidding me? Complete incompetence. I think a 3rd grader could do better than this. Won't be coming back. Don't waste your time.

I use the app to refilll my presentations days in advance before i go to pick them up and everytime it says they are ready I get there and they are out of stock! I get told this after waiting in line for ever bc they move at the slowest pace!

Do not go to this pharmacy. They gave me no warning about not having my meds in at all and I have to go without my medication over the weekend. I’m switching to Sav- on like I was told before Monday soon as I can. This pharmacist is ridiculous. All these issues with them an I learned my lesson for sure on giving them chances. Plus they rude! Everyone said they rude and told me to switch but I waited like a fool, no more!!! Now I’m without my important medication and they did nothing about it! They gave me no warning about not having my meds in. They assume I suppose to know I guess. My mom an sisters are switching from them also. I really want to give no stars but it will not allow me to do that.

You should let people know how or when they can get their meds not just shut down. If you already filled prescriptions people can’t just get them filled else where. People getting their meds is more important then your profits.

Wife went to get our daughters medicine along with some money. Asked for help and as she was talking, Employee walked off, she proceeded to walk to another employee and say she had help with her stuff but employee left, that employee told her that "he can refuse service, I don't like how you're talking", we're not from here, our daughter is ILL and at this point, we just wanted to get the medicine, the money and head home. Our phones died, they have all our info for the money transfer and we told them that, and they proceeded not to care. and instead of getting the help we needed, we just got back talked, after everything we've been through, this is how conway, Arkansas Walgreens treat us,I'm surprised they're still open.

I usually love Walgreens. I understand they are understaffed but when I have to call the store while standing in the store at the photo counter after the guy working the register has looked at me twice to get help. That’s a little out there, and then he leaves the register to go talk with another employee. All while is good there for 15 min till a very nice lady from pharmacy had to come to the photo counter and help us.. very unprofessional. But I do appreciate the lady who helped us.

I absolutely DO NOT like the new pharmacy hours!!! We have been trying to get our children's medicine for the past couple days and everytime we go to pick it up, the sign says pharmacist is not on duty!! The hours are supposed to be from 9am to 8pm and my husband stopped by around 7:15pm and they were closed!! I'm really considering switching pharmacies!!!

All of my family members and I always have very positive experiences every time we deal with the people and Walgreens store on Oak st. in Conway Arkansas. The store is always well stocked and very well maintained. It’s always clean and neat. The customer service is always top notch. Just a few days ago, Meagan (pharmacy), took the time to do a little research for us and was able to show us how we could save hundreds of dollars on our prescriptions that day, and EVERY MONTH GOING FORWARD!!! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore - Except at Walgreens on Oak street in Conway Arkansas, when dealing with Meagan. Way to go Meagan!!!

This is the WORST pharmacy in Conway. First and last time I do business with them. After waiting 2 hours for my prescription they told me they were out of stock. They had me wait the next day and said they would call me, but they never did. I tried getting a hold of them but their wait time is ridiculous. I was hung up multiple times and when I finally got someone on the phone they were rude. Then, they said my insurance was invalid and didn’t go through which I found strange because I’ve never had any issues with my insurance at other pharmacies. Please avoid this place if possible. I would rate this pharmacy a 0 if I could.

The store manager on shift last night, Delores, is an absolute angel. I wasn't able to go into the store but she helped me figure out a way to get my medicine with no contact. The other employees I talked to were also wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend curbside pickup! Even with stock issues on the website they were able to solve my problem and offer friendly customer service. Thank you Delores!

Went to pickup photos, nobody at the counter. Saw phone so used it to page for assistance. The first lady who came up and checked me out was fine, nice even.Unfortunately another lady came up wanting to know who paged for assistance, she was very rude, rolled her eyes when I said I did. The photos I picked up looked good though.

I went through the pharmacy drive through to pick up a prescription. They were very unfriendly. They told me my prescription would be $200+. When I asked if they had a coupon for it, I was told to look for it myself. I found said coupon and asked for paper to write the information on. The tech told me to move to the other drive through window (with a customer already there) and for me to give her my phone. When it was time to pay I gave her the card I had on my phone. She told me I couldn’t use that it had to be actual card. However, last time I was there I used the card on my phone and it worked fine. I will NOT go back to a Walgreens pharmacy.

How does 30 minutes turn into 2 1/2 hours? By going to this pharmacy. This is the slowest, least capable pharmacy I have ever been to.Update 1/5/2019: there is a huge line with one person. There is no such thing as a quick trip here. Cashier argues with every person in line.

Our RX insurance switched us to this pharmacy 6 months ago. I get 5 prescriptions a month and so far they have messed up on 5 times out of the 6 monthly refills. When they tell you the order is ready to pick up you can still expect to wait a substantial amount of time because the pharmacist still has to check your order after you get there. I did give them 1 star because the staff is usually quite friendly. it's just too bad they don't seem to be able to get anything right the first time and work more efficiently.

A stuffed rabbit holding a basket was not marked down with the Easter stuff. I spend nearly 5 minutes trying to find the right mascara that was marked down out of the 6 hanging below the sale sign, making sure it was the same, name, type, size, and color number and was still told it was the wrong product. All of their signage is intentionally misleading. There was make up marked down with signs with a large bold 50% off followed by tiny letters saying, the purchase of a second product. Underneath the full price, it listed half of the original price followed by tiny letters saying, total savings when you purchase two items.

I don't particularly care to give bad reviews, because we are all human and mistakes happen. However, this is past strike 3 for the Oak st location. They have left me waiting several times for the better half of an hour. On two seperate occasions they didn't even give me all of my prescriptions, forcing me to make another trip all the way across town. Only to keep me waiting another 30 plus minutes. Then when I asked the pharmacist for the corporate number; she blamed the customers and there insurance issues😳and resquests like mine (for the corporate #). for being the cause of such poor service. I was appalled really. I truly used to love this Pharmacy. Once upon a time it ran like a well oiled machine. Now, they are extremely deprived in the areas customer service, quick service, heck its hard to even get a smile out of the employees. They move so very slowly, like they are in a slow drag of time and the customers don't seem to matter to them atvall these days. So, do yourself a favor and check out Smith Pharmacy I know for a fact they are family owned and they care. Simply, because they made me feel appreciated, I think they would be worth the wait if there was one.

The employees are pretty cool.. but I did order something once several hours before they close, expecting maybe 30 minute wait time like the email stated. It wasn't ready until the next day and I ended up getting pulled over by a cop for a bad license plate registration as a result. It probably wouldn't have happened if they had it ready that night. However, it would have happened eventually -- and it was the fault of the DMV that it was registered wrong. They made a clerical error because my old plate had a "T" on the end and the other guy's had an "i" on the end. When capital, they look close to someone with poor vision and/or someone not paying attention.

Not a fan. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable, but this Walgreens is so busy so often, and there are frequently issues with prescriptions. The script might be delayed, they only have enough pills to do a partial fill, or scripts that you previously filled on the same day may not show in their system as eligible for refill on the same day the next time. It also took about 5 attempts to successfully change my phone number with them, and they keep listing new allergies I don't have under my name.

I normally don’t write reviews, but the pharmacy here is probably one the rudest ones in town. The last three times I’ve been here, they never give a straight answer to their customers while having long wait times for anything in the pharmacy. They don’t answer their phones and always in a hurry. Probably not worth the wait.

I have used this pharmacy often, for years, solely because they are open 24 hours. However, the bad experiences far outweigh the good. I'd say I have a good visit maybe 2 out of every 10. They are always incredibly busy, usually unfriendly and not eager to help and if they are unable to fill your prescription they make you wait a good 20-3p minutes instore before they tell you, or until you come back to pick it up. I usually leave there frustrated.

Will never step foot back in this particular Walgreens again. They charged my debit card 3 times for $102 transaction for my prescriptions, claimed that a receipt didn't print so they could not give me my medicine when I clearly showed them my bank statement. The people in the pharmacy were friendly and very apologetic but the manager that was there (Wade) was very rude to my husband and I. He tried to talk to us like we were stupid. the Walgreens on Salem is much better and way more professional, I wish they were 24 hours. Walgreens on Oak will not be getting my business again...oh, my prescription was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, it took an hour. I'm just glad I wasn't dying, even though I do have the flu. They just suck.

This is the worst pharmacy experience that I have ever had, at any pharmacy. Long line, long wait times, the phone ringing nonstop, tons of unhappy customers.The thing that baffles me is, why have a schedule online for vaccines appointment times if that time slot is not going to be honored.

Best walgreens ever! There is a little red head in the beauty department who is amazing. I witnessed her helping an older lady. She was so sweet and polite and really helped the customer. Next it was my turn for help and she saved my life! She was so knowledgeable of all the brands and products. I got better service from her than I have at Sephora and high end counters!

Pharmacy waiting times are horrendous. I could write a novel in the time it takes me to pick up my prescriptions.Please designate an express line in the drive thru. That, or only do express through drive through.

Dropped off a prescription bottle at 1:00, we came back to pick up the pills and they did not know what we were talking about. The pharmacy we had previously used had closed and they were unable to get the information they needed so rather than call us and tell us we need to find out where the prescription sent or call the doctor to get it approved they did nothing. So when we came to pick up the medication they gave us information to hopefully get actual prescription. At 10 when we came back and everything else is closed. So dont waste your time bc they sure as heck dont care about you or your health.

I went in wall green to get my medical supplies miss Ann help she was very helpful she made sure I got everything I needed she has a awesome smile she help every one that comes in the store they have great prices on all of there merchandise the best in Conway I would definitely recommend it a great place to go
