The supervisor and staff at the Walgreens on Salem Road Conway runs a very good Pharmacy there.If they know that you have some special needs for your Pharmaceuticals they will make sure and take the extra step to give you the service you need.I wish that more brick and mortar retail establishments would use their approach for customer service it would make life a lot easier

Tried to use a rain check for purchase of V-8 at 2 for $6 qty. of 6.Clerk name of Kathy told me it was past 30 days and no longer valid. I thought it as 60 days but she disagreed and when I requested it back she said she had already torn it up and no longer issued rain checks. I left store very upset and called other store to find out Kathy was wrong on all points. I need this addressed promptly.John Moorehead

Pharmacy staff very professional and willing to help. TWO STARS for the unusual slow service. Record of 20 minutes waiting in line. Additionally they spend more time attempting to locate the filled prescription.

The Walgreens location on College and Salem, is honestly the best I've ever used! Naturally, the Employees make a place! Store and Pharmacy are clean and well stocked. Always a hello at the door. This location goes above and beyond.. For real!

The pharmacy tech was incredibly rude to me this morning (like 10:40am). I went to pick up my prescriptions and he told me the total, and asked me if I wanted it on expresspay. I asked him for the price breakdown. He told me and I asked if that was for a three month supply for each of my three medications. He said no, two of them had a one month supply. I told him they were all supposed to be 3 months supplies and he said that it was too late because he already ran my autopay. I said that I didn't ask him to do that and he straight said "yes you did". He really tried to gaslight me about something I said less than a minute before. Will be considering getting my medications elsewhere since I can't trust the pharmacy to tell the truth and to not run my card without my permission. I didn't even plan to use the autopay method, so I know I didn't ask him to use it.

Literally constantly out of stock of every medicine I seem to get prescribed to me. This has been going on for over a year now. I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love this Walgreens! The people are so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products they have! The curbside is so helpful on days when I can’t come in, the pharmacy staff always do their best to make me feel welcome and comfortable! They changed my medication pick up to a 90day and it saves me so much time! I’m always greeted when I walk in and there is always someone close by willing to help! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Walgreens on Salem! I recommend this pharmacy to EVERYONE!

I was in line at the drive through on 2/11/2023 and the pharmacy was very busy but when I got to the window the young man who waited on me was extremely courteous, & helpful. I have worked in a pharmacy before and I know how stressful it can be especially when you have a line of impatient customers so I just wanted to say "Great Job!!"

Be warned, you can be sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to get your prescription in under 5 minutes at the window. Can’t believe all the gas I’m burning just sitting here at times.

Went in to get my booster shot on a busy weekday night. There were only three people working in the pharmacy including the pharmacist. They were all rocking it. None of them had nasty demeanors and were handling the stress of a busy night well. It took them about 20-25 minutes to get around to giving me and several others our shots, but it was understandable. For those complaining about the long wait for prescriptions, it’s because they are short staffed. They can’t really help it if they can’t get folks to work. Download the Walgreens app and you can be notified when your medication is ready.

This Walgreens pharmacy needs help. Like - major help. One of their two drive-thru lanes has been out of order for over a YEAR. The other remaining drive-thru lane is always backed up and forced to service people dropping off scripts, picking up scripts, asking questions, getting COVID tests, and whatever else it is that people spend 60 minutes sitting in the pharmacy drive-thru lane for.Not only that, but for some reason this pharmacy NEVER have my medications in stock. I have no idea if I keep getting prescriptions for "unusual" medications or not - but they ALWAYS have to make me wait 36hrs to get a new prescription filled due to "medication out of stock - more is coming soon". When I call first thing in the morning to see if my meds have actually come in so I can actually get my script filled, the answer I usually get is "yes it is here but it'll be until lunchtime before we have a chance to get it ready for you". Then "lunchtime" comes and goes (which FYI for this pharmacy is 1:30PM-2PM!) without anything getting done and I have to either call again or go UP there to actually persuade them to give me my freaking meds.They are completely overwhelmed. They need help. I'm assuming Walgreens pays very poorly and they are having issues attracting staff who want to work there these days after COVID. Whatever the reason, we're talking about people's medications and wellbeing - and they need to improve this situation FAST.

I was shook today by the lack of mannerism and respect by a Walgreen employee at 6:46pm today. No cashiers avaliable, had to find help and when asked to check my items out, I was disrespected. Bruh

Horrible service. They always say your Rx will be ready in 15-20 minutes but never come close to delivering within hours of that estimate! If you want to wait an extra 3 hours for your medicine longer than they tell you it will be then this is your place. Only really we use them is on weekends when our locally wonder pharmacy is closed. Walgreens is a miserable excuse for a pharmacy and they wouldn't know what good customer service was if it bit them in the face.

On 03/10/2021 I stopped at the store and left a prescription for refill. I was told they would contact the doctor for a refill renewal request. I was told If there were any problems, I would receive a call since the prescription expired on 09/27/19. After two days I hadn't heard anything, so I stopped to pick up the refill. It was then I found out nothing had been done to refill the prescription. I was and am annoyed, and would like an appology or explanation. I went to pick up my prescriptions in the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me on the inside lane where I was waiting and about 4 on the outside lane. I was trapped in and had to wait 50 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my medicine. I thought maybe they were having computer issues. So I asked when I got up to the window but no computer issues just too busy to keep up. I have never waited that long for my medicine or anything else in a drive thru. So it sounds like maybe they need more help.

We shopped at the Walgreens on Salem Road, Conway AR this morning. In addition to some medications, we purchased toys on Christmas clearance to donate. It was hard for us to tell which toys were on clearance and which were not but Dalton helped us, cheerfully and professionally and we could not have had better customer service! Thank you, Dalton! Thank you, Walgreens!

Unfortunately this is the closest Walgreen's to where I live, or I would never step foot in this store again. The pharmacy is the definition of incompetence, continually making mistakes that cost customers' time and money without the slightest sense of customer service or fixing their own mistakes. I would strongly recommend finding another store(at least the one on Oak is 24 hours), or even a different pharmacy if you live in Conway, as neither store is very good. I was an assistance manager at a Walgreen's as my first job out of college, which is why I have been a loyal customer despite poor customer service, so I know just how poorly this pharmacy is run. If you can, avoid this place like the plaque.

Slow horrible service at the pharmacy. 6 cars in the lane closest to the window went through before the 1 in front of me was completed!!!! 45 mins wait trapped in by other vehicles was forced to sit there. I was relieved to finally pull but then the girl went ahead and waited on the car closest to her even though I had pulled up before them. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! Took me less than 5 mins to pay for my meds but, next time I will stick to the one off oak st. They’re at least some what efficient in understanding both lines need to be taken care of if the open sign is open in both lanes!!!!!

The store itself is not the best, but if you ask me, all pharmacies kind of suck. However, they do have two really sexy pharmacy technicians at this Walgreens, so I recommend it over anywhere else. ;)
