My other vet couldn't figure out what was bothering my dog's skin. Dr C explained everything to me and all the options and even let me know which treatments would not work as well (expensive or not). We figured out a treatment plan that would help my poor dog and also not cause me bankruptcy. He does not mind questions. The front desk is very helpful as well. My dog loves these folks.

TCV came highly recommended when I moved to Conway. The first time I met Dr. C you would have thought he’d known my dog and I for years. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident he was the right vet for us. More recently our goldie got super sick and we met Dr Griffin for the first time. He too was amazing and super thorough in what he was doing to make sure our fur baby got back to his normal self. I’d highly recommend TCV for all your furry needs.

I Took my boyfriends dog here grooming for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was SUPER impressed! Not only was it spotless but it smelled wonderful! The women at the front desk were so nice! Our groomer Courtney was super sweet and did a great job! I’ll definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

My mom's dog Sam needed a vet for an emergency situation. We called around and were turned down by 2 different vets. We called Tucker Creek and they got him in at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They didn't know us and we had never been there. To make a long story short, we had to have Sam put to sleep that afternoon. Their thoughtfulness and compassion and willingness to get him in meant so much. Today, my mom received some flowers, a sweet card and Sam's paw print. That will forever mean so much to my mom. Initially, I had an emergency that resulted in having to put one of my beloved dogs down. 😭 The experience, though an extremely unpleasant one in general, was the best I can imagine it possibly could have been thanks to TCV. Since then, I have used TCV for routine care and grooming of my other dog and have recently gotten that dog another dog that we will also be brining by in the future. So, my own experience has been phenomenal at TCV. They provide exemplary service to their customers and excellent care for their patients. Such compassionate, friendly and helpful staff, all of them. It shows that they truly care about people and their pets... (or maybe, it's that they care about pets and their people 🤷🏼‍♀️) .

We moved here from Memphis and have been hunting for a new vet for our two German Shepherds. After doing some research and getting some recommendations, we decided on Tucker Creek Vet. I was nervous switching vets, especially since we’ve used the same one in Memphis the past 5+ years. Let me say, Tucker Creek Vet calmed all my nerves and was SO wonderful. The staff cannot be praised enough. They are so kind and helpful on the phone scheduling appointments and surgeries. We are getting our youngest one spayed there in a few weeks, and after our visit, I feel completely comfortable and at peace with our decision to make them our primary vet. Dr. Cabantac was wonderful and didn’t make a single thing feel rushed or a silly question/concern. His vet tech (I forgot her name) was wonderful and so easy to talk to and get advice/opinions. I have also heard wonderful comments about the other vet too. Tucker Creek Vet made me feel like home, and I completely trust their care for our fur babies. Prices are very comparable to other places in Conway. But their amazing and clean facility and team members would make it worth paying a little more for — knowing my pets are in a great place with great hands. They also sent a welcome letter after our first visit, and that just reassured me more that we are at the right place.If you’re looking for a new vet or wanting to make the switch over to a new one, I can’t recommend this place enough. It gets a 10/10 from an anxious, very obsessed dog mom of two. :)

We love Dr. C and all the techs and receptionists here! It's always a good sign when our dogs (...one of them anyway) love going to the vet and get excited when we pull into the parking lot. They take such good care of our dogs and we've always had good outcomes from any procedures done here.

Dr. Cabantac and his staff were great with my Stormy! They took care of my fur baby and got him feeling back to himself again. Just found a new vet. for him and my other pets. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got our dog groomed there for the first time by Courtney. She was super sweet and made our Bernedoodle look so pretty and her fur super soft! Didn't take long at all and the price was pretty reasonable for everything she did. My dog's ears constantly have infections and she cleaned them so well that she hardly scratches them. We've already scheduled her there again. The front staff was really sweet too. Super nice people

Dr. TC is an excellent vet. The clinic is clean and the personnel are very attentive! They have a groomer that took care of our 3 puppies, the coat was too short but they were matted though. :-(I recommend this place!

Beautiful building inside and out but didn’t have the best experiences.The first time I thought the shade from the young ladies was a “me” thing since I tend to have a strong personality so brought my sister at one appointment and then brought my dad with me to another. We all came to the conclusion that it just wasn’t the place for us or my dog.My dog tends to get anxious but for some reason this place just was really hard on her.We’ve taken her to another vet since and she didn’t act like a mess in another vets care.The beautiful thing about healthcare for yourself or your fur baby is you can shop around until you find the best fit.When you sit down and wait for the vet to come in and give you an update about your dog and 10-20mins of the conversation involves the vet expressing his views on affordable vaccines that a vet gives about 15-20mins down the road it’s time to start shopping around.Hope others have better experiences but this place wasn’t the best fit for our dog unfortunately.

If your looking for a Vet for your fur baby, this place is wonderful. My pup was pretty sick, and I was a mess coming in worried about my baby. They took her in on such short notice. Put me at ease and kept me informed about my dog. They are so kind and professional. They did everything to keep my pup healthy and safe. You can tell they love what they do and they have a passion for animals. I couldn’t have taken a my dog to a better vet. I cannot express enough about how amazing this place is. (Not to mention prices were very reasonable)

Tucker Creek Vet is a special place. My parents live in walking distance and when my missing cat came home looking very sickly, my mom knew he didn’t have much time. Our vet we had usually taken him to had another emergency and weren’t able to see him. They worked him in as an emergency at the very end of the day and made our experience of saying goodbye to him as peaceful as it could be. They even have a special cozy room for times like these. I will always be so thankful to Dr. Griffin, Amy, and the rest of the staff for the comfort they brought on such a difficult day. Thank you TCV for the mercy you showed my sweet Dax❤️

I took my dog to another vet for years and finally decided that I wasn't happy with him. I decided to try Tucker Creek, before I came in I warned them that my dog had aggression issues and that his other vet always muzzled him. One of the girls actually got down on the floor right beside my dog and petted him as I was talking, and not only did he not growl or freak out, he WANTED her to pet him. When she stopped he went up to her for more. I couldnt believe it. My dog seemed to really like all of the staff and that beyond impressed me. So did the low cost of the visit in comparison to his regular vet.

We love Tucker Creek Vet and would not take our pups anywhere else!!! The moment you walk in the doors you are met by a friendly and welcoming staff. The vet techs are knowledgeable and awesome at what they do. We have two pups with two very different personalities. They love on our wild child and treat her like a princess. They also are very patient and loving with our other pup who is our anxious boy. Dr. C is a talented vet and surgeon. He takes time with his patients and you know that he truly cares about your pets and you as their pet parent. You will not regret taking your pet to Tucker Creek Vet. They really are the best!!!!!!!!

When are boxer became seriously sick our clinic the vilonia Veterinary Clinic couldn't work us in and told us it would be three days before they could see her so we called Tucker Creek which we never been to and they worked her in within hours and saved her life I highly recommend this veterinarian office they are always kind and will do anything they can to help you and your pets

I enjoy this vet! Facilities are nice and modern and it’s very clean. Prices are a little on the high side compared to other vets in the area so keep that in mind. Quality of care is great though. Never had a bad experience. Dr. C is awesome!

Dr C is my absolute favorite! He is practical, caring and so down to earth! He does what is best for the animal, while not pushing unnecessary, expensive options, but will let you know every option available so you can decide. He and his wife and team are always so sweet! Knowing he wrote scripture in the walls of the building as it was being built warms my heart, too.

My family has used Dr. C for our pets since I was a little girl. He has always been extremely compassionate and accurate in his diagnoses. I have my own pets now and only want the best for them. When he opened Tucker Creek we switched over to make sure we could still see him. He’s the only vet I remember us using my whole life, and I wouldn’t switch to anyone else. His whole staff is friendly and really cares for you and your pets, and treat the whole family with kindness no matter what is going on. He would ask about our family members who didn’t come to the appointments, and remember important things we had going on from visit to visit and follow up with us each time. We had to put down our dachshund who got suddenly very ill with no warning, and through the whole process everyone at the clinic let us guide when we let him go and did everything they could to help us through it. Even if he’s telling you about changes you need to make for your animal’s health, it is done in a very appropriate way and since getting my own pets in to see him and following his directions, they’ve never been better. I recommend his clinic and Dr. C specifically every time I get the chance and I always will.

My dog and I have now been to our 3rd visit at Tucker Creek after switching from another vet. We love how welcoming the staff is no matter the mood of my German shepherd. They always do their best to keep him calm and get their job done with upsetting him as least as possible. He is not a fan of the vet but they make me feel as that I am not alone with having a dog that acts that way. They also have been able to handle all 80 pounds of him without having to sedate him, which is a great plus! Highly recommend Dr. C and his staff!

Great vet with superb communication and very reasonably priced. One time I called to get a quote on surgery, and I actually had to ask the lady to give a moment as I was speaking with a specialist at the moment. They were super accommodating and waited for me to get done. During a snow storm, they saw my dog when she needed an emergency visit. I have never experienced a place like this and am glad to be a client here.
