The employees are always super friendly and helpful. A while back I bought a big bag of cat litter (I'm short and not very strong) and an older gentleman who worked there offered to carry it up front for me and to my car. My husband and I always have a good experience when shopping here. 🙂

Outstanding customer service. Everyone in this store are very helpful and go above and beyond. As we prepare for the freezing weather they have a constant flow of people seeking propane. The workers never complain when there is an endless stream of people needing assistance.

Literally weekly I have to change my horses food because they never have what we feed in stock enough- triple crown senior active😞 this has been going on since Nov- I’ve reached to ask them to order more, I’ve tried ordering online to be delivered for more money, I’ve tried asking the store to carry more - nothing- better to stick with your local feed stores if possible. This is absurd.

The staff is very friendly and easygoing. It was quick getting in and out of the store but they need to make a little more room to get the basket turned around the sharp Corners whenever your hauling a big basket full of heavy feed. It was just kind of cramped in there.

April 2nd, Nobody greeted me. Lanes were closed. Employees were chatting and not checking out customers. Everyone used self check out. Not my usual experience here and I shop once a week at this particular location....

The store is great BUT- WARNING TO RV DRIVERS- They will NOT fill your tank with propane. I have tried three times to get them to fill my RV tank and they will not do it. "We lost our RV adapter," "We're out," "We just turned our propane off."

I dont mind friendly employees, who doesnt? BUT I dont need EVERY, SINGLE, employee I walk past asking me if I need help with anything. Literally, in the store for 10 mins and I had been approached/stopped by 3 different people. It gets super annoying. Shoot just let me shop, I will come find you if I need help.

Higher priced than Cabot on feeds. For spending over 10's a thousands of dollars in the store for our non-profit we get the run around when we ask to put out a donation box on the floor. Very disappointing no loyalty is shown to faithful customers who serve their community. Then same day, I see a similar donation box in the Cabot store for their local animals. Conway needs to step up.

Great prices for dog and cat food. You can get your dogs shots there. Staff could act like they wanted to help a little but everything is realitivly easy to find.

They are ridiculous!! Wait forever on an employee to come out and unlock and help load and it takes forever for them to get out, had to go in twice and then they send someone that can't physically help in any way!! This is a joke of a store!!

I paid with cash to get a work-tool and I picked the wrong tool. I sent my wife with my receipt to get an exchange or refund, the cashier refused to give partial refund and then later said that they could give a gift card as a refund. They later requested too much personal information from my wife as if there were a police interrogating, my wife was already angry for them making things more complicating, so she left. One possibility is that since we are of color they like to make things more complicated. We just want to be treated fairly, God bless you, Jesus Loves you and everyone, his coming soon, please repent of all your wrongs doings.

I went with a couple of friends who had just got some new baby chicks and we're getting some from this location as well. The staff that help them was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Someone asked if we needed help promptly. We weren't left to search the store for an employee for assistance. Everything is really well organized and labeled leaving it easy to find.

I want to say they are the best. My whole family had covid but needed heat. They worked with me on no contact safely being able to pay for and fill my propane tanks. Will not go anywhere else.

Everyone is always really nice and very helpful. I called ahead one day and asked them if they would get my product, and have it at the counter, so my mom could pick it up for me, it was an absolute yes ma'am. It's a very clean store, and stocked very well.

Last 2 times I came in the store to buy retriever brand dog food they have been out. Looks like folks found out what I have known for a long time. TSC has the best prices for dog food.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my trip today, June 16, 2017, 12:30 pm. Most of the staff was nice and helpful, but I purchased 15 bags of soil, and needed a load out. I had been outside, and knew that there was a large load out going on with fencing, and stated as much when I was told it might be a wait. A female came up to help load out, but when she found out I needed soil, she said she would need help. I turned to go out, and started loading the larger bags into my car trunk when I realized she had not followed me. I had most of the trunk full, and heard another call for a load out help, when the young man came out. He wanted me to move my car so he would not have to walk three parking spaces over, which I did. He then told me that it would not fit, and I explained I had been hauling this amount of dirt for weeks now. He then wanted to know why I needed so much "fertilizer". I finally offered to help him by pulling the bags across my back seat to make it go faster, and he finally started loading my car. I am a 60 year old disabled woman, and do not thing it unreasonable to have young people who are being paid to work, to actually do their job. The female never came out to help, and in the end, the male and I loaded my purchases. It is a long drive to get to this tractor supply, and I do not have this kind of trouble at others. But this is consistent with my experience at the Conway Tractor Supply for the five years I have been shopping there.

Love the products, but the female store manager has no clue what she is doing so don't ask her for a specific part. She was on a personal call the entire time she was helping us. Also gave us the wrong part for our mower.

I have spent thousands of dollars with TSC over the last calendar year. I was ordering red brand sheep and goat fencing in the app to pick up in the morning. It was listed at 199 for the 330ft rolls and I was ordering 2 for a new animal pen I'm building. While trying to check out the app went completely white on my screen and when it finally reloaded it showed a price of 339 each. I understand cost increases on everything right now but nearly 100% increase in an instant is ridiculous. I called the store and was told unfortunately that is what the price is. I will use tractor supply as an absolute last resort for my farm needs from this point forward.

Needed propane for #myturtlewagon it was so easy!! Pull up give the attendant the tank needing filled and pay on the spot with your card!! I really like convenience and this was the best!! Thank you!!

Called an hour ahead to check availability of an item and they said to have 4 on hand, show up and they still show 4 on hand but can't locate them. I had to speak with the manager to straighten out the situation because the guy in the outside loading area was completely rude and unwilling to help in any form or fashion. Plainly said, "well sorry, there's nothing we can do about it" Will not be going back. Conway Farm and Home will treat you much better.

Great place with everything you need for a work day or a place to buy unique gifts. They have great selection of clothes, boots, toys for kids, animal items, fencing, farming, medicines, mechanics amd the list goes on. Great Neighbors program and friendly helpful employees.

Called the store from ten minutes away..was told they had what I was looking for...finally. I even had the guy put back all the bantams he had with feathers on their feet. He agreed and ten minutes later when we arrived he was nowhere to be found and they certainly didn't have what they promised.

This store has been open in Conway a few years now, and it has been consistently a good source for various supplies, including a particular kind of dog food we buy. Access to their lot is a bit weird, so you might accidentally pass the driveway and go to the lot where Outback Steakhouse USED to be. The prices tend to be fairly competitive and a few items they carry are only available at other "farm stores." I mostly go here instead of other places because it's a very easy drive from my house when I cut through the Hendrix Village.

This used to be a 5 star review. This is the 2nd time we bought something from this location, get home 30 minutes from the location to find out we got a bad product. The feed we bought today had been wet and is moldy. You call the store, they say bring it back. I do believe we will be getting feed from some where closer to home.
