ETA: the manager fixed this very quickly and was very sweet. She immediately wanted to honor the price and apologized. Went and picked up the cutting board and very pleased with customer service of the manager.Watch out for this place. They price things on the floor one way but then increase the prices at the register.Was very excited to buy this beautiful (but plain normal) acacia cutting board from there so I went to buy one that was marked for $40. Went up to the cash register, and the lady looked right at the sticker, and then very rudely said that the price sticker ON THE BOARD was not correct and that she “knew it”. She absolutely refused to honor the price advertised ON the board and said she would only sell it for the “computer price” of $65. She wouldn’t even look at us and just started walking away to put the board on another counter while we were standing there, then came back and shrugged and said “so do you want it or not??”. I said I’m sorry but now this is frustrating - is there any way that the advertised price could be honored? And she just shrugged and said “no because it’s wrong according to the computer and this is the price and that’s not going to change just because the sticker is wrong”.They could do this with ANYTHING in that store. That cute item you fell in love with? Yep bring it to the counter and the price could double, triple, etc and they will not honor marked price. Never thought we would experience such attitude or unprofessionalism on top of an already very annoying experience. Also, what kind of business does not honor a marked sticker price ? This is so sketchy and such bad business. With this logic, they could be pricing everything on the floor one way but have it “ring up” as a whole other price. Do not shop here.

This place is crazy awesome. I just spent an hr in here and could have spent longer. Yeah they have some cool kitchen stuff too also gifts for guys and kids, even pets. Go there…now. 🙏🏻

The staff here are so knowledgeable and sweet. There's always some fresh coffee or lemonade waiting while you shop! I keep finding reasons to go back. They have anything your kitchen/bar could need. The decor and baby stuff is super cute, too.

We used the Kitchen Store’s wedding registry this year and it was an absolute breeze! First, they have all you need to stock a new kitchen PLUS the cutest decor items to make your new home feel homey. Registering was so easy. They directed my around the store to show how the store was laid out. You also have the ability to register online, which was nice when they posted something new on Facebook so I could just go to their website and add it to my registry. They also hold all gifts purchased and deliver them to local showers. So nice! Love them and will continue to shop with them in the future!

We had such a great experience registering for our wedding at The Kitchen Store! I've always loved the store and after registering with them, I love them even more! They are so helpful in showing you the inventory as you go around the store, and letting you know options (color, size, etc.) of anything they were out of stock on. They also were great at pointing out items and giving suggestions. They also were very clear about the process of registering and the return process for registry items.Being able to register for items online or manage your registry online is so convenient!I can't wait for my upcoming shower! They deliver the gifts to local showers, which is so helpful for the anyone invited who can't make it.

Great selection of unique gifts. I was looking for a gift for my bosses Birthday and a housewarming gift for my daughter in-law for this weekend. There were only a few people in the store and the associate walked right past me and asked the lady coming in behind me if she needed any help. Then she asked another customer. I did have to ask someone where I could find a certain gift. I felt like they didn’t need my business.

The fact that they wrap and bring your presents to your in-town wedding showers makes them great…The ability to create and/or add to your registry online, or let people shop your registry when they are out of town makes them greater…The excellent staff, expansive selection, customer service and pleasant shopping experience makes them the greatest!Conway is lucky to have The Kitchen Store and it is a “must” for all shoppers looking for great gifts, locally!

Nice Place and friendly staff. Way over-priced, but that is okay supporting at small business. Kitchen stuff was nice but not sure what the other half of the store was selling. Probably need to concentrate on one main area. Drop the sell of random junk that is not connected to the kitchen. Make it the best kitchen store in Ark... Not the best store of "odd ball" stuff.

This store provides a fun quaint shopping experience in a rustic part of old Conway. It is chock-full of interesting and high quality items that you would rarely find all in one place anywhere else. The owner is...interesting...but he has never been rude to me and is always helpful and knowledgeable. The prices may be a bit steeper than some big chain retailers (hence four stars instead of five) but I shop here anyway because sometimes it is more about the shopping experience than the price. Great place to go if you and your lady friend have a free day with no big plans. My wife loves this place!PS You can always ask about return policies before taking the items home for a test drive and then returning them used.

This store is pretty great. It has a lot of kitchen gadgets, nice dishes and china, and nice cookware. I'd say it's mid to lower-high end every-day use cooking supplies and dishes. When we were there, a couple was registering for their wedding at the place, and had a set of dishes picked out. It's that sort of local kitchen store.That said, the store has *so* much selection for its space that the whole store feels crowded.I've only been in the store a couple of times. I didn't have any issues with the staff, they helped when we asked questions and they accepted our payment with no issues.

We should have done our homework before going here. Bought a set of Henckels knives in a wood block that were "on sale" for $299.00. Looked at Henckels website after the fact and the same set is $179.00. Can't return according to our receipt. Talk about overpriced! I've learned my lesson for the day!
