Very impressed with this Home Depot location. They have very good inventory available and great store setup. We had to pickup an online order and the gentleman was so nice and helpful.. gave us 5 star customer service. One of the best Home Depot locations we have been in.

Curbside pickup is horrible. Waited for 25 minutes. Then had to go in to customer service. And my nephew had to carry out. I am disabled so curbside is the best option for me. This is not the first time it has taken this long. I will not be back for curbside again. I will go to Lowe's.

Enjoyed spending time this morning at our local Home Depot. The workshop this Saturday was a valentine vase holder complete with paint, stickers and vases. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and had great attitudes. They were out of aprons but our girls were great sports. After teach Saturday project you get pins to add to your apron and certificate of completion papers for your project. If was a fun time. Lots of sensors opportunities and loud noises. Our girls are 7 and 3 and both had a great time. We will be watching for these in the future.

This location has excellent employees, and I want to give a specific shoutout to the paint and flooring departments. I had never bought paint before and I needed several colors in different finishes. The paint counter employee patiently explained all my options and which type would be best for different applications, then told me I was welcome to call or come back if I had any questions.The flooring guys were also awesome. I needed a large amount of specific flooring that the website showed as being available, but wasn’t actually on the shelf yet. They went and found it in the back, brought a pallet of it out for me, and then helped me put everything in my truck.Every employee I dealt with was so helpful and professional. I actually live closer to the Home Depot in west Little Rock, but I always prefer this one because it’s just a nicer shopping experience overall.

I had accidentally left some items I had purchased at the self checkout. Didn't realize it until 3 days later when I started my project, it was another 2 days until I went back because I live an hour and half away. The cashier at the help desk explained that they have a 24 hour policy for items left behind. But she spoke to a manager and they were very gracious and.let.me replace the items I had left.

The assistant manager this morning (the one with the flower) was a huge help. I got the wrong voltage on a tool and needed to return it and do an online order for the correct one. He took care of it and got the drill ordered to my house for tomorrow. They're always super nice and knowledgeable here, especially since I buy a lot of tools for family as birthday/Christmas gifts!

Shanice is always so sweet that does the kids workshops every month. You can tell she really loves kids because when we saw her outside kids workshop on a regular Home Depot shopping run, she made a point to come over and talk to my girls and give them a coloring sheet. Really nice lady.

The people working the floor are a bunch of used cars salesman. I needed a ruffin valve body for a shower. I was told they do not sell them separately, and I had to buy the entire kit to get the part. I went down a different isle from where I was escorted to by the person working the floor and what do you know I found the parts I was looking for for much less than what he was trying to sell me. I will take my business back to Lowe's.

Great sized Home Depot, Including large outdoor garden and pool area. The store includes a tool rental department, lighting, plumbing, lumber, electrical, paint and also includes home delivery and installation. Great friendly staff.

Terrible experience. We ordered a washer and scheduled a delivery. Their delivery company they use gave us a timeframe from 3 pm to 7 pm. They called us at 7:30. We didn’t answer but we called them back a minute later. They never answered. Checked the schedule. It said “sorry we missed you.” We called the store. The associate said “we don’t have control of the delivering company. He said we can deliver it on a Tuesday.” Tuesday got here. We called and said “it would be another week before we can deliver it.” We cancelled the order. Ordered one from Lowe’s and picked it up. Never Home Depot again!

Good selection. Had some questions about propane and propane accessories ( sorry hank hill) that I couldn't get answered but after checking some other stores I realized the costs for the project were well over budget. No blood no foul.

Call Home Depot to have them deliver sheet rock to my house. Was $3500 worth of sheet rock that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, December 9. I waited all day at my house with them to deliver it without any calls or anyone showing up. I called the store to find out where the shipment was and they stated the third Party company could not get to me. They said they would reimburse me the delivery fee. They then said they would make sure they would have it to me on Monday for sure and they would call before they came. I had to work Monday morning, but I had someone that was going to be there for them to drop off the sheet rock. They never called me, but drop the sheet rock off in the dirt in my front yard. I then called them to have them move it into my 16 x 10 shop so it would not get wet. they told me they would have someone there between 6 AM and 10 AM Wednesday morning. I took off work and waited till 10 AM that morning on Wednesday only to find out that they could not come again and move the sheet rock. Today is Friday the 15th. I called Home Depot again to let them know it is fixing to rain and I have $3500 worth of sheet rock fixing to be ruined. I talked with manager Johnathan at Home Depot and he said there was nothing he could do about it except he could bring me a tarp that I could put over it. I explained to Johnathan that I cannot have sheetrock that’s been sitting outside for over a week and now looks like it’s been damaged because I’ve been told all week they were going to come and move it. He stated he didn’t know who would tell me that and they didn’t do that kind of thing. I told him I’ve been talking with everyone at Home Depot for the last five days as they were going to move it and get a hold of the third-party company and no one has gotten back to me. I am now going to be another week behind schedule getting my house built and put sheet rock up Because no one has taken this seriously. Was very inconsiderate when talking to me and had and I don’t care attitude the entire time. I’ve always had good dealings with Home Depot, but this one was very troubling.

Once again ended up at Home Depot when the local RV store did not carry everything we needed. Home Depot carried everything we needed. Had to hunt , had to buy an 8 foot piece of pipe even though we needed less than 6 inches of pvc pipe.

Had the worst customer service last night. Normally I have always had good customer service In hardware stores. Went into the store for a few specific things, should have been a quick trip. One thing unneeded was some 8ft wood boards and I needed them cut in half. When I got what we needed went and stood over by the saw. There was no one obvious in the lumber section when I spotted an orange vest pushing some boards on a cart. I went up and asked if there was someone who could work the saw. He said yes he could do it and he would be back in a minute to help. About 5 mins later he hadn’t come back and none of the employees who walked past us( 2 guys with wood standing at the saw) ever asked if we needed assistance. I went up to the front and asked the lady at the register about someone for the saw, she made an announcement on the intercom. After another 20 mins of standing by the saw an employee walking past named Mayra finally asked if we needed help. So grateful that one employee at least cares about customers. She asked the coworker she was walking with about contacting someone and he pointed to man who had been standing in the aisle next to us. This man had been standing around the saw the whole 20 mins we were waiting, he was there when the overhead announcement was made, when I sat standing I mean standing. Not stocking, not rearranging, nothing. Standing. I past him going back to the saw. He was not wearing an orange vest so we had no idea he had worked there. Mayra asked him about cutting our boards which he then did saying not a word to us. We took our wood and cashed out.Of the maybe 10 employees who walked past us only Mayra cared enough to ask. I encourage the management to review the video from last night (6-9-23) from 8:30 to 9 to see how your employees completely ignore customers trying spend money at your store.

Could not get anyone to cut 25 ft of cable for me. After waiting 25min and asking twice, I cut it my self. The cashier acted like I was trying to still a foot or two when I paid for it. She unrolled it and then realized she didn't have anything to measure it with. What a joke, need to train some people a little better.
