Excellent Sam's club! It was clean and the staff was helpful and very personable...even pointing out that if we used the Scan and Go feature there were a lot of item we could save $2 on! This location has an odd entry due to the parking lot and the pick up parking stalls right at the front as well. The bathroom, was clean and stocked. The deli/good counter was appropriately staffed and the line there moved quickly. Good location and would rather drive here than shop at a couple of other clubs in the nearby area.

I have the plus membership. You get a % back on everything you spend. We spend enough that it pays for itself every year. There are certain things are always cost efficient here, TP, Paper towels, On The Border Salsa, bananas, shrimp, and many others. We also LOVE honey vanilla Greek yogurt, Sams has there own brand now and for the size, it's the best value, hands down. We also get free shipping with the Plus membership, I order the Salmon Dog Treats, which they all LOVE and the value/lb I have found no where else. We always laugh at Sams because the human-less sweepers that roam, I say are always following me! :)

A clean facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also a great selection of seasonal clothing and accessories. In my opinion the cities best selection for beef, chicken, lamb, and fish. The fruit is usually really good but with any fruit, pay close attention to avoid a quick mold. My family and I always enjoy the Sam’s deli, especially the pizza combo and pretzel combo. We get gas here the most because it’s usually the cheapest in tow. If you’re buying a tv you need to check this place out!

I get Sam’s club has cheap food but the service at the food counter is absolutely awful, you have 2 people working with 15 people in line and the employees don’t even know what you ordered. The employees act put out to even wait on you. This should never be the case, but is the world we live in today with terrible customer service!!

The food court is HORRIBLE at this location. We were told at 5:45 that the could no longer make any whole pizzas and barely had any single slices. When I spoke with the manager (who was very nice) he said that was not the case and we were not the first ones to be told that. He walked over and told the young ladies to make our pizzas. They gave us the wrong pizza and when I asked about the one just coming out she said it was sold and proceeded to give a slice away to someone that came after us. The manager had to go over there a second time for us to get what we requested. While standing there, another lady experienced the same treatment from the young ladies. They pieced together a whole pizza for her from what was in the case. Their poor attitudes and behavior is the definition of poor customer service. They tried to cut corners and only caused more work for themselves.

Employees standing around not doing anything. Was checking out and needed help so I pressed the button because items were not scanning at the right price. Nobody came. I saw them all standing up front talking and socializing. I hate this place because of the employees. Robots would be better to replace them.

Very clean and organized store. Always great deals that you can't find anywhere else, at least not in Arkansas. I like that they don't normally scan for your membership card when you enter, you're only required to use it when you check out. They also scan your receipt. Friendly staff too and they're helpful. Great store just be mindful of peak hours, it gets busy! Also, the staff still wear masks!

Hard to find things since they rearranged and making customers walk into coolers for fresh items makes for a tough shopping experience when it's winter. Other than that, it's great.

If you're looking for a good wholesale store with tons of options and cheaper gas, Sam's Club is a great option. They have a lot of samples too, so you can try before you buy.

I became a member two months ago and normally is not an issue. I normally take all the small stuff out and leave the big stuff in the cart they scan it with no issues.But today a green vest lady came out of the nowhere and started messing with my cart she was not the cashier that was assisting me basically took over the cashier job and started taking things out of my cart (there was only 4 big things in the cart all scanner facing up so they can be scanned. I asked her what she was doing with an attitude she stated everything needs to be off the cart but the way she was speaking was so rude. Sooo I was like what are you doing I been here numerous time before and this never been an issue. She started to argue how it was policy and I was not about to arguing back and forth I was like can you stop and just ring my items and she keep going so I addressed the cashier and ignored the green vest lady.I step to get a water bottle from the machine and another employee (i cut her off so she don’t get in trouble) is fixing the items in that cart to face up so she can scanned them and that usually what they do. Then I saw the green vest lady messing with a different cashier transaction doing the same thing.This come across alienating an employee in front of a customer. This type of behavior is not ok it made a pleasant experience unpleasant.I have no idea what this other lady issue was there was no need to be rude or grab over someone else transaction and then start arguing with the customer over the fact that a few items were in the cart. It was ridiculous.The green vest lady was an elderly lady with short light brown hair, skinny, this is not a way to greet any customer.

Went to get gas on April 12th, and they're was a car going the wrong direction and getting gas, when the arrows clearly say one way. The worst part was that the Sam's Club employee who was supposed to he monitoring the gas pumps didn't care and refused to say anything to this person. This was a MAJOR safety hazard and could have put other motorist in danger. This is UNACCEPTABLE, as the employee should have been enforcing the rules, not standing there doing nothing.

I've been coming to Sam's club for 3 months now. I am very pleased with joining Sam's Club. It has saved me money on the bigger purchases for heavily used items in my home. The store is always clean and always new merchandise. I love the option of Scan & Go, it is very convenient and makes leaving the store quicker than waiting in line. My family and I enjoy stopping by the Food Court for a quick bite or snack.

The optical store is great and the optician is right in the store! The jewelry prices are very good and a nice selection for women—a little thin on the guy’s selection. Produce is so fresh and the store is clean. I bought a Membership on my second visit but the cashiers are kind and helpful. Check out is fast and parking is ample. I like this store and I will visit often…

Employees have a bad habit of parking palets and palets jacks in middle of aisles where customers can't get around. I am aware they need to stock, but customers should still be able to get to products. Clean and nice selection.

This Sam's Club location opened in January 2017 and it boast a more updated approach to the warehouse club-style of shopping. Although still a warehouse it has less of an industrial look and cleaner, brighter and better organized making for a more enjoyable shopping experience. Unlike the Little Rock stores, this one is staffed by friendly and accommodating folks eager to help. Generally, the merchandised stocked is the same as in other stores. With the new emphasis on call-in shopping a portico with parking bays for shoppers that use this service is available. Parking here is also better than most other stores as you don't feel like you have to park on the "back 40."

It's fine for the most part just has much less product than the Little Rock locations. A big reason we go to Sam's is for snacks but this location has such a limited variety of chips, bakery, produce, & ready made items we have to do pickup somewhere else. Sucks having to drive 30 miles away when there's a store not even 8 miles up the road. For some reason online food ordering does not work here. There is a line for online orders but the employees do not have the ability to see the orders before you get there and you end up waiting anyway, sometimes longer than if you stood in the regular line. And kindly stop with the solicitations for At&t services. If I want anything from them I will stop and ask.

Purchased Blue Diamond lightly salted roasted almonds, organic spring mix, and seedless cucumbers. The almonds were $1 off. This is a good buy especially if you’ve been buying the Great Value version of lightly salted roasted almonds. My wife purchased active wear at a great price — less than $25 for top & bottom. She also found men’s crew neck l/s shirts marked down to $4.81. Good and light enough for transitional spring weather when there are cool days or evenings. Clean store and well stocked. City ordinance posted...mask required.

I love shopping at sams but this time all the self checks were packed so we went thru a line that had a cashier. George was his name and he proceeded to cuss every other word and tell us that he had been wrote up for not taking everything out of shopping carts but that "They would get what was coming to them". I don't know what he meant but I didn't care for it. He proceeds to talk about god and the devil and all I want is to be rang up so I can pay and leave. He then stares at my wifes chest and then calls her sir. Just because a woman has short hair doesn't mean they are male. This was definitely not a good experience.

Sams itself is fine but the food court is a horrible experience every time. Don’t bother ordering your food on the app because they won’t start making it till you show up so what’s the point. They are so unorganized. They give your order to other people or if you wait on a pizza they give it to someone else whose order wasn’t even up.
