Just had a great first experience at Pooch Glamour Haven. They made my needs and wants a priority. This was so helpful with my busy schedule. And the price point was more than fair/affordable. Jessica made sure to call and discuss changes in the grooming details when my dogs tail was more matted than we thought. Which was just fine because she’s a Bichon and often times has to start over with her tail due to matting. My Bichon was loved and cared for today. I will definitely be back! Thanks Pooch Glamour Haven for helping Lacey look great for the holidays!

My wife and I just discovered this place. We were impressed from the start! Tangi and her daughter took such amazing care of our pitbull, Walter. We could tell by their attitude and demeanor that they truly love dogs. He’s a very happy boy! We won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Very good with dogs and probably animals in general. My dog doesn't like many people but they did a great job with him and he was very happy.

I will never go back to Pooch Glamour nor recommend them due to the following:My late senior long haired Chihuahua was groomed there a handful of times over the years. Never was our first choice, as it was very overpriced and lacked quality control.Sometimes she looked great, sometimes not.The main issue, however, was that she was a STRONG alpha that stood up to any pit or dog 3X her size and won.Nothing subdued nor hurt her. The final time they groomed her she came back unhappy and wanting to cuddle like she was insecure and hurt. COMPLETELY out of character for her.I brushed it off and took my oneyear old short hair Chihuahua there this past October.She has been groomed since she was three months old at Petco/Petsmart with lots of other socialization as well.Very used to it and getting her nails painted as well.She has never barked and is the polar opposite in that she is very timid, shy, and passive in temperament.They called me 30 minutes into her groom to tell me they could not groom her because she was screaming?!They claimed they bathed her, but there was zero evidence and she smelled like cheap cologne.Her nail polish had been removed on only her front feet.My baby was not herself for over a day.There is definitely evidence of abuse there.I have heard too many stories of dogs left unattended on tables for long periods of time, cut noses etc.I also find it odd they have extreme signage of not allowing you in…You can’t groom dogs unless you have unending patience.The owner came out to my car, and stumbled over her words trying to blame my dog.Sorry, she literally does not bark, let alone scream.She must have been terrorized.Please do NOT take your dog here.🙏🏼

Written on behalf of my grandma, Elizabeth Webster, who doesn’t have a google account to post this: they had great prices for exceptional work, and I was so pleased with how they treated my dog and I will certainly be taking her back. They were so gentle and caring with her, and the owner was wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Carrie. I have had a couple of bad experiences with groomers in the past but I’m so glad to have found this place. I would recommend it to anyone!

Just want other Golden Doodle owners to know. This is not the place to get hair cut. Recently moved to the area and decided to try Pooch Glamour cause of the great reviews. My last groomer was absolutely awesome never had a single issue. I brush her daily and get cut often. I dropped her off at noon by appointment, they called me at 3 saying she has knots and need to cut shorter then called at 440 saying she was finished. And how fast can I pick her up. Because it was Friday and THEY were in a hurry, my pup suffered the worst hair cut ever. Then still had the nerve to charge me $143. For a shave I could had done at home.

I was very happy and satisfied when I picked up my dog she looked great and smelt great. they really care about these animals. They treat them like their own while their in their care. These ladies are so nice I would recommend anybody to take their dogs there!!

Love this place! My dogs love them, first Groomer in Conway/Greenbrier Area that they haven’t come home from and acted strange. The staff is so sweet and understanding if you are running late picking up! Haircuts were perfect, no complaints of long hairs left, not getting was I asked for, etc. This place is hard to locate!! Call and they will help you find it, they know it’s hidden, but rest assured once you find it the first time, you won’t forget it. You’ll want to come back for every cut after that!Thank you Pooch Glamour Haven for taking such good care of my 3 babies ❤️

From the comments on here it seems like at one point Pooch Glamour Haven was a good place to take ones fur babies, however, after yesterday, our fur babies will not be going back. The lack of customer service was very disappointing. It is wrong to make an assumption that ones vehicle or home might be infested with fleas, simply because they found according to them fleas on our dogs. We are not dirty people. I spoke with the owner and the conversation was okay but I was still not impressed. I could go on.. Also our pets didn’t seem like their usual self either. I don’t recommend.

What a great place. Walked in with three chiuaua's that think they are German Shepherds and got all their nails clipped in an instant with great care and love. Can't wait to take them back! Very professional! But what I saw was the love of their job.

Absolutely wonderful grooming salon!! Very gentle and did a great job with my dogs. Also really enjoy that they take walk in nail trims anytime, makes it very convenient for me with my super busy schedule!

Our precious Teddy looks amazing. Tangi was willing to work with my busy schedule. During the day, I received updates about how he was doing. I am particular about Teddy's grooming and Tangi and Jessica met every request. When he is with them, I know he is safe and loved.

This is my first time having my little one groomed. Mona was my groomer. I LOVE Mona💝💝 So sweet! I didn't get the other lady's name but she was really nice too! I tell you, if I ever came into money I would give them a bunch to expand. These two work there tails off to make all of are kiddies perfect... THANK YOU SU MUCH! I’ve only used Tangi here and she’s the best. My dog has black nails and long quicks and so she’s had her quicks cut in the past (elsewhere) and gets nervous at groomers. Tangi gets her nails short with grinding so izzy has no issue going here. Comes home with cute bandana and smelling great. Love the products they use- iz has a lot of sensitivities and most grooming products cause scratching and flaking so I’ll go anywhere to avoid that. Love Pooch Glamour!

They do a very good job trimming my dogs nails. I find it difficult to do his nails but some how they get it done in under 10 minutes so I definitely recommend them.

I took my shitzu in today for the first time, I was so impressed with the kindness of the groomer, and the cut that she gave her was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great groomer.
