Other places can groom my dog and she starts to stink again after 3 days, One place wouldn't cut her hair and the other place didn't bother to clean brush the clippings out. PetSmart is by far the best place I've found, not only is it less expensive, it's also been 3 weeks now and she still smells nice or shed any hair until today!

First time taking my dog in for the whole enchilada...he smells great, teeth are noticeably whiter and his nails are great...not to mention they took him as a drop in. I hope this level of service continues!!!

The store is always well kept there are helpful people that have been doing this for years, they know their stuff. In the back the ladies that do the bathing and clipping are masters at what they do and want your feedback so please let them know you care about their work as well.Jessica you are the best!!!!

Best grooming experience ever for my Chinese Crested. This groomer actually knows how a Chinese Crested powderpuff is supposed to look or at least researched it. Will definitely use the service again next time my dogs need a groomer

Overall, I thought PetSmart was a great spot to get everything my pet needs. They offer adoptions for dogs and cats, and you can also buy fishes and smaller pets like hamsters and lizards. The staff was helpful and the store was clean, which was great.

The groomers does a good job of grooming my dog. He's a little hyperactive but they seem to be able to handle him. He always looks better coming out than he did going in😆

One employee in particular was greatly helpful..I will get her name next time and post it here.Although she was extremely busy she was patient with us as we are new to this and answered our endless strings of questions and gave us good advice.I trust her that she wants success for our endeavor to set up a couple of fish tanks and is not just trying to make a sale of the most expensive products in the store.I have attached a photo of our small tank...it is only about 4 weeks old setup but seems to be stabilizing and looking good.We are now setting up a big tank.

I mean it's a Pet store it has what you would expect. This particular store though has great customer service and it seems like the employees genuinely care about the health of their fish and making sure you get what you need for your animals as well!

I am so speechless. Gracie was so nervous. I was greeted so kindly and comforted with words of she will be fine and we will not give her a poodle cut. I instructed to leave her head as a teddy bear cut just around the eyes plz. The girl reassured me she knew exactly what I wanted and that they would not cut her too short. When I went to pick Gracie up the girl told me I could go pay up front before getting grace. I thought how helpful that maybe they were finishing her up. After paying $99 and some change, I go back to the salon to pick her up… she was so excited to see me, I fought back the tears with shock. I asked the girl how to brush her as I have never brushed a naked dog! I was then told to be sure and use sunscreen. I literally stood there hoping someone would explain my naked 60lb dog. As we left the salon walking thru the store a lady approached us saying oh my as if disgusted. Another lady said she looked like she has mange. Our dog has not been acting normal since she came home. We have spent 2 months bathing and washing our new family member hoping for the labradoodle puppy cut. Hours of brushing thru the months only to pick her up shaved. Rendered speechless.

We brought our son in to spend some birthday money. When it was our turn in line the cashier, older man named Mike went from pleasant with the previous two customers to overly expressive sighing every item he had to scan from us. followed up our transaction by berating my son about how he will sit in the store until the police arrive if the bill he gave him was fake, Mind you my kid is 11. The man made spectacle and completely embarrassed my son. I will never shop in this store ever again. The district manager needs to address this kind of behavior especially since he started berating my son before he even inspected the bill. Last dollar I will ever spend in petsmart in Conway Arkansas

Laekyn at Conway PetSmart does an amazing job with 2 large FLUFFs that come in straight from the field! They are relaxed about going into the salon, which tells me they don't view this as a stressful experience. Laekyn is very observant and always alerts me to any concerns she notices. Both dogs look amazing when they are done!

They have everything I need but sometimes a bit pricey! HOWEVER this stuff is amazing! If you have a dog that coughs all the time GET THIS! its mouth wash for dogs but it things the sooner mucus and they stop coughing and having all the time! EXACT MEASUREMENTS!! It made me this happy!!!
