My fur baby is an anxious girl in the best of circumstances. We were in the middle of a move, so she was especially out of sorts. Rachel, our stylist, is so patient and understanding with my girl. She respects when my girl is just not ok with something, and she never pushes her. I cannot say enough great things about Rachel and the entire staff at the Conway Petco. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and genuine!

Jodie took her time to make sure my dog was comfortable while he was being groomed. I am always happy with the results from this petco and my dog was happy when I came to pick him up.

Been a customer their for 3 years with one of my dogs starting as a puppy and 2 as rescues and loved it until today when they left my dog soaking wet in the kennel because of their VIP program for hour and a half. I’m happy to see that on extra $15 gets my dog or even your dog abused.

Horrible customer service. Terrible contact with customers. Services rendered were not satisfactory. We got my husky groomed, they charged for an extra service they didn’t contact me for the okay. I would’ve let it go if she actually looked good when she was picked up. It even started off with the groomer dragging my dog in the back by her leash to the point her collar came off. I should’ve taken her home then, I highly regret not doing so. To make it worse she had pooped when she was with them and it was on her fur when she had gotten picked up. Tried contacting them, they made excuses. Then told me I could come up there for a refund. I go back up there then they give me the excuse that they can’t give any refund without the salon manager there. I wasted time and money. Will never Be going back.

I feel communication about services and products was top notch. Your salon employees showed great knowledge and care for my pet. The level of service was above par in my opinion and was done quickly. They were able to fulfill mine and my pets needs within our schedule. I used a different big name store for my grooming needs before this visit but will be switching to Petco for all of my pet grooming in the future.

My dog was nicked on hid nack leg pretty bad and nobody said anything to me. I paid with tip of 130 bucks. Totally not satisfied at all

It was my dogs first time getting groomed but they loved him and did what they could without pushing him too far out of his comfort zone. They did a great job and he smelled so good and came home such a happy clean boy!

I had a grooming appointment for my dog and I was 8 minutes late but I called them when I was on my way to say that and the groomer was so rude. She told me right away that she won’t take my dog! 8 minutes will let you not be able to take him??? Tell me how! Every time I go there they let me wait more than 10 minutes! They never on time and now she told me no in a rude way!I’m assuming she’s new but even though that wasn’t acceptable.I always take my dog there because he likes them, but now I don’t think my dog nor me do.

They always have done such a good job on Ranger. No matter how filthy he gets, he always comes out looking like a totally different dog. I can tell he really enjoys his spa day.
