This place seriously need to take care of animals better.I went there earlier, i saw a DEAD crested gecko. mind you, it’s not the first time i’ve witnessed something like that. two years ago, i went there to look at lizards. i across by a frog. i was so stunning to say anything because it was in serious condition, so malnourished and dead frog. that poor frog looked like it has been there for a few days without an employee noticing it dead. this time it’s a crested gecko. i’m honestly not surprised that they’re ignoring these animals

Very pleased with the grooming service for over a year now. It’s super easy to schedule through the app with everything pre filled for me. Lauren does an amazing job every time and always feels like she treats our dogs like her own.

My dog has allergies and digestive problems and we buy a special food that I've only seen sold there. Staff have always been friendly.I like the way that checkout is set up. It's to the side of the entrance/exit instead of right there when you walk in. It gives you space if your pet wants to be everyone's best friend and you're trying to keep them calm.

Very disappointed in Petco. I have bought many things from them, then today come to find out they over charged me for the product that is cheaper on their own site that if i ordered from it, i would actually pick it up at the same exact store! Then to top it off the manager tells me i need to show them a picture of their own site to get the same price. Its their own site!!. Done shoping with them as this is a horrible business practice to screw over your customers like this that physically drive to your stores and keep your employees working.

Trash!!!! I stood in line for 10 minutes for crickets and was completely ignored. I signed up for vital care thinking it would save money on crickets. Bad idea. THEY NEVER HAVE CRICKETS!! I won’t go back. I can’t believe that they would let me stand there waiting and then overlook me like I’m not standing right there. Trash I tell you, trash!

Went in for a grooming and was told she did not have time to cut my dog like I wanted. Don't use appointments if your employees set their own schedule and standards. WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY HERE AGAIN

Went to Petco last sunday. Got there at 6:30pm and at 6:48p we finally got an employee to show us a snake that we were interested in. As we were looking at the snake the employee said she needed to put the snake back into the cage because she needed to check someone out at the register. We waited for her to come back but never did. At 7:01 we waved her back over to us and said we would like to buy a snake and a gecko. She said it’s past 7:00p so she wouldn’t be able to sale us the animals and that we would have to come back tomorrow. We explained that we lived an 1 1/2 hours away and that we couldn’t drive back up there. She said sorry.This is what you get when you have an employee that’s working a job instead of having someone that’s passionate about animals and taking care of their customers. I will never set foot in a Petco again.

My wife took or daughters golden Doddle to get the teddy bear cut. She even showed them a picture of what she wanted and told them she did not want her shaved. Then my wife goes to pick her up and they shaved her completely all over. My wife was crying and upset and all the manger David did was give her half off. I believe someone should be held responsible for this. I wouldn’t have payed a dime and probably would have got into trouble if I would have been the one that picked her up. There is no excuse for what they did to our dog. I will never buy anything from them or use any of there services for anything. I hope everyone keeps there animals away for this place. She showed them the first picture and said this is what she wanted. And the second one is what my wife had to pay for. They also took 4 hours to chop off all her hair.

I am getting a new puppy and stopped at Petco to pick up a few things. When I got to the checkout 2 out of 3 things rang up a different price then was posted. Bandana was $3 cheaper and dog crate was $55 more expensive. Cashier explained that whoever was working the floor had not updated prices in a few days. I asked for the posted prices to be honored and was told no. I am not sure how anyone can confidently shop at a store when the posted prices are not accurate.

Horrible customer service. I was called and informed that my dog would be ready in about 45 minutes. I arrived at the store in 55 minutes and grabbed my ticket paid then went to pick up my dog. Two of the groomers that were visible in the window saw me waiting. I literally stood there 35 minutes (as I thought maybe someone was finishing up on my dog in the back). It was not until the cashier noticed me still waiting and went back to ask the groomer if my dog was ready. She then stopped and retrieved my dog and said “I thought you were waiting on someone else”. REALLY try asking may I help you, like you were hired to do! Love Rachel(my dogs groomer who was not there at the time) but I am done with the Conway location for sure!

To the tenacious young man that assisted us with the selection, capture and boxing of our new Parakeet 'Amigo'. Thank you for your relentless effort in getting just the right bird that we wanted. He put up quite a fight and even had his other bird friends assist in the attack forged against you. Despite all the bites and flusters of feathers you persisted and prevailed in capturing 'Amigo' and delivering him to us. Thank you for the new addition to our family, we truly are grateful!

Normally have good grooming experiences here. This visit was different. Had to wait 15 mins to then have to get someone in the store to go find the on duty groomer. Then they asked if I had an appt (I have never made an appt for nail trim)-- and the first thing out of her mouth after asking about appt was to ask if I had proof of rabies vaccine. Never been asked this either. She obviously wanted an out and wanted to get rid of me. I told her I'm in the system and that all her vaccines are up-to-date. She was rude and doesn't need to be grooming for a living. Obviously not happy with her choice of occupation. Thanks, Jodie!

Rating on the grooming at Petco. I've previously had great experiences with getting my Schnauzer groomed here, always fast and providing exactly what I ask. I moved away from Conway a few months ago and decided to drive out of my way to come back to this location to get him groomed again. I requested that they cut his face VERY short because he's older and has to eat wet food, and I don't like his face getting dirty. I showed pictures too. I spent 5 hours in Conway waiting for him to be finished (which is the longest it's ever taken, it usually only took 2 hours or less before.) When picking him up, he still had a long beard and mustache which was frustrating because I tried to be really specific on how I wanted it, and it was the main reason I brought him here. At this point I was too tired to ask for any changes or complain and just wanted to go home, so I paid and left. It was also more expensive than I remembered it being before. After looking at him more closely when we got home I saw that he had many random long furs still on his ears and under his arms. I ended up fixing the issues myself. I felt like for the amount I paid and time I waited there should have been more attention to detail and provided what I asked. It was upsetting that I still just had to fix him myself when I paid so much. I don't plan on coming back to this location due to this and the price.The Petco itself was very clean and the employees were all friendly, so I have no complaints there.

This store has really no customer service. I called 10 times to pick up a curb side order and no one answered the phone. I have waited at the check outs before for 20 mins when no one had came up causing me to have to call the store to get someone to come up and was told it would be about 10 more minuets. If they are so short on staff maybe they need to hire more people.

Only good thing about this place is the grooming services. The store associates within this store would rather hide back at the door watching you or hurry you along when you do get someone that will help. One of the store employees I have encountered a few times is just downright rude. Will still go to the store when I have to for grooming.
