Moix RV was great! After our truck camper was totaled out in an accident I thought our summer was ruined. I searched for another within a reasonable distance and saw one that I was interested in. I explained what happened and they gave me an offer I could not refuse. Drove from St Louis to Conway to pock it up sight unseen only pictures. We now have a better camper than before and hope to have many memories in our new to us camper. The staff was great to deal with from the time I sent my first Email until we picked it up. They had every question we had answered and was the smoothes major purchase of my life.

I would like to take a moment and brag on the service team at Moix RV.We recently had an AC unit fail on our coach and the service team went above and beyond to make sure we were still going to take it on an eight-state trip for vacation.They left no stone unturned and tried everything in their power to get us up and running and they ended up having a warranty unit shipped to the shop where they will install it when it gets in. So our trip will start a little later but we still get to make the trip.But the biggest impression was how I was handled through out the process, from Ellie to Chris and Jacob and some folks that I don’t remember their name. They never left me feeling like I was on an island by myself, they were right there with me and left me feeling confident I was in not just good hands but great hands.This has sealed the deal for me I’m proudly a Moix RV customer and have the best sales man in Terry.Please let the team know that my wife and I are very appreciative of what they have done for us.Sincerely,Steve and Tamara McMillan

Great assistance from the Moix Team!We pulled into a campsite at Petit Jean late at night and while unhooking the camper noticed that the hitch head on the distribution hitch had slipped down to an undesirable angle and thought the Rivet Spacer had broken. I called Moix the next morning and spoke to Dexter in parts, even though that is not a part they sell he reached out to the Service Team who found a spare one and told me to come on in. When I arrived James (Service) and I determined the spacer was not broken. James pulled the truck back loosed the connections, shifted the assembly back into place and torqued the assembly back down. James also indicated he always runs a test on the wiring plug when he is working on a hitch and mine tested out good. This was very helpful as I had also recently had some issues with lights that I was planning on troubleshooting.Brad in the retail store was also very friendly and assisted my wife with some questions and purchases while we were waiting.Great Job Moix Team!

It’s not often you can walk into any store today and be treated with world class respect. But when we walked in today to look at an RV’s, we were met by Matt Dennis. Matt, listened to what we were are looking for in our future RV. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and show us exactly what we wanted to see. Teaching us why and how the RV we wanted excelled over other brands and models. Matt’s professionalism and product knowledge, we knew we had made the right decision to walk in to Moix’s RV. We left with all the information to help us make a decision. This is where we will be returning when we take delivery of our 2021 RV. If you are looking go in to see Matt, you won’t be disappointed. Update: we purchased a 2022 Grand Design 38. The purchase has not been perfect. We have a couple issues. The service department jumped right to fixing thing and making them right. Top to bottom, Moix is working to make this RV perfect.Update: Moix has gone beyond expectation to make our New Grand Design better than it came off the line! After only a few nights in this brand New Grand Design developed several leaks in the water LINES. Yes, Moix found several leaks including one nail right through our hot water line. They fixed everything and Luther did an OUTSTANDING Job fixing everything!

I have not had a pleasant experience with the service department yet. This is October 1st, 2023. I’ve been waiting on a carefree slid out topper for my Class a since July 5th, 2023. I’ll update if the ever decide to let me know when “the company ships it”.Update 10/20/2023. I was contacted on 9/27/2023 that management had got involved and got a new supplier to ship the topper but it wouldn’t ship until 10/18/23. No contact from Moix since then. This all started on 7/5/2023. In my 65 years on this earth I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Just saying. I’ll updateUpdate 10/30/2023. I got the call on 10/23 that the parts were in. Scheduled the service for 20/30/23. Service was completed and the topper works better than it ever has. This adventure started on 07/05/2023 and was completed on 10/30/2023.

As an employee of Moix RV I'm a little bias but there is nowhere else I would go to purchase an rv. From the service standpoint the are great and go out of their way to address customer needs and concerns, and although I don't know all of the sales staff well, but they are a great team and will try to arrange the best deal for the customer and go out of their way to explain every detail and satisfy the customer.

It has been an absolutely pleasure working with Terry Brown. We met him last year and Last Saturday We stopped in wanting to look at a particular camper which he took us to and then he asked what we were looking for in particular and we told him and he said he thought he had the perfect one for us. He took us to it and we were sold. He is extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth and friendly. My parents purchased from him last year as well. My husband encouraged me to take a quick look at Moix in Conway just before I made a purchase on another RV.I am so thankful that I did. The salesman, Terry, found an RV in the price range and size camper for my need. It was a much higher quality than the other RV I was about to purchase. I would have paid about the same price for a much inferior camper.One of the things that made me happy was knowing that they will be able to keep my camper in top condition for years to come.All of the staff were professional and courteous during every phase of the process.The salesman, finance manager, staff who did final walk through to make sure we understood how things on the camper worked or that we would need to be aware of were all wonderful.I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or previously owned RV.The selection they have to choose from is amazing.

They had class A motor home listed for sale that was in our price range. Sounded great reading about it, pictures looked good. After we saw it realized it was not for us. The salesman Cody showed us another class A but with our trade in it was more than we could afford. Cody was understanding of our needs, got us the best trade in he could. Just was not to be.

I found my camper online and sent in an inquiry. I was immediately contacted by Austin, who did a great job of answering all my questions, to the point to where I felt comfortable putting a deposit down over the phone without seeing the camper in person. Between Austin and Brad I felt comfortable. Fast forward to today, my wife and I went to complete our purchase and take home our camper. We were met by the smiling lady at the front desk who made sure we were promptly taken care of. Chad took great care of us in finance. Juan took care of us in delivery and making sure we knew everything about our travel trailer. Jacob and the folks at the desk were great in making sure we had everything we needed. The whole operation is a 5 star, first class facility that makes you feel like family. If you are in the market for any outdoor adventure, give Moix RV Supercenter in Conway a serious look. They will take care of you.

This is our 3rd purchase from Moix RV. We can't say enough great things about this company. Great service and a newly expanded service department. We love going on the group trips with Camp Moix. They go on four trips a year and Moix provides meals for campers and usually some type of entertainment or band. If you are thinking about purchasing a camper, we highly recommend Moix RV!

Even though they (Moix) had a few hiccups with not ordering the correct parts and the new wiring harness issues for my Blue Ox baseplate install, They still did a fantastic job . Kudos to Chris Montgomery for addressing my concerns about not having it completed in the time frame they stated and me having to make two trips to the dealership because of the hiccups.I would highly recommend these guys to have you work completed .Extra kudos to the technician that installed my base plate (forgot his name) . Super knowledgeable and professional!

Unbelievable customer service. They did an amazing job not only troubleshooting and coming up with a way to make what we needed done work, it was on budget and on time. We were very impressed with their professionalism and that they did a monstrous job in one day as promised. They updated us along the way, they even made sure that our unit was plugged in so that our animals could stay in the RV without disrupting them too much. Would 110% recommend. Special thanks to our service advisor Will, who was on his fourth day. Wonderful place.

Do not purchase your Rv here. I put a refundable down payment for an RV. After getting the run around and paying for the paper work that they were requesting for my trade in with little to no response from manager Mike and sale man Terry. When I finally got a response they requested another paper work that had nothing to do with the sale. Due to lack of knowledge I did not feel comfortable continuing with the sale. Now they are refusing to give me my money back with no proof of signature for non refundable down-payment.

What a refreshing experience! We are full—time RVers and are staying near Conway, AR. We had a part break on our weight distribution hitch. Sarah at the front counter was very friendly and directed me to the service department where Shane had EXACTLY what I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes…unheard of service these days!!! I would have no problem giving them future business based on my experience.
