I have heard many stories about how awful the mangers treat the workers. they really need to fire all of them and get new ones in. - a simple customer

As one of the largest Krogers in Arkansas, this fine establishment has many great offerings. A large flower and fresh produce area greets you as soon as you enter the marketplace entrance. Produce section is usually stocked and very neat. There is a Starbucks location inside next to the handmade sushi counter island. Kroger has a strong variety of cheeses complete with an assorted of olives on their olive bar. Boars head deli meats and cheeses that’s beside their bakery area that looses inventory towards the end of the day - it’s fresh! The fresh meat and seafood counter is a strong option in this city. This location has a good pharmacy with a two car drive thru - it stays busy inside and out. This location has a men’s, women’s and baby clothes option and usually some space for seasonal decorations back by the toy aisles. All around a quality marketplace!

I’m so impressed with the Kroger bakery! I ordered my son’s cupcake cake here and it exceeded my expectations it was soo delicious! Will be getting my cakes from here. Don’t mind the frosting on the bottom In the picture my son got into it before i could get a picture 😂

Big store with a great selection of items. New to this area, and we've been inside twice, ordered online for pickup once, and never had any problems. I'm a fan of self checkout, so it works out well for me.P.S. if you showed up in ANY grocery store on Friday afternoon before Christmas or New Year's, you should have been prepared for delays.

I’ve always liked shopping at Kroger marketplace, but tonight it was a complete fiasco. After waiting in line, I get up to the register and the cashier says they have to come get her $ as she has to much in her register. Tells me it will be 5 min. I already have all my items on the belt. They tell me I can go wait in line at another register, and I say I’ll wait, but it was 20 min. With lots of dairy, ice cream, cheese, milk, creamer, blue cheese dressing. Asked for a manager to open another register and they said they couldn’t because 2 of their registers were broken. So between waiting in line, the register not working and getting new dairy, it took over half an hour. Figure out a better way to do handle this Kroger.

A bit pricey but worth the trip. Nice big clean store with a huge variety of food choices. We no longer have a Kroger where we live so occasionally we make the 50 mile trip to get some of favorites.

I love this store, it reminds me of Publix in Florida but I think this might be better in some ways. Awesome fruits and vegetables, bakery, sushi, deli, seafoods, meats, great selection of everything.

As someone who worked here for 2 years, dont shop here. Dispite the rats in every corner of the store, and overflowing roaches in the isles, the management is disgusting. They do not value their employees at all, and treat us with distaste and judgement. I have never been more disrespected by an employer, and I hope everyone in management has the day they deserve.

always have great sales and very clean supermarket. Love the deli/salad bar.Edit: photos are of the condition of the produce section. Only two people working produce, and they were too busy chatting while unloading a box of corn together. Asked for help at customer service and never did get anyone to help me. Just needed an onion and some mushrooms.

I’ve never been felt more discriminated in my life like this Kroger has done me today. With an employee on the money services attended by Blake. I’ve been here before and I’ve never had to verify my identity to purchase a simple money order. Who does Blake think he is by saying is WU policy. I’ve been to several WU and never had to show identification to buy a money order. Only to retrieve which is expected.

Love the store and the huge variety of items, but disappointed in the poor service offered on isle 11 this evening. Obviously higher level management was not in-house. I was ignored while Maxine and gals were checking out/visiting with an employee, then when I asked if they would run get some jello I wasn’t able to find was told what isle it was on and to get it myself: other customers were waiting to be checked out and I walk with a cane, so took a little longer to get back to the checkout counter. Very disappointing and intentional.

Our favorite Kroger in town and amazing Pharmacy with amazing staff. Bakery and Deli are phenomenal and love their sushi when in a bind. I’m a single mother to a daughter and we avoid one entire side of the self check outs. There’s a team member there who’s asked me to take of my coat to show my shirt, my kid told them to bug off, and always makes inappropriate comments on appearance. The shirt incident was after my thinking maybe this team member is just that way. The last time that team member started looking at our food and trying to read tattoos covered by clothes. We seriously stay away from that side. That was my final test. Either that team member needs some serious training or should be replaced in my opinion. Everyone else seemed to be trying to dodge that team member as well. All of that aside, this location cannot be beat. It’s better than the ones in WLR that are also quite large. This one has high quality and trains their staff to come out and give coupons if you’re looking at any clothing or shoes or accessories. Their kids clothing is amazing. Better stain removal than fancy brands and always a good deal with their sales. The management of this store overall will be hard for anyone to beat! You get the convenience without the Mega Store feeling. It’s one of our favorite places to browse.

Great store, well stocked, typically well staffed. The isles are large and the building is well ventilated. There is a Starbucks in-store and the pharmacy has a drive thru.My only complaint is that senior day is the day before they get their big order in, and often the items requested by my elderly relatives are out of stock. If that wasn't an issue, I would give 5 stars.

I was accused of trying to steal today. I always come to this Kroger with no problems but today I watched five people watch me talk on the phone with my mom about her sending me some money to buy something from the store.One lady who worked there even came on the aisle with a basket as if she was a customer to watch me. I only had my phone and wallet with me and I also didn’t have a cart because I was only get one item. So if I wanted to “steal” I wouldn’t be standing around in the open I was simply using their Wi-Fi to make a call for my mom to send money to me. I definitely will not be shopping here anymore.

Update 2023. Service has improved somewhat and I am updating my review to reflect that. Pickup service has also improved with their communication and having more staff. Selection is still limited and corporate still needs to hire more staff for this location but improvement is good.This used to be one of the best Grocery stores in Conway; which was a reason to pay their higher prices at times but especially during the last six months the store has gone way down in terms of customer service and having enough staff available. I have shopped here since this store opened and am ready to switch to one of the other Grocery stores because of how awful everything is there now. And pick up is always a mess and I have had to call in multiple times because my order was incomplete just to be told to drive back up there. It's ridiculous and I will pick a store that can do better than this until hopefully they hire more people and pay their employees a livable wage so service doesn't keep suffering. It's frustrating at this point.

Went to get a money order. I was paying with my card. The lady said i need to see your driver's license to see if it matches the name on your credit card. I told her her it has my old name on it. She said i cant do it cause it has to match. They have never done this at all. I been shopping there for years. I will never go back due to the rude ness i have gotten there today.

They removed the baskets that have been there forever and have a severe shortage of the smaller shopping carts. I notice other people like myself hand carrying items all over the store. If you are a frequent shopper and only shopping for one or two no one wants to push a large lumbering cart all over the store.

Awesome grocery store shopping experience!!! Amazing selection and Kroger characteristic produces! Super fresh, clean, and always well maintained and arranged. Great selection of meats and cheeses. Lots of great specialty items like olives, sushi, and all kinds of baked goods. Excellent health and personal care section as well as great pet care section. A ‘must see’ place!!!

Disgusting. The bathroom, the state of the store itself, the lack of help, the self check out machines...all of it. It used to be a really nice place to go, now your lucky to be able to find a cart or someone to assist you. Self check out machines stop you between every scan to make sure your bagging and there's no one to help when the machine inevitably messes up. In the past year I don't think I've seen more than one checkout lane open. The bathroom was covered in trash and no toilet paper or paper towels, carts are nowhere to be found, the trashcans are overflowing, this store has just been getting worse and worse.

They usually have a large variety of products and they have good sales. They are a little pricey, but the sales make up for it. The produce department has gone downhill, but sometimes you can find some good stuff.

Understaffed and no longer has the selection and prices that they used to offer. Pick up orders are wrong here and there and require a return to the store. Your profits are higher than ever so hire more staff and pay them better so your customers do not continue to be inconvenienced by your inability to maintain decent customer service. This used to be the best grocery in town.
