10/10 I genuinely appreciate the staff at this location. I've been in several times in the past month as I've been indecisive about exactly what ring I wanted. Don’t go to the Conway location. Went to get my ring resized the guy couldn’t even work computer had to go outside to get his manager. All the workers are young and not helpful. Went back week later for pick up. Picked up my ring when came in they were all at the back tables on their phones one was sleep head down on desk and they handed it to me without my box they said they would give me a new box cause they couldn’t even remember I had left one. I don’t even believe they shipped my ring off to be resized it still doesn’t fix. Still falling off as it was at first

I went to this particular location yesterday evening to get a necklace that was very special to me either repaired or replaced after my dog had damaged it. I received the absolute best service from Cassie and she made sure that I left the store getting exactly what I needed. She even cleaned and polished the pendant of my necklace for free. I’ll certainly be coming back to this location in the future.

These guys were great. I wish I had their names so I could mention them here. Extremely professional, they resized a ring for me that belonged to my Grandmother and it had engraving from my grandfather that I didn't want to lose. They told me they would make sure it would be safe. And sure enough its still there. They also rushed the job for me so i would get it back before my trip. Thank you again for all the help.

I have to come to a Kay's location twice a a year for my ring inspection to be able to have the warranty stay valid! On Saturday, June 29, 2019, which was last night, I drove 40 minutes to the Conway location to get this completed, since tomorrow is the last day of the month and I have a busy day scheduled already. I look this location up on google, to be informed they do not close into 10pm! When I finally arrived at 9:27pm, they were closed. Why would you not make sure your information is 100% accurate before having any type of listing on the internet? NOW, I have to figure something out to be able to get this inspection done on Sunday, and as I stated before, there is no no way of fitting this in my schedule again. Very frustrating! I would have left much earlier if this information would have been accurate from the start.

Hello there! We’ve been trying to get google to update our store hours for months! Just trying to make sure there isn’t miscommunication with our guest, our temporary store hours are: Monday-Friday 12-6pm and Saturday/Sunday 12-5pm! This maybe be subject to change do to the pandemic.

Well, i went there to fix my ring. Did not feel welcome As soon as i walked in felt judged by the lady helping, not sure if it was because of my race or i because i was in old clothes. (Had just gotten off work) She did make a face. Probably she thought i was just going to take her time and couldn’t afford to buy there. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Had a line of credit over $7k. and kay jewelers decided to shut it down due to inactivity with no notification. Called to reinstate the line of credit, and offered to make a purchase and they refused. NOT good business to treat loyal customers that have chosen to only do business with Kay. Guess my wife's new motto will be "he shopped at Jared's."

I have only been here twice and both time every worker has no interest in making a sale and doesn’t even want to help you. I then went to the outlet in Little Rock and they got me the ring I wanted and gave me a great discount. Do not go to the Conway location because they are rude and do not even care to make a sale.
