I absolutely LOVE this Hobby Lobby in Conway! It’s always so neat, and the staff so kind. Everyone is always greeting you with a welcoming smile. The shelves are always straightened and the displays…. They are absolutely beautiful around holidays.I’ve moved and I’m closer to other stores, BUT I still go back to my Conway location. The manager, Reva is a jewel! She is always visible and always working.“Set the example, and they will follow!” I think that’s why this store is working. When the manager is visibly working, you know it’s gonna be a good experience. Great store!

Very organized store, employees are courteous and helpful. I love their clearance section and sales. Plenty of parking inconvenient location. Lots of gift ideas! I have found lots of unique and fun furniture pieces here. I adore the store so much💚💚💚💚

They have a wide assortment of craft stuff. The staff is very friendly and if you need help they will provide with a smile. They must be moving merchandise really quickly as most of the time the aisle are crowded with totes to re-stock the shelves. I wish they would not bring totes out until they had dedicated staff assigned to unload them.

Mother and I can't go to Conway without getting our HOBBY LOBBY fix. The employees here are always eager and willing to help. The manager, Charlene Black, goes way above and beyond.They will all help find whatever it is mom wants or is looking for. Thank you to this crew!!!

I must say I’ve shopped here many times and but this experience was simply just different. My fiancé and I were shopping to look at decorations for our wedding when we were asked if we needed any assistance by Tonya. She proceeded to work with us on all the decorations and was absolutely magnificent!!! She was kind and patient and determined to help us with everything we needed. Her ideas and opinions just sent everything over the top. Tonya is the definition of customer service and is one of the most friendly people you will meet. Thank you for everything you did for us and we will definitely be back sooner than later!!!!!!

Overall, it's a Hobby Lobby. The shelves are fully stocked. The store is clean and tidy. The staff, for the most part, is helpful. Umm, but I gave them a 4 star rating rather than 5 star.Why? When I go to the cutting table to get some fabric cut, I feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. When I am just handing them fabric and telling them how much I need. Listen, my expectations are not that we will become friends, but at least say hello or hi. The other reason is, being a male, and a larger size male, when I walk in the door I ALWAYS get profiled. The looks are like, 'why is he in here.' 'He doesn't belong in here.' I don't know if that is happening, but it is what I feel is happening.So that's my review. Do what you will with it.

Went in to get htv vinyl. To my surprise it was in sale too! So I thought, when I was told my total I realized that wasn't discounted. When I asked I was basically told the price marked was the correct price. I went ahead and purchased it, but I will be returning it since I can get a longer roll for the same price.

Good selection. Everything comes in early for the season or holiday and is often marked down with a good stock remaining, very good if you operate with the holidays.

They had several different types of picture frames on sale/clearance for prices between $2.49 and $6.24. And we were needing some frames for my picture wall, so that was a nice deal!

Hobby Lobby has been wonderful for my home improvement projects this summer. They were absolutely the only store in town that had the label holders I needed, and they special ordered them for me twice! Now my bookshelves are very well organized.

Who doesn’t like Hobby Lobby? This place is always great. The one in Conway in particular looks deceptively small from the outside, but it’s huge on the inside, exactly like any other Hobby Lobby.If you’ve never been to Hobby Lobby (who am I kidding, who hasn’t been to Hobby Lobby?) It’s like Michael’s mixed with Home Goods. Seriously so fun.Their sales are amazing. And during Christmas time they have the largest collection of ornamental I’ve ever seen!They also have great season crafts for kids at amazing prices!
