They’ve got everything here - including Oakley clothes and sunglasses, hunting gear, grills, outdoor lawn equipment and everything in between. The staff are some of the friendliest you’ll ever encounter and they also honor veterans discounts - which comes in handy!!

First they had it, then it was gone. { Might be one on the truck coming tomorrow. Nope. 2 weeks of no. So I went to Lowe's and got one. They got a lot and we'll made. But everything is about a buck higher. Not the smartest worker's, and you got to hunt someone down for help. It's a have to store. If you can't find it someplace else, you go to them. Check out. Maze. I went two time's and ask. The next time I ask and still no. Shows how much they care.

I went into the Ace hardware store in Conway. Looking for a rake. Instead, I walked out with a new dress, a candle, and some room spray! Who knew that this community involved, customer service oriented store also has a wonderful boutique with clothing, jewelry, and purses! Never had a bad experience in this store 😊

We love this place! It checks off so many of our boxes. They are: locally owned, always have something for the men, women and kids in our household, they are huge supporters of the arts and local schools, they have gifts and daily use items, and the list could go on! Everyone has always been kind when we’ve needed help, too! Make sure you visit them soon.

I bought a house in Conway last year within walking distance of this store, so we've gotten very familiar since I moved to town. The employees are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, store is kept clean and organized, and I've never had a bad experience shopping here across dozens of new-homeowner-shopping-trips. A few weeks ago they did pet pictures with Santa to raise money for the animal shelter -- so cute!

Their locations in Conway and Morrilton are equally amazing and they go above and beyond to support their local communities. Avoid the big box stores and shop local because your money will go right back into your community! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Needed an aluminum rod for a craft project for my brother's Christmas gift. This particular store said online that they had it in store so I ordered it the night before, paid for it. My wife went to pick it up curbside the next day and they came out to the car to tell her they didn't have it in stock. Does anyone keep inventory anymore or is this one of those establishments with management that assume it will manage/inventory itself? Very unlikely that I will return to this location.

They are so rude in the paint department! I went in to buy paint, the color was simply white (oc-117) by Benjamin Moore. The guy grabbed a can off the shelf but didn’t mix the paint and just handed it to me. I asked him if it was Simply White and he started yelling at me, telling me that all whites were the same, that I didn’t need to mix the color in. I told him, I had been there several times and gotten this same paint. He started yelling again from a different aisle, telling me that I was wrong and asked if I was going to to buy the paint or not. I intentionally was very calm and polite, I kind of couldn’t believe how rude this guy was. I won’t be going back.

Love this spot. Love the employees. Love the rewards program. I bought plants at 90% off this whole month of june. Took home probably $800 worth of perennials for $80. Big box stores wont do that till they are dead. These were beutiful well taken care of plants.

I love going into Ace hardware. There is always someone willing to help me find what I'm looking for and even sharing their knowledge when I'm unsure of what I'm doing. Usually lots of clearance items in store and on the app. And coupons once a month if you sign up for the app.

“The helpful place” really is an accurate description of this place. Really every time I go they are attentive and do whatever they can. This particular day, I need a car key duplicated. We ended up finding out there was an immobilizer chip in my old key. They looked it up on YouTube and then dug the chip out of the glue the manufacturer had buried it in. They let me watch so I could go do the same to my second key that needed to be replaced. I was thoroughly impressed and grateful.

This is only a review for today at 12pm. I like this store other than today's interaction. I have had car keys cut before at this store that I brought in. Today I am told that we don't cut keys that a customer brings in. To me money is made from cutting my keys I did not expect it for free. Like I said, the funny thing is I had this exact key fob cut about a month ago with no problem. I just needed a blank key cut for a hide a key for opening my door in case I locked my key fob on my vehicle. This has really frustrated me. I now have to spend time and money somewhere else.

I have shopped for years at this local business and continue to be impressed with both selection of goods and the helpful staff. Thank you Haynes Ace for continuing to serve Conway so well and for giving us selections not available at the big chains in town. I appreciate the pick up option also.

I ordered an item online to pick up at the store. I got the email that it was ready for pickup, and two days later I got another email stating my order had been canceled and I'd receive a refund. I called the store to see why my order had been canceled when I had not canceled it, and was told that the system automatically sends that email when an order has been in the store ready for pickup for 7+ days (which it hadn't been, to my knowledge). I told the person on the phone that I was planning on picking it up that day, and they assured me it was no big deal and they still had my item in the store. I showed up at the store, and my order was nowhere to be found. Apparently, the person who was in charge of looking for my order had left for the day, and I was told they'd keep looking for it and call me when they found it. A week later, and I haven't heard anything from them. I don't know if the store misplaced my order or if it never made it off the delivery truck, but I'm also not sure why I was told they had it and then two hours later it was missing and known to have been missing. Very frustrating experience.

Jordan is awesome! So I needed a "chipped" key made. The first visit they had to order the key. A week later I had my second visit but didn't realize that they can't make the chipped keys when the temperatures outside are so high. I get this but I traveled over an hour to get my key made. Jordan braved the heat and tried only to discover, after his sauna, that the wrong key was ordered. He apologized and reordered another key. A week later I go for my third visit and Jordan got things done in ten minutes and gave me a 10% discount for having to travel again over an hour. I will recommend this store and the staff to everyone I know. Thank you!

Wow I haven't been to an Ace Hardware in years. Wow what a difference. I've been missing out on a lot. The big box store don't have this. Lots of help. Everyone checking if you need assistance. Smiles and greetings both coming and going. Very pleasing atmosphere. Not overbearing or the feel like they're waiting for a thief. Just good old fashioned customer service. Very pleasant. HD doesn't have this anymore. Stay away from big box stores. Come to ACE and see what we've all been missing out on.
