They have the best deals in central Arkansas not to mention they even have consistent daily deals. This is my go to place a couple times a week 😆😉

I once loved the speed and efficiency of Harvest. I could place an order online, grab it, and go. Now, EVERYONE goes in the back. It has more than doubled my time in there. The employees are still awesome but this new system SUCKS 😕

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, this place has it all. There is not really anything I could point to and say this could be improved. They have an excellent selection of cannabis products, and the items for using those products. The prices of all there products is reasonable and fair. The parking areas are well maintained, and entering and existing the parking lot dosent toss you around because the road and driveway aren't at different heights. All in all this is and excellent place of business.

Great place,great info they'd go there way to find what your looking for. Great info with reviews on there web page.Very friendly people. Conway Arkansas. I'd drive 45 miles to get better medical, plus cheaper prices then the closer one to us.

My first visit was so easy. Everyone there welcomes you, they're all very professional and kind, and so knowledgeable. The place is beautiful inside, very warm and opening - you feel at home the minute you step thru the door. While I waited, I noticed many people coming and going. The employee's treated each with such respect; you don't see that too much these days.

*JOB SEEKERS BEWARE!For the sole purpose of purchasing medical marijuana, this is a perfectly acceptable dispensary. They provide fast, friendly service 9 out of ten times. The facility is always kept clean. It’s well known they are NOT the cheapest, nor do they provide the best deals. But you’ll walk away with quality product.If you are looking for a place of employment however, don’t bother wasting your time and energy on this place. The family who have primarily owned harvest since its opening and have grown it over the last 4 years, have only been in it for profit. (As are most entrepreneurs) They no longer care about day to day operations, which is why they have put their business in the hands of a tyrannical GM and sold majority of the company shares to Osage Creek. I spent 2+ months jumping through hoops while they drug out the hiring process. Only to be told 2 months after being hired, that I was “too Ambitious” “overly ambitious” (the GMs words verbatim). Then a week later I was let go because “I do not fit in.” (Again, the GMs verbatim.) I was granted one conversation prior to being fired. I was not given any kind of write-ups or warnings, I was not given any kind of constructive criticism/feedback in order to improve whatever I was doing wrong or to correct my team performance. There are no checks and balances in place. It’s whatever the GM says, goes. There is no HR department, the Owners never make themselves available, the other managers are too spineless to stand up to or pushback on any of the GMs decisions. Technically, Harvest was within their legal right since I was still in my probationary period (that they failed to notify me of) and Arkansas is an at-will state. Regardless, from a humanitarian stand point, their business practices are slacking and only getting worse. If there’s any way I can help another single mother (or anyone seeking a place of business to call home) avoid the chaos of putting forth 110% effort at a new job just to not be given the respect of due process and then unjustly fired, then heed my warning ⚠️ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE. ⚠️P.S.- Keep in mind this is just my story. I’ve heard of many, many more unjust scenarios from former employees and current employees of Harvest.

Very friendly. Love that you are Able to physically see the buds, the options available. Staff is amazing and always friendly. Some of the staff need more knowledge in the field of medicinal cannabis. They allow you to turn forms in for the compassionate care program online. Check the website.

I think this is a really good dispensary. It's always nice and Cool there. The atmosphere is calm. All the workers that I talk to are really nice. They have some water in there if you want to drink some water, and then they have some cool little bags and different things you can buy off to the side.
