Shaved my golden doodle to the skin. She was just groomed there 7 weeks prior to this visit and he called and stated he had to shave her down due to “being so matted it’s like shaving a sheep”. She wasn’t matted at all. Proceeded to tell me he called three different people trying to get ahold of me and they were all the wrong owners. Couldn’t find the “file” they keep and was so rude to my wife when she picked our dog up. He told her “no wonder she was so matted, she hasn’t been here since last May”If my 50lb golden doodle hadn’t been groomed in almost a year, I would expect someone to take my dog away to abuse. No wonder he had to call three people bc he doesn’t know which dog he’s talking about while talking to the owners, and they don’t have any real skill when doing doodles, so they just make the excuse they’re matted to not have to do a good cut. Several reviews say the same thing about doodles. Disappointed in them, and will not be back for a crappy haircut

Took my poodle in to have a trim and styled. First off the lobby was a wreck at 8 in the morning. Hair and leaves everywhere and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in no telling how long. Second the guy decided to tell me the style I wanted would not work because my dog had mattes everywhere. I know what a matted dog feels like. My older poodle gets them all the time because he has course hair. My younger one that I took in has soft baby hair all over because we have never had him fully buzzed. So I left and went home. I put him in the bath and gave him a nice rinse and took my own hair dryer and brush and in 1 hour I had my boy fully blown out and not a single matte anywhere. The man is rude and disrespectful and needs a new position if he can’t do a simple job that every other groomer I have went to has been able to accomplish without any complaints of matted hair. Waste of my time and gas to be told something that’s not even true. He just wants to be lazy and buzz the dogs down to nothing. That’s not what a master groomer does.

We took our Aussie Doodle of 4 months there to get groomed and at first we were skeptical because we were mislead on the pricing , but after seeing how they did exactly what we asked and didn't take too much hair off , we loved how it was styled around his face and the trimming of his ear hair , how good he smelled and his hair looked great from the bath , didn't cause his nails to bleed from cutting them , and even gave him a cute St.Pattys bandana around his neck to wear , we left feeling happy and satisfied with the service. Will definitely go back again!

I drop my dog off at 7am and my dog was the second one in there. They ask when I need to pick him up and I tell them 2pm. I show up at 2 and they tell me he will not be ready until 5pm. I had to go to Little Rock so I had to get my sister to go pick him up for me. They did a good job my my gosh it takes 10 hours to shave a dog?

Ted and his family have always taken such great care of our fur babies. They are as their name says GROOM MASTERS!!! He has been grooming my 17 year old Golden Doodle for 15 years and does an amazing job. His son has been grooming my daughters 3 yr old Irish Doodle for the past year and does a better job than anyone ever has…and she can be difficult to groom. I just wanted to take the time to post this because I appreciate them so much. Thank you Groommasters!

If you use this groomer, give exact instruction on the cut. Don’t depend on groomer to know how to cut your breed. We have borders, and they were completely shaved. It was shocking. We groom regularly and tried a new place. The dogs have always been deshedded and lightly trimmed around bottom and legs, never shaved. You don’t shave dogs that grow new coats - you deshed. Our borders are wacked up and look like poodles. We don’t know how long it may take to restore their beautiful coats.

I would never take by dog there. The place was very dirty, hair even all over the front entrance. Nasty in the back area as well. Place needs an upkeep. The dogs two of them, were very scared. Not a good place in my opinion.

Very disappointed! The quote he gave me on the phone was not what I was charged. He preceeded to tell me it depends on the dogs weight. I asked him if he weighed her and he said no. I told him she was 40 pounds. My husband dropped her off at 9 a.m. He went to pick her up at 3 and they brought him out the wrong dog. They got confused they said and she wasn't even started on the grooming. Finally she was ready about 4 p.m. and upon picking her up I found them to be a bit rude. They had trimmed her hair on top of her head to low. A spot on her leg they missed and I made them correct on the spot. He said they couldn't get around her mouth because she didn't like it. If you handle her appropriately she does just fine. I just feel overall this was very poor service. Really lacking in professionalism.My poor baby spent 8 hours there and that's way too much. We will not be back and will not recommend them to anyone!

My boy maximus had his first ever grooming session today at the age of 7yrs old. He has anxiety issues and is sometimes nippy when ppl he don't know start to mess with him when I'm not around. So I brought him in with a muzzle on for assurance to myself. When I picked him back up they said they didn't need to have his muzzle, and that he was a very good boy. He looks amazing. Definitely coming back...

I took my Yorkie in for grooming and when I picked him up he had his face shaved and looked like a chihuahua 😡 My dogs ears were not cut, he wasn't given a bath, and nails were not cut. For $55 you expect to have your dog properly cleaned and groomed the way one would expect. I do a better job. But my back is injured which is why I took him in. Never again!

Loved Groom Masters! I used another groomer and she never did my yorkies hair the way i asked and he always was shaking when I picked him up but I looked over it because she was suppose to be the best and I thought the shaking was normal until the last time she cut him and didn't even tell me. It was pretty bad and when i called to ask about it she acted like it was no big deal so i knew then I had to find someone else! My yorkie is our baby and i want the best for him! I looked around and decided on groom masters because of the review's. I am so glad that I chose them!! And won't take him anywhere else from now on! They cut him exactly how I asked, he had no small cuts on him, he wasn't shaking and trying to run out the door like usual!! The husband and wife that own it are extremely nice and you can tell they care about what they do!! Loved them!!! Can't say enough good things about this place!😁

They asked how we wanted his cut done and then disregarded it.. I almost would’ve preferred if they didn’t even ask. Some patchy spots, asked for the tail to be done and it wasn’t, ears weren’t cleaned. Quoted one price and then charged another. Just an over all lackluster experience and our search for a good groomer continues.

Love the attention they gave to my puppy. He was in a happy mood when he came. He's never had that reaction from other groomers. Also loved the personal touch of receiving a thank you card a couple of days later. Highly recommend.

I took my dog there a few weeks ago and was so happy with the service I received! When I picked her up I could see them finishing up with her on the stand, and it was really nice to see how gentle they were. They cut her exactly how I wanted!

When I picked up my two dogs they shaved them completely opposite of how I asked when I dropped them off. The cuts where uneven and they had a few small cuts on their legs and stomach. Will definitely not be a repeat customer.
