Employees are extremely nice and my review has nothing to do with them. Every time I come however I never find what I need. Its either OOS or something is broken and it can't be out. These employees deserve better and I hope whoever is above them gets their stuff together.

Update took bad review down this store has done a complete turn around it is doing alot better went in today and it was clean and shelves was stocked they all were working and doing a magnificent job the cashier sonya is really great and so is the lady with the short hair they get the business done in fact all the employees are good and hard workers 😁 keep up the good wor

I just want to say this is the first time that I have seen workers putting stuff up and organizing inventory. Looked like it has been cleaned up since the last time I have been in there too. Something has changed and it is a positive one!!

Dollar general is a grab and go store for me. The staff are always hard to find and when you find someone them seem annoyed that they are needed at the register. It takes 20 mins for them to check out 2 or 3 people.The aisles are always filled stuff in the middle of em. Staff there rather be on the phone or slowing stocking something than helping. This location needs help and better staffing.

Friendly staff. Some of the aisles were a little cluttered with what looked like a delivery waiting to be stocked on shelves. For the first time in the store, it was pretty easy to find the things on our list. Will definitely be going back to this store again.

This Dollar General needs to be better staffed. I have been to many Dollar Generals that just aren't busy enough to afford the extra staffing. This location is always super busy so they could definitely budget for it. Other than that, the store is clean and the property is well maintained.

Way too understaffed and what help they do have are incompetent to do their job. Always seriously busy and when they have more than two employees working why not open up the line to the second register? Nope, just leave a long line for people to stand there while you chit chat with your friend or talk to each person in a scripted conversation about did you find everything ok? How is your day? Oh wow I love your shirt where’d ya get it?I mean it’s one thing to be cordial with people; However, when there is a line of people that extends to nearly the back of the store can you not just shut up and just ring up peoples items and get them out quicker? The store is way too small away too crowded it’s cluttered and the staff the staff are idiotic. I recommend going to the other dollar store off of Donaghey. Oh if you need to use the restroom you will find it is either employee only or public depending on who is working. It’s no wonder that they are always hiring. Sad face.

I was grossed out by this store. The place felt and looked disgusting. Employees were nice but inefficient. This will be my last visit to this store due to the condition of it and the fact that it takes 20 minutes to check out 5 people.

The cashier couldn't figure out how to cash it the person in front of me. I left after waiting 10 min in line whole this lady tried to buy 4 items. Will never return. 9am may 4th. The store on Hogan and Prince. Very disappointed.

You can usually find what you need in here, although the store is usually a mess, items are often not put on shelves and most of the time there are items in the floors and scattered across the wrong shelves. This is true particularly of the toy section, but also in decorations and other areas. If that bothers you, you may want to keep driving. Also, the driveway will tear the shocks out of your car if you don't take it very slowly pulling into and out of the driveway. Redbox on location.
