Pharmacy staff were all helpful and friendly. We needed help transferring a prescription from out of state, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. When we returned to pick it up, our credit card company flagged it as potential fraud (we're from out of state). Staff were patient and courteous while we sorted that out.

The pharmacist is ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! I’ve never in my life been treated like such trash!!! I’m a nurse! My son’s a doctor! I would NEVER wish ANYONE being treated like this lady talked/treated me over the phone!!!!!!! I don’t recommend ANYONE using their services!!!!! If she’s that irritated and despises her job, then she needs to go elsewhere or find a different profession. This isn’t just one isolated incident. This is a monthly occurrence with the person.

This pharmacy lacks serious customer service. Incredibly slow and rude staff. Went in to get a couple of vaccines and not only did it take over 30 minutes but I was met with major attitude from the pharmacy manager (Jennifer). She said that I had not filled out my paperwork even though I had completed it for all three vaccinations online before I had come in. She immediately went across the pharmacy and started talking about me to her coworker. If they would wait to gossip on their lunch break, I could have been out of there in 5 minutes. They had a line of people waiting to be helped. Please prioritize your customers!!

I honestly wish I didn’t even have to leave one star. Do NOT use CVS pharmacy. Especially the one on Oak St. The technicians are extremely rude, hateful and not helpful at all. I was trying to switch to this pharmacy from Kroger, but after my experience today I’m cancelling all of my accounts. I’m not the one to normally complain but I walked out of there with so much disgust today I had to leave a review.

Too bad you can’t select minus stars! This is the most incompetent pharmacy we have ever dealt with. I’ve even given them a second chance and they continue to show their lack of customer support or even knowledge of the job. !!

I am not one to complain or do reviews but I’m tired of this pharmacy. Wouldn’t even give it a one honestly. I do not recommend using this pharmacy. They are always slow and never have anything in stock. My almost 2 year old is sick and she had medicine called in so my husband went to pick it up on his lunch break and it wasn’t ready so he went back after work and they said they were out of stock.. well called today to check on a new prescription and whoever the lady was on the phone was very very rude right of the bat.

The staff is friendly but sometimes when I go in they seem inattentive, however the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable. The place offers great coupons as well.If you are not a huge fan of Walgreens, this place is basically across the street from it, so I am glad people in Conway have a choice. Just don't expect to be able to buy tobacco products as they do not sell them here. No big deal though.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment online to get your vaccines, confirming you’re in the store at the right time, then waiting over 30 minutes to actually get your vaccines. The point of scheduling is to make something fit. In. Your. Schedule.

If I could give a 0 I would. Filled my prescription incorrectly and refuse to do anything about it. I won’t have my correct prescription medication I take daily due to this. Very rude and sarcastic on the phone with me and acted as if it was my fault that they filled my prescription incorrectly

I didn't even wanna give it a one star . Be careful going in here Mandy the night time Shift lead automatically assumes your stealing, (just because you open something you knew you was already gonna pay for.)And will follow you around the store. Then will get a attitude when asking for cash back granite there is no sign anywhere saying no cash back Don't go here at night avoid at all possibility please cvs need to do better with they staff. Jennifer in pharmacy is horrible too.

Update: Here on Saturday 10/21/23 at 8am to pick up a prescription. It’s now 0845 and the pharmacy is still not open. The 1.9 google rating may be a little generous. Also, I was greeted by a defensive employee when I asked about the pharmacy. She rudely stated that the pharmacy is closed because there is no pharmacist. That’s it…and just turned her back on me and walked away. Unfortunately I am stuck with this place because of my insurance. Hopefully, you have options. Use them if you do!As others have said, your prescription will Never be ready when they say it will be. Last time I was told a prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. I came back the next day assuming they had plenty of time…nope needed 45 minutes. Imagine that. Go anywhere but this place. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to without question.

called the man said yes otc gets the 2for 1 sale .. I go 20 mile each way pick some items that was marked otc 2 for 1 go to check out they said OH NO OTC DOES NOT GET THE 2FOR 1 but over the phone the man said yes .. this is bate and switch case the people working at the conway store do not know what they are doing one said ok the other said no by the way when i asked for the man that said yes 2for 1 on otc he just happen to just left for lunch what -B-S

Got out of surgery and need my medications that my Dr. called in several days in advance - Could not drive due to surgery so I sent my father to pick them up - Dad came home from getting medications and one was missing- I call CVS and a recording says you have one RX available for pick up - My dad was just there! Anyways a lady gets on the phone whose name is Jennifer and states she is the manager. Jennifer had absolutely no empathy and was very rude in explaining the reason why they didn’t give my dad all my RX’s is because they weren’t ready - so instead of telling him they were still filling one they acted like he got them all and sent him on his way- Attitude reflects leadership and Jennifer (Manager) did not apologize but instead was argumentative and forceful. It explains clearly why their reviews is 2 stars or less at this store - I asked to speak to Jennifer’s boss and she would not provide me with a name and just said call headquarters- I tried that and after being on hold I got disconnected- I will try again but I will also be contacting my Pharmacy Benefits Manager to see where else I can go and ask if they can help me file a complaint on this manager - I am not trying to be petty but Jennifer if you refuse to be kind and insist on being a bully then I feel it’s my duty to stand up to you. You are in customer service and you need to act like it.

This pharmacy along with its employees suck. We’ve tried using them several times over the past few years and all they ever have a rude, hateful employees who do not even know what they are doing. I’ve gone In once at noon without thinking to pick up a script that I was to deliver using shipt. Shipt tells us when it’s ready to pick up and it gives us a time by which we are to deliver the script before. So I decided to wait for them to come back from lunch. While sitting and waiting I could hear the pharmacist talking to another employee behind the windows they put down when the pharmacy is closed. This is the same pharmacist I had issues dealing with on many occasions. She was saying some really bad things about some patients. When they opened the window back up she saw me sitting there and I told her I was picking an order for shipt up that I got notice was ready . She preoceeded to ignore me and help other customers. I finally left and told shipt they refused to check the order out despite it being ready . This is the same pharmacist who I’d had to deal with before when I went to refill my husbands that he’s been on for many years. She claimed to need to get some info from the dr before refilling them( remember same dr has been prescribing the same meds for many years. She called the dr then played cat and mouse for a couple of days. Finally the dr called us and told us that he’d called them and she’d proceeded to argue with him and was rude so he told us to let him know another pharmacy and he’d send it in to them. Which he did and it was promptly filled. So my local pharmacy has trouble getting one of my meds and I called yesterday morning to make sure that CVS had it. The new pharmacy Jennifer ( sounds like a man on the phone but that’s the name I was given) told me it COULD take up to 24 hrs to transfer them. So ok that was fine I replied. 24 hrs later I call “ Jennifer” . I ask if they are ready and she replied Ms. Biddle I told you it would be 48 hrs. I told her no ma’am my phone records my calls and you said it would take up to 24 hrs but not 48. She got all defensive and said your not gonna talk to me that way this early in the morning! Wth??? All I did was tell her she said 24 hrs and not 48. I also let her know that I needed my diabetic medication NOW, which was the purpose for transferring it. Then she hung up on me . Called back and spit with a dude, who would t give me his name ( I told him I was calling cooperate like I did with the other pharmacist ( who coincidentally disappeared from CVS after the last incident that happened) he did give me the info I asked for like her first name and I told them to LEAVE m script at the other pharmacy since they cant do their job. I’ve never seen so many called people who can’t do the jobs they are supposed to. Being they are so incompetent you’d think they wouldn’t be so rude and run even more ppl away with than their incompetence does. So I called my local Pham I normally use and told them not to transfer my scripts. They said CVS called yesterday and it had been done. I told them that CVS claimed not to have received them . Which is BS since they call and spoke to the transferring out pharmacy so they must think we are stupid bc she took the order orally I’ve the phone. So I called CVS back and told them that I told them to leave my scripts at the pharmacy here . But the pharmacy said “ Jennifer “ called and transferred them yesterday , this time I talked to a little girl name “ Rachel” at CVS ( personally it sounded just like Jennifer the pharmacist who gave me a different nana though. I had to ask for their name and when I ask if it was as Jennifer she stuttered and hesitated and say no it wasn’t Jennifer but didn’t offer her name. I had to ask her name and she hesitated again and refused to give me anything but her first name . Said they were only required to give me their first name. Yet I could tell she didn’t even want to give me her first name. I told her that my pharmacy said that they don’t have the script any longer that they never got them.TBC next

Worst pharmacist of any CVS that I’ve ever been to. Hands down. Erica accused me of doctor shopping and high risk for overdose even though the only doctors I have that prescribe me anything narcotic are an actual surgeon and a pain doctor. The surgeon only works when I have surgeries and my pain doctor I’ve had for the last last 8 years. I had to move the same prescription around to a bunch of different pharmacies because no stocked the medication I was taking because there is a shortage. I ended up filling in Russellville. I think pharmacists should have to work in a health care setting before working as pill counter verifiers. She makes CVS and the Oak St. Conway, Arkansas location look terrible.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with in my life. I wish there was a 0 star option! The employees all have attitudes & HATE their job, or at least act like they do. NONE in the pharmacy are customer oriented. One pharmacist named Jennifer is so argumentized, RUDE and contrary I don't think ANYONE could get alone with her! I don't think she can even get along with herself!! I was overcharged almost $16.00 on a prescription I got filled on GOOD R/X and no one would refund my money! Jennifer told me it was MY mistake not theirs which is an absolute LIE! I did contact the corporate office to report it but don't expect much from them. Evidently they don't read the reviews on this pharmacy. If they did they would know what their employees are doing to their costumers and put a STOP to it. No wonder so many of the CVS stores are going OUT OF BUSINESS!!! POOR COUSTOMER RELATIONS is NOT a good way of doing business!

Never encountered a pharmacy that wouldn’t check out a customer. I had age restricted medication in my hand and 4 other pharmacy items. 3 people standing around behind the counter and I was told to go up front- just to hold up their line! So unprofessional. Do better!

Me and my parents have gone to this pharmacy for the last couple of years and it was great up until the late night guy (Clay) left. We tried this last Thursday night to pick up my mother's prescription about 5 minutes til 8 pm and there were two cars in front of us. The first car got their meds and pulled off so the truck in front of us with handicap tags pulled up next and the guy working the window literally slammed the gate shut in his face and refused to talk to him. That is cold. I will be transferring my meds to our local pharmacy, I'm tired of dealing with these rude, soulless lifeforms. Just shut this location down already, I'd rather buy my meds from the guy living in the dumpster behind the Exxon station. At least we'd get better treatment than from this dump.

On 10-13-23 I pull up to the drive through window and push the call button as it says. A young lady with a butch cut comes to the window and says hatefully "you don't have to push the button we know your here" I say "well it says to push call for help" she says "that's if knowbody is here" I say well there was nobody here so....rolls eyes with disgusted look. Sad customer service

Hospitals still have this pharmacy listed as 24 hours as does CVS’s own website and automated messages when you call. It hasn’t been since around Christmas. ER called in emergency rescue meds and I was unable to pick them up until the morning. Went this morning to pick them up and they were locked out of their own pharmacy. Employee told me they’d be in after about 20 minutes then would start of filling prescriptions. I went home to wait and called an hour later. No one answered in the pharmacy. Ended up having to call the Emergency room at the hospital to have the send the prescription somewhere else. Never again!

I had read previous low ratings, but my new company insurance also pushes CVS on us.Doc sent over a prescription for a common med. When I arrived, I was told to give them 20 minutes. Totally reasonable….Right??I bought a few items and then waited in my car. 25 minutes later I went up to get my script. I was told that it would be ready in another hour.Save yourself some time and disappointment.

I used to love this pharmacy. It was 24 hours which fits in well with my work schedule and overall availability. Every time I go there now, there's something wrong. It's impossible to find an associate to help, the self checkout lane is always messing up, and the pharmacy always seems backed up beyond belief. The store needs a major overhaul, with better training and support for its associates

My insurance co “requires” I use cvs for quarterly maintenance medication. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it’s a nightmare! Pharmacy employees aren’t just rude they’re literally combative! Calls don’t go through 1/2 the time & it takes days to fill my script. Totally inexcusable CVS!

Absolute garbage service. Never on time. Wait times are awful. Currently sitting on hold for 27 minutes to cancel a prescription they shouldn’t have ever billed my insurance because my dr reversed the script to be filled at a family pharmacy. When you do get lucky enough to get through to the pharmacist she’s always extremely rude. I’d give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the worst service.

This pharmacy has been going downhill for the past year. It is impossible to get prescriptions filled on the same day. I’ve waited 4-5 days before. It’s honestly time this place just closed. I don’t see how they can stay in business when there is never a pharmacist there and it takes days to get any medication. They claim to be 24 hours but you’ll be lucky if the pharmacist decides to show up that day. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other pharmacy in the area.

Workers don’t get paid overtime. The pharmacy workers are on strike so retail workers are being forced to work in the pharmacy section with zero training. Bad management. I’ve only ever had issues with “managers.” I would give no stars but I have to give at least one. That one star is because of the nice staff.

Due to company contract we have to use CVS but this location leaves a lot to be desired. The main young girl who you drop off prescriptions to is rude when she does deem it necessary to actually speak but it’s the look of disgust on face that really makes you want to pay higher amounts just not to be dealt with by rude employees. Next let’s get to the fact it’s the slowest pharmacy ever! And if you go there from surgery or ER don’t worry they don’t discriminate on rudeness or slowness! My son who had to be with me following a jaw surgery poor sweet boy just miserable for over hour waiting for pain medication!
