Conway Apothecary has been my favorite pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are extremely friendly and welcoming right when you walk in. They always have my prescription ready and will be in and out in about 2 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about changing pharmacies.

This pharmacy (formerly The Medicine Shoppe) is under new ownership. The pharmacist didn't provide a verbal or written explanation of the drugs they provided to me, which is important so that there aren't bad interactions with food or other medicines. They were also short on the prescription, which isn't that big of a deal. The big issue is not providing warnings or contraindications for the prescription. The Medicine Shoppe pharmacists were always good about doing this. Please do better.

Love this pharmacy alot!!! The only fault I have is the lady at the window/ the lady that often answers the phone is extremely rude and treats people with medicaid awful!!! Every time I tell her my name she looks at me like it's Chinese..... I really don't wanna change pharmacy's I have many family members who go here ... My grandma has been going for as long as I can remember..... She definitely needs an attitude adjustment

Friendly and helpful staff. They always know who I am when I go in. My dog loves to go through the drive thru because he gets a treat. The staff goes above and beyond to explain new meds in plain English. Can't say enough good about this place.

On the way to Conway, to pick up two of my granddaughters for Spring break at the lake, I realized I didn't have enough medication to make it until my husband came the following weekend with my refill. So, being a big proponent of shopping at privately owned companies vs chains, I stopped in The Medicine Shoppe and explained my situation. Needless to say, the staff were friendly and professional! They saved me the dilemma of going without medication or driving the two hours back home! Shop locally and develop a relationship with your pharmacy and staff; it pays off.
