3/21/2024 8:20pmWent with my kids and husband to get dessert. Asked for kids scoop and got an incredibly small serving. I asked for a small instead and was fully prepared to pay for it. Young lady that was cashier, dark hair and glasses, had a smart aleck, flippant response of, "I guess they didn't like the other one". I thanked the individual instead of behaving out of character. If you want a smart mouth with your sweet treat, give these folks a visit.

I came the other day (wednesday). I got a Large James Brown. My FAVORITE. The person at the drive thru was super sweet although she seemed to be new. Not a big deal. She called for another lady Nianna If i remember correctly. I am assuming her manager to type in a code on the register. Nianna was very rude to her and I could tell it made the drive through worker upset. With this being said I gave the drive thru worker a tip in which that tip went into and share bin. I just hate seeing someone higher up downgrade someone whom is trying.

The best place to get ice cream in town. My personal favorite is a strawberry concrete with roasted pecans. Simple yet satisfying :) but if I’d have to order something off the menu the classic banana split never disappoints. Moreover, drive thru service is impeccable. These days almost always teenagers but they’ve always been respectful, energetic, and very quick to whip up the custard concoctions :)

Lots of options to choose from on the menu! It’s hard to go wrong! The service is fast! This is a great option to consider if you’re looking for dessert or a treat! Highly recommended!

Best Ice Cream in town, ok frozen custard, but damn it's good! My choice is a small concrete with heath bar. Service is fast and friendly, and when its not 100 degrees outside there's nice benches to eat your custard on. Bring your pup, ask for a pup cone, it's a small sample cone, but your dog will love you for it!

The custard was tasty. It was a bit melted by the time it even got to us. They do not have a menu where you order at. They have one back a way, so you have to memorize your order before you go up to the window.

I had a wonderful experience at this Andy’s, especially because of an employee named Lilli. She was working so hard behind those glass windows. Lilli turned my day around. I also recommend the Bootdaddy concrete 10/10

I love the product, but I have mixed feelings about the service. There is one that will ignore the hell out of a customer of color. Will look you in your face and not signal anyone to help you. Happened on several occasions on Dave Ward. And it's always the same guy. But when any other cashier comes to take the order it's always pleasant. I thought maybe disabled, but when I saw the difference in his reactions to another customer...there was no excuse.

My wife and I live close by, so we walked there and got two shakes and drank them as we took an evening walk together on the nearby walking trail. It was lovely, and the shakes were good, too. My wife got a Strawberry and Oreo shake and I got a Double Malt shake. They were both rich and flavorful, and we had a nice time. :)

Fresh made. Not too sweet, which is awesome. Note: they come in big portion even for the small size, that's the plus point. I have mild lactose (especially if it's unpasteurized milk) but this didn't trigger it at all. Probably will revisit some time 😄✨

Best Custard in Conway, I would choose this over dairy queen or store bought. It's by far the best. I continue to get the Vanilla Concrete time after time. Small size is more than enough for one person.

Generally very good to excellent service and the custard and ingredients mixed in with it are absolutely top-notch quality and taste. One of the faster drive-thru operations as well.

They were super busy for the first day of school (parents were lined up in the drive thru and the window to get frozen custard treats for kiddos), there were only minimal employees working. I may have counted 3 total. They were busy but super efficient and did the best they could. Friendly service. It was slower than usual, but they really did amazing for the big rush they had! This is always our fav frozen treat spot.

dessert options are almost overwhelming!! Went with a friend, and was genuinely surprised at the quality. Portion for my banana split seemed small for the cost, but the quality is what one is really paying for. Staff was polite and was SUPER quick. I like that they have tables out front for warmer days. Would definitely go again

Has ice-cream I would've never imagined, haven't tried all but the ones I have tried so far have all been great. Has great service and the lines in the drive-through get out fairly quickly. Walking to order at the front window gives off a 60s vibe, especially with their boppy music selection.

The absolute best frozen Custard in town and probably in central Arkansas. I was very hesitant to eat frozen Custard at first but now I love it more than regular ice cream. If you love I've cream then you're definitely going to love Andy's Frozen Custard! It's always a treat when I go! I absolutely love it! The frozen cheesecake bits they use in the Custard is so much better and different than other places actual chunks of cheesecake!

Absolutely amazing treats here! My husband loves the root beer and I love the ice cream. I know they also serve dog ice cream but I don't have a dog so I can't really say much about it. I can't say the people there are very nice and Incredibly fast. I've never gotten my order wrong. Also if you like an ice cream but would prefer chocolate they will make it and chocolate for you. Many times have I forgot to say chocolate and they bring it out as of vanilla and I say Oops I meant to say from chocolate. They never get upset with me they take the ice cream back and make another one in chocolate.

Delicious. I had the Ozark Turtle Sundae and it was very good. The service was very good, the kids working were nice and served up my treat fast. The property was clean and well maintained and the drive thru was hopping but moved along well. I will go back. There isnt an Andy's in my town and I stopped in Conway while out motorcycling. Everything was good.
