I have very mixed feelings about this store after the remodel. Aisles are cramped in the grocery section and there are constantly employees stocking so that it is difficult to get up and down aisles. Many times, products are out of stock, even the Walmart brand. Employees are for the most part helpful and courteous. Other departments don't seem to have the issues grocery does. Bottom line is, build a bigger store.

staff was very helpful. Store was very clean. Product availability was good. Overall great experience! One of the best Wal-Marts I've been to. Definitely will take the ride to go there again

Still a pain to have to go thru self check out and need an associate to swipe their badge for an OTC medicine. And the supposed savings are still not worth having someone run a register. But, I guess the savings aren't really meant for the customer, just the inconvenience.

Well stocked, friendly staff, only downside was it was all self checkout. At least it was quick and well managed.

Small store with not whole lot to offer its very small for being a supercenter but they do have highly respectful and friendly employees and very clean and great atmosphere... Although this particular store is much smaller then other Walmart supercenters in Arkansas.... it has hired great employees to do the job. So overall i always feel welcome here the only downside I stress is that 70% of time they do not have the particular items im looking for. Other then that .. its a great store

I’m a local business owner and spend a great deal of money in the Clinton Arkansas store. The store saves me trips to staples and other big box stores out of town. My business requires me to buy automotive items and office supplies and also requires me to make multiple trips a day sometimes. I was recently told by an employee that management has told the girls at the self checkout to watch me? Now besides spending thousands of dollars in your store what warrants watching? I suppose I will now be returning what I can and purchasing from other companies, Including my groceries! I find it comical being they let the many obviously drug addicts come and go with ease. Horrible management, employees act as if it’s a social club and that you are an inconvenience by shopping where they are talking. Most, not all! But most employees are very rude. Corporate needs to re think the direction of this store. Edit 1/21/24Was hit by an employee pushing a to go order cart. Not a brush but a blatant hit, looked right at me as she cut me and my wife off entering the isle we were in and hit my arm fairly hard then looked right at me and continued trucking down the isle. Rude rude rude people there, no sense of customer service, almost as if they forgot who pays their check. I wish more people would step up and boycott or complain regularly until something changes. I don’t blame the employees I blame the obvious directions they have been given my managers at the store. It starts at the top!

Can't go wrong at Wally world. Only thing is I spend an average of $250 to $350 here every time since inflation hit in 2020

There were no extra outlets for our chargers for cell phones and more of the electricity needs to be updated but it's a beautiful room and very much worth the stop.

I honestly can't stand going to this Walmart or any Walmart, really.This Walmart, in particular, just really gets on my nerves. This community has a lot of retirees, but the checkouts are mainly self checkout. It really hurts my heart to see my elder community have to do more labor than they should because they don't want to wait for the 1 to 2 lanes with a cashier.That being said, the number of times I have been just plain embarrassed by the employees at this location is just ridiculous. If you are buying sensation items, an employee has to escort you to a check out and ring the item up themselves. If the wrong barcode scans on items like diapers, boxes, noodles, ect, an employee will have to finish your transaction for you.I was checking out rogan for hairloss, and an employee working across the aisle yelled at me that I was looking at the wrong hairloss treatment. I was so embarrassed.The items Walmart carries in general are of the same quality of shein/alliexpress but way more expensive.Shopping here is embarrassing. Sam Walton would roll over if he knew how his store was operating now.Save your dignity, don't shop here.

There was limited supply of some specialty items I've found in other Walmarts. The pharmacy opened at 8 am. (WE went on a Monday) which was great. Check out was fast, no line for self service and there is plenty of space to bag groceries which was very nice. Hope to see that at our local Walmart store soon.

Corina was absolutely fantastic! I was in there Sunday and couldn’t believe my luck when I asked Corina for help finding something for me. She went out of her way to help me in a timely fashion. Without Corina I would have spent an hour in there searching for the things I need for my kids. She even recommended me different products that I wouldn’t even have thought about buying and my kids loved them! She was amazing and definitely a difference maker. I will be coming back here time and time again simply due to the fact that people like Corina make my shopping experience a joy! I think she could be a great leader in the store and definitely needs to be considered for a position. Thanks again Corina!

The front woman's restroom always has an awful smell. Way to crowded,because of self service it takes to long to get checked out. Where the clothes are they are to close together it is hard to get a buggy through, the new floors are slippery so you have to be careful or you can fall. Walmart has messed up trying to improve.

I was very dissapointed today at Clinton Wal-Mart. I waited in line at the self check out and then realized I had a towel with no tag when I was in the middle of checking out. When I asked for help I was told to get out of line and go find one with a tag. I'm sorry but when they have 10 workers literally standing around watching us do their job they could at least be helpful!!!

There was only one checker, again, the same one that doesn’t know how to properly bag groceries.Chips and canned goods, no. Fruit with boxed goods, no. Cold foods with other items, no...If I need to bag my own groceries or instruct an employee, maybe I should get their discount or an instructional bonus.Besides being about the only game in town in some respect, I'd do my business elsewhere if it weren't for the certain service from the girls in the pharmacy.Sam must be rolling in his grave.

Always trying to figure out why the aisles have to be cluttered so 2 people can’t pass on the backside of the store where sandwich meat & cheese is located. Need to expand store & move Pharmacy into separate building with drive thru.

After shopping at Clinton Walmart for many years and always getting the run around from customer service or ignored on many occasions, my husband and I had a wonderful experience with an associate/manager named Andrea. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to help with our issue. I highly recommend asking for her personally when an issue arises. I would definitely give her 10 stars for professionalism, care, and eagerness to help. Thanks again for your time Andrea!
