My daughter and I went there to return unused flooring. Both women at the front counter were VERY rude. The red haired woman cursed and continually made derogatory remarks about the credit card machine as she was frustrated because instead of refunding me, she charged for the purchase again and had to void that transaction and figure out how to actually refund an amount. Clearly BOTH women should not have been helping the public with such TERRIBLE attitudes!!!!

Good experience. When it came to our roof materials purchase we were told we were receiving one thing but received another. Gary pack himself called us and made Jr right personally with us. All is well. I gave a good review because he seems like an honest man who will make things right.

Drove 2 hours on a Saturday to purchase some of the shiplap and couldn’t purchase due to they didn’t have anyone to load with a fork lift. Was told we would have to come Monday - Friday. I was never informed that this would have be picked up Monday Thru Friday, if that would have been the case we would not have drive 2 hours.

I called the store to see if they had a booklet with pictures of their ceramic tile they could mail me because I have a bad hip and am not getting around very well. They didn’t have a booklet but the lady I talked with said she could take pics with her phone and send them to me via text. She sent the pics, I picked one out. Then she sent me a pic of two different grouts that would go good with the tile. I chose one. She figured up the bill and I sent her my credit card info. And it’s being delivered today. All over the phone!! She really helped me out a lot. You just don’t know how very much I appreciated her going to all this trouble for me!! Needless to say I would definitely shop here again!!
