I would give negative stars but I can’t. Asset protection followed me around the last 5 times I’ve been in there. I got 4 items and checked out at self checkout. AP lady stood behind me and then told the cashier to check my items and receipt by serial number on her headset. I turned to the AP lady and asked if she wanted to see it herself. She then told me I was banned from all Walmarts indefinitely because I called her out for doing her job. I would never want anyone to lose there job because it’s not only their livelihood but that if there family as well but she deserves too and will. I started an ethics complaint with corporate. If anyone else has had this problem please let me know

TERRIBLE costumer service! I was on a road trip with my family, we were in a rush because of Mother’s Day. While my mother was shopping I wanted to get something to eat because I was starving. I hadn’t had anything to eat for a while. First I tried to get something from subway and there was NO ONE at the counter. So after waiting a while I went to the deli because I was fed up having to wait that long. There was a couple waiting on their food and the lady at the deli was taking a long time to make the food. I wasn’t able to get anything because we had to get back on the road. There could’ve AT LEAST been somebody at the subway counter. Please have a discussion with the employees.

People were friendly. Parking lot was clean. Gas was only 2.48. The employee helped pick out the best option. She was friendly and helpful. Best gas prices for awhile.

I usually try to do self checkout, but I went through line with a cashier. I really wish I had gotten her name she was so polite and courteous. Thank you for doing your job so well.

It was slick and storming. The check out girls helped me .I'm 80 now. I checked and other came from her register (she had no clients in line. One checked and one put sacks in my cart for me. Team players!It is nice not to have to check out myself and worry about I might make a mistake.Brad and the pharmacy are great too. Always helpful.

Do not buy weapons from Walmart. I bought a defaulted crossbow that was $300 and they will not return it. Then when I spoke to a manager named “Gail” she cursed me over the phone and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again on any type of weaponry and I recommend you don’t either.

Horrible customer service!!! Went to return a circular saw the day after with receipt. They declined, claiming I had taken the tool that came with it. Once I opened the box, which ALL boxes displayed had been open and not in proper packaging as well, I found the tool attached to the tool itself. Managers' hands folded, acting tough, as if her badge meant something, straight faced and no sense of care whatsoever. No one there at Walmart, had a smile to spare, nor greeting or professionalism. Sad. The most dreadful Walmart I've ever been too! Definitely not friendly nor do they know there products. Will NEVER shop there again! Either be happy you have a job and learn all aspects of it or go elsewhere! Worse customer service!!!

Walmart Supercenter as always had everything I needed plus. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the employees shopping for pick up orders. The carts they use to gather these orders are large and take up the majority of space in aisles. Employees often impede ability to get in and out quickly. Just wish they would gather orders when it's not as crowded.

Wow! I'm no big shopper. And the lack of beer due to dry country sucks. Okay, that was the bad. Holy cow Walmart, could you please go to the Huntington, Indiana Walmart and make it similar to this? The place was BRIGHT! I could actually see stuff. And let's talk about being stocked.... It was very well stocked and organized. I've never had such a good experience at a Walmart. Parking lot was nice. The side entry door was a nice option as well. Y'all must hate them Hoosiers cause they've got garbage in comparison. The people were even nice. Like, really nice. Genuinely nice. Whether they were customers or employees. I spoke with David while he was waiting to clean the women's restroom and he was SUPER! The nice young Laffy standing guard at the door when we left was fantastic. In Huntington they accost you and demand to see your receipt because apparently they suspect everyone there of shoplifting. I've never stole a much as a pen from the bank, yet Huntington wants to convict you while walking out the door. Thank you to this location for not treating me like a criminal. My faith in Walmart has been restored. Thank you again and please give David an atta boy! Cleaning up after the public is a tough job.

I love the deli salads. The salads are a complete meal, which includes the salad, dressing, bowl, and fork. All you need is an appetite and a mouth. Bon appetite.

Purchased an ice maker. It does not work. Took it back the next day. They refused the return because we overlooked the small little instruction booklet. You know, the worthless one everyone throws away.

Went to cash a cashier's check here, called before I went. I was told they could cash the check, when I went to cash it they wouldn't do it, didn't say sorry or apologize. Went to another Walmart and had no problems cashing it. Ran it on there machine.

So many people almost always, the shelves are usually not fully stocked or they are out of a lot of stuff. I know every walmart is probably the same but I will say I like this walmart better than any other around.

Normally love our wal mart, but on two separate occasions when I bought roast beef at the deli, I was waited on by the same person, who was not rude, but just not polite at all. Talking to other co workers while waiting on me, no thank you, no eye contact. Also, this last time, I ordered shaved roast beef. It was more like a powder in a baggie. Shoddy!

Purchased a game labeled clearance, when I checked out it was at full price. I did not realize this until I got home and read the receipt. I called electronics they verified the price was full price, they said to just come back later with the game and receipt and they would refund us the difference. Good local service. 👍

Really wanted to give a 2.5 stars. I hate how everything has changed and it takes me forever to find what I need. Which I know there goal you look longer you tend to pick up other items and spend more. Well not here. Also half the time you look for common things and they don’t have it and shelves will be I unstocked. It’s horrible!You go to get camping items and they have no propane lanterns you have to order it! And it’s getting to be a lot of that with them. Multiple things we’ve had to order online or go elsewhere. So I go where I can get it quicker and cheaper and if it’s something I need now Glenpool or Tulsa.
