Very nice store. This was our first time here, and we were looking for a particular thing, cute little dog tags, they didn't have them, they have the metal plate that you put on your dogs collar, which is awesome, if you have hunting dogs. The store is so cool, I only wish I had more time, to have looked around. The inside, and outside of the store was both nice and clean.

My husband has purchased from this company multiple times. We have purchased 2 head lamps in the last few years. One of them needs repairs so I called to see what I need to do to get repairs done, they will not work on it because it is not under warranty. I expected to pay for said repairs but no they will not even look at it. This is the end of my shopping at this store....unless policies change.

It's a great place for marines to get all kinds of items clothing unit patches, weaponry as far as knife and combat swords. I would give 5 stars but no US Army stuff at all

Nite lite Outdoors is also SGT.GRIT. It is an very good place to stop especially if your passing by on I-40. It's full of trade marked Marine Corps items, hunting, fishing, everything you need for a gun or hunting dog as far as collar's leashes, and all sorts of training aids. They have firearms, ammunition, trapping supplies all kinds of things. It's always a must in my opinion. Very good customer service always really nice employees. There is probably a lot of services I'm not aware of that they do. Stop in and check it out.

Disappointing. I used to deal with this company years ago. I stopped as their dog collars became cheaply made. I went back, same deal. Metal information collar fell off with broken rivet one day after receiving. Printing is very shallow and sure to wear away quickly. Too bad, they used create great, long lasting collars, no more.

I will make this short.. But it could be a mini series.. They just make up whatever they want to tell you, sad because me and my family use to spend a lot of money years ago.. But I can tell you without a doubt don't waste your time or money with this joke of a company..... Excuses, excuses.. We answer the phone for 5 catalogs... And have a ton of new people.....

Myself and several other local hunters have bought from nite lite for 30 yrs,they used to be a very good company but over the last several years there product quality has really gone down hill. Nite lites customer service is terrible and there shipping time and costs are way higher and way slower than other similar companys. After having 2 more bad experiences with my last 2 orders I am done with them, will never use them again. A good friend that is a big league hound hunter lives 10 miles from nite lite and told me 15 yrs ago he would not deal with them and now i see why. I recommend any one reading this to check with some of the other similar company's that are out there now before ordering with nite lite, trust me you will have a much better experience.
