3 different people helped me and all 3 was friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't usually care for Meadors Lumber, but this one has great employees. This one didn't just have employees sitting around doing nothing, and ignoring you when your asking for their help. I do recommend this store for all your hardware needs.

Wonderful customer service. I had a very confusing situation and the associate took the time to understand and help resolve my issues on invoicing and refunds. On the shopping side, also very friendly and helpful in gathering my long list of needed tools & such. As well as giving advice and recomendations when questioned on products and services. Overall great experience that I would recommend! Thanks y'all :)

The associate met me as soon as I walked in, asking if there were anything in particular I was looking for. He immediately looked up my purchase needs and filled my order. No delay, no waiting around for someone to give me assistance, just quick and courteous service. Yep, I enjoyed my shopping experience at Meador's Hardware and lumber supply. I'll be back. This is pretty much the only hardware store I frequent in town. They are always friendly and that is important. Besides that and most importantly I can normally find whatever it is I need 😀

Have purchased several items at Meadors through the years. They can be a bit pricey on some items, but do carry a wide range of tools and wood products at different price points. With three locations within a 30 minute drive, they are a convenient place to shop when you need an item quickly.

Update 5/29/23 big stores like Lowes maybe great for shopping with there vast selections, but I have found if it is something I NEED, Meadows will probably have it without the hours of travel and distractions. Enjoy shopping local.Called around.. Couldn't find anywhere else in town to make the right key including Walmart. Meadors thought they could. In and out with the new key in under 10 minutes.Very happy.

Patrick at the rental counter was extremely helpful and friendly. He was also knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond to answer my questions. He even checked to ensure that I was happy with the rental upon my return.

I love this store. It has al.ost anything anyone may need for building, remodeling, inside and outside ones home. All the tools, material, and knowledge that all respectful home owners need. Very friendly helpful, seemingly trained well individuals from the young to the more experienced. Give them your business if there's something at your home or business that needs some tlc. Don't be ashamed to ask any questions about how to do any project on your list of honey do's. Make her, or him surprised, wowed, and happy all by visiting Meadors and completing that something something that needed to be finished. Great bunch of people just helping all one project at a time.

I would not recommend getting wood at this True Value. They hand pick the worst boards. OZARK True Value is the best one to go to. If you tell Clarksville that they give you horrible boards they get rude fast. Ozark will let you pick out the best quality for the project you are doing.

Dad and I bought some lumber and he got charged twice for it on his card. I go back a month or so later and see they are price gouging me double for lumber when other companies nearby are half the price. I can see a sight upcharge cause these big corporations are hard to compete with but you gotta do better than 50 percent. They get there double money one way or the other. I understand lumber is high right now since the pandemic but despite that, there’s no excuse to be double the price when your neighbor is half. Also no excuse to charge someone’s card twice for one purchase. I try to shop locally but I won’t be going back.
