Horrible customer service, zero communication they will lose your paperwork for claims or need signatures and never let you know this you have to continuously call and check yourself if you want your stuff done heck even the owner obviously doesn't know how to work a phone either as he never cared enough to return a call so what should took me 1 mth to do took almost 5 and this is just one and the last of my bad experiences with them

Switched to State Farm and I’m saving about $60 a month. Sam was very helpful and made the process quick an painless. Some salesmen will tell you anything to get you to spend an extra buck, but Sam was looking out for my best interest. He explained the different coverage options thoroughly and let me decide which was best for me. Overall just a nice guy. 10 out of 10 would recommend Sam Swartz with State Farm. My only regret is that I didn’t ask if he was wearing Kakis. (But I bet he was)
