You just stand at the register while one employee flirts with the man at self checkout and the other one just stands there....doing nothing. So...for the second time...you just have to leave without buying anything while swearing never again.

I love the store at 1312 W. Main in Clarksville Ar. Sometimes chaotic and sometimes quiet. There is a nice vibe here. Lots of cool stuff that folks actually need. Nicely seasonal! Definitely fun in a time where that's hard to come by.

You can find just about everything you need. The people are very friendly. They work hard. And work on Sundays. The only thing I can say is they need more help. God bless them all!

They are the best over the at the Family Dollar. I was so happy to of gone in there and meet of most beautiful and kind person I have ever meant. I just wish I could've found out what her name was. Man she and her co- worker Zack. Treated me with the outmost respect. They two people are awesome. Thanks for helping me out. God bless you all.

Not bad today but usually a long line and 5 workers but only 1 cashier. Nobody will step in to run a register, no matter how many people are waiting in line. That's bad business, if I'm in a hurry, i go somewhere else.

It was a mess!!! Employees are not enforcing the mandate from the governor about wearing mask!! Employee(manager)said she's her own police in her store and a customer got upset because the employees were not wearing mask and counted 7 customers without mask the sign is on the door about mandate from the governor do not enter without wearing face covering!! Manager told the customer he couldn't come back to (HER)STORE EVER AGAIN!!! SO DG LOST CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER NOT ENFORCING THE MANDATE AND BEING VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!🤔😠 I'll go to family dollar up the street...

Easy in and out great that they were open on Thanksgiving but not very organized we went to buy antifreeze and they had a sign up that said buy 1 get 1 free so we grabbed 2 and apparently it was an old sign I thought if they still had a sign up that they had to honor it but apparently not this store but the staff is friendly

While I was initially impressed by the size of this store and its cleanliness, the choices are better at a DG of half the size. They sell cold bottles of soda, but have no bottle opener at the register. I took my bottle to go find a bottle opener and in doing so, the customer behind me took my other merchandise. Most cashier's would have noticed the merchandise left behind and held it, especially since I was still in the store and the cashier knew it. The manager said that once I had paid and left the store, the merchandise was my responsibility. Although I had NOT left the store, they made no effort to replace my merchandise that they failed to give me or even assure I had collected. I am extremely disappointed with this low level of customer service and their limited choices.

I always have a great time here! Dollar generals are awesome! Though I see a lot of reviews about rude employees so i would like to comment, I have never had an employee be rude to me in any of our local DGs. If you do have a problem with an employee, contact that DM or General manager rather than blasting rude comments on the internet.

I like dollar general yet I didn't find what I have been looking for. It doesn't matter it's all good. Thank you for letting me say a word here. I like all dollar stores in Clarksville, this little town is just heaven to me regardless.

They're running a gift card scheme weird lately I've been ripped off hundred dollars buying gift cards and then they cancel the transaction and apply the gift card funds that you would get in a refund to a different card and they take it home money return to different gift card so beware I wouldn't buy no gift cards

Store is a mess ie. Boxes everywhere on the salesfloor . Out of stock on salesfloor on non vendor items. outside is a mess ie. Trash in parking lot. Behind store cardboard everywhere on the ground. Dirty cooler doors that are not clean. Mess in backroom also trash and product on the floor in backroom mixed together.

I support competition. Dollar General is competing with Walmart on an increasing scale. The two Clarksville stores carry most daily needs. The one on West Main (Hwy 64) in Coal Hill is great. All 4 on Hwy 64 as it passes through Johnson Co are clean and well maintained.

This store is a fire hazard. Aisles are totally blocked, impossible to get through. It is like this all the time, not just when a truck is there. I have complained to the manager. This store violates fire codes. Something needs to be done before someone is injured.

Close to the house. Literally. Clarksville is a relative small town. There where 2 in Clarksville, and the next town about a couple miles there is a 3rd one. And just last week they opened another 1 number 4 at the end of hwy 21. Easy in and out grab and go, no wait grab-pay-then go. Not the mess like Walmart. Great to have close by.

Store is totally disgusting outside with trash and cigarette butts..good selection inside but two people with carts can't pass one another aisles are either cluttered or just too small.

If I could negative star this Dollar General I would. It's always nasty. Stuff in the floors and you can barely get down any isle because it so messy. They really need to close to clean it up.

Love it!I used coupons that are on their app.I recommend to use the coupons on Saturday, because you get $5 off your total if you buy $25 or more.

Small store conviently right alongside a main road. A nice selection of items ranging from art supplies to food to cleaning supplies. Nice staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Dollar General is prone to be messy and disorganized no matter what location you go to; however, I enjoy being able to use the digital coupons and browsing the clearance section. Employees at this location were friendly.

No prices on shelves (making it easy for them to make the price whatever they want it to be) and when they make a mistake (for instance with my mobile refill card) they would not accept responsibility.

I tried to use a digital coupon for Pepsi...that was posted all over the store for the 24 pack with $1 off making it $5.50, I couldn't find the coupon and none of the employees knew what to do.

Cheap prices and I get all my home products-- toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, body wash ,detergent etc.
